As everybody knows I’m obsessed with sugar so I can advocate on behalf of us fiends everywhere this is the BEST Italian ice around the area. Highly recommend the lemon and blue raspberry!! Really good consistency and doesn’t taste like dye or freezer burn.

All flavors I tried are good. I like that it’s not too sweet. You can have vanilla flavor and fruit flavors in one cup.

Always a joy going to the Lighthouse. I have been coming since I was a baby at the original in Long Branch. My grandparents took my parents, my parents would take me, & now I take my own little girl. Its a family tradition that always makes me feel right at home whenever Im in town. While they offer such a fun variety of treats, nothing beats the velvety smooth Italian ice. The only thing better is the amazing staff & costumer service they provide. Especially during these times, its nice to just have something thats familiar & feels like home. 😊

I had pineapple flavor water ice and the days special coconut ice cream in the same cup. It was the perfect tropical combo.

We love it here. We brought our little shih Tzu. Once in a while he gets a tiny cup of vanilla.

Just went there for the first time on a Wednesday night and despite it being busy, the service was fast and not rushed. Everything was amazing!!! Their italian ice was great, but their oreo hurricane with chocolate ice cream was excellent. Definetly coming back here again.

Classic jersey shore, the ice cream is rich and creamy and the ice is cool and refreshing.

A wonderful small store with seating area. Its a nice place to enjoy ice cream or italian ices. However, they need to stop serving the italian ice in a flimsy paper cup, since it melts and makes a colossal mess.

Extremely expensive. That being said, aside from a somewhat hectic location, this is a fun place to visit. I would suggest biking or walking if you are local. Ice cream would be best described as average / slightly above average. I would be more inclined to visit often if the prices were lower.

Orange ice and vanilla ice cream, youll be happy. The ice cream is so creamy and the orange taste so fresh. They also have a peanut butter hard shell that is hard to resist. Its perfect for a nice summer evening date.

We LOVE this place! Our family favorite is the Nutella Ice Cream. My kids ask every night in the summer, can we go to Italian ice? but we usually limit it to 1x per week :) We even bring our dogs for the soft serve Vanilla.Highly recommend!

Good soft serve and ices, good prices, nice staff. No bathroom on site is the only downside for those with little kids, not to scare you off but just have them go before you leave.

How did we find this place? Well on our way to Bon Jovis restaurant, which was closed when we got there late, we saw a long line here, so of course absolutely had to stop here and see why they had so many people here!Now dont worry, but that aforementioned long line went down quickly due to the amount of people had serving.We tried several flavors of their ice cream and soft serve and found their pistachio to be pretty good. Now mind you thats pretty big praise from somebody who loves chocolate as much as I do!There is a fenced-in area around the outside which only has 3 benches to sit at, so seating is minimal in the front, but I do believe I saw some seating in the back also.parking is also at a minimum there are not a lot of spaces to park in there locked however we did happen to find a space,lucky us!

Amazing Italian ice

A must for local Italian ice in the summer. Also has soft serve ice cream. The red bank location is on of the smaller properties and parking is very difficult. (Recommend parking on Bridge Ave a block south as the location is at a busy intersection of RT 35, Shrewsbury Ave and Bridge Ave. limited parking on the property and limited pick nick tables to eat. Tends to be very busy in the evening. Be aware cash only.

The best Italian ice but far! Creamy and very flavorful. Only issue is the location. Very tough to get in and out of the parking lot.

Really awesome Italian ice place they have both soft serve and gluten-free vegan Italian ice that tastes like soft serve they also have the usual stuff like shakes and all that this place gets ridiculously busy though during the summer and at night it is insane some of the parking situations are horrible but as long as you know what youre doing and dont mind waiting a little bit its worth it

We LOVED lighthouse when we lived in NJ. The flavors of the week were yummy and creative, and everything we had there was good. Just remember to bring cash!

The ice cream is good. It comes out a softserve dispenser however its like a softserve Italian ice hybrid. The is friendly and fast. Parking is also available. Ask for a raste they dont mind as long as its not busy and you end up buying something. There are no bathrooms or indoor areas its all outdoor seating. I would return again.
