A woman had run into the right rear fender of my car while I was in the grocery store. Her insurance suggested Collision as a place to get it repaired and I was told it would take 6 business days. My car was ready in two and a half days. I returned the rental car and picked mine up and it looked brand new. They did a wonderful job.

I went in to get an estimate to get some scratches fixed. He (I think his name was Mike) came and took a look at it and fixed it on the spot and didnt even charge me for it even though I offered. What great service and very professional! He saved me so much time and money!!!

Everyone was very helpful and professional. They made my whole experience with them, my insurance, the other party’s insurance, the car rental, extremely easy. They did an incredible job fixing my little fender bender and did a complete, complimentary complete detail on both outside and inside of my car. I very much recommend Collision Pro for any of your cars needs.

I had a truly awful experience at first with the whole process. Even though once the repairs were done they were excellent. However when I posted a bad review and responded badly to the survey they sent me, the owner of the company reached out and showed such care and shared such compassion with me that I am shocked. Absolutely floored with the customer service shown by one of the owners. I am confident when returning in the future that if there is a problem he will make it right. I brought my car in for minor rear end damage. I needed a ride home and was promptly given a ride by a friendly fellow. They called two days later letting me know it was done. I had to wait a short time for the car to be washed. The man at the front desk and manager were both very friendly. The damaged area now looks perfect!

They were very attentive, kept me informed every step of the way. Very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They told me it would take 3 days for my repairs . They called me the next day to come pick up my vehicle the next day to pick up my vehicle the next day before noon. Come get my vehicle it was done. I was very impressed!! I was pleased with the work they did !

They have good service in the aspect that they did a good job and both of the women that work in the front are nice but their manager/owner is rude and not accommodating. He doesnt follow the companys core values of making the transition of being without your car and getting you back on the road as soon as possible very well. They dont work around people who have Monday through Friday business hour jobs I had to take a day off of work to bring my car in and get off an hour early to come pick it up and both situations were a hassle to get scheduled. He is very unwilling to work around a customers schedule.

My car was in for body repair dur to a deer jumping out in front of me. Car looks great. Very pleased with the turn out and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

They did great work beside not finishing repairs before I picked up my car. Had to return to office to point out that they charged my insurance for a part and repair that they never fixed. It’s been going on 3 weeks waiting on the part and still nothing. Was told it was already ordered but that was false information. Not happy at all . Insurance scam !!

To what it seems they only wanted to repair anything that goes through insurance.I took my car wanting to get a few scratches buff out. And replace a part that had a dent. Keith Ellis went out and took pictures of the car printed me out a preliminary estimate. The total came to 1700+ it was no issues since I had the money for it at the time, I signed agreeing. After they told me that it would be a two weeks wait since they were short handed, and that they would give me a call. I said it was fine. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS. I never received the call.The statement was printed 6/26/19I was not going to be attained to them. I had read so many good reviews. And really had to make a decision and according to the reviews it was the beat one in town. 😒

The workmanship on the repair of my car was good to excellent. However, the administrative activities of the shop was poor. Twice the office said they would call me when an aspect of the approval and repair process would be complete. And twice they failed to call me and I had to contact them instead.I was told that I would be called when the estimate was approved by the insurance company after they would submit the estimate to them. A week and a half went by and I had to call the Collision Pros office to find out the repair had been approved a week before.I was promised that I would receive a call when the parts that were to be ordered were in the shop, and the shop was ready to work on my car. Two weeks went by before I had to contact the Collision Pros office again to discover the parts had been in for some time (like a week before). I brought the car in the next day to start the repairs.The whole process lasted an estimated month longer than it needed to due to the delays in administrative procedures. I was quite frustrated by this.

They r the worst I wrecked my truck and they supposedly fixed it they r just like everybody else they got there money & its not there truck so oh well next please if no stars was an option thats what they would b getting

On May 19, 2020 my 2016 Toyota Tacoma was rear-ended by a Prius. It took the hit well but between a messed up bumper and damaged sensors, it was unsafe to drive. My insurance handled the claim(Go ALLSTATE) and read off a list of recommended repair shops. I’ve heard good things about Collision Pros from coworkers who used them and I’m grateful I did! Not only were they able to look at my truck in a reasonable amount of time, after Memorial Day weekend of course, Renee made me feel like I wasn’t just a number, Piper was pleasant each time I called, and Keith was knowledgable about what needed to be done. The crew who repaired my truck, names unknown, did a marvelous job on paint and assembly.The post inspection found a problem with my airbag light so they held it over one final weekend to get it done right. Found out it had to do with the driver side seatbelt so one extra day will save my life in the future.When I picked my truck up after work the paperwork was ready for a few signatures and my truck looked just like it did when I bought it! I highly recommend Collision Pros for their work.Bonus points for having Enterprise in the building. That was a brilliant idea.

My repairs were through my insurance, but everything went smoothly. They made quick work of the repair (deer damage). Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up Friday morning. The work looks good and the paint looks factory.

Had some communication problems and delays. But the end results are professional, thorough, and still a 2018 beautiful Dark Blue Chevey Pickup with nearly 5000 miles. It WAS sitting in front of my house at 10:00 pmon the street, when a DRUNK in a honda drove into the left rear bumper,down the side and into the left front bumper and REMAINED sitting there TOTALED. A $8100 rebuilding job by Collision Pro with AAA supportsaved it. Thank You AllDan

Actually, Enterprise rental car is located in the same building. I was waiting to rent a car. During my weight, I walked up to the secretary and she was very informative and polite. The building is very clean and there is good parking.

All was great they fixed my vehicle in less than 24 hours I was amazed kind and courteous my rental was quick and easy I will recommend them for future issues

I own a local heating and air conditioning business, and one of my service vans doors was damaged. It wouldnt even close so I couldnt keep it in service until the door got replaced. Gibbs understood the urgency of my situation and even though they couldnt speed up delivery of my door, they made some adjustments to the damaged door so that it would close and got me back to repairing heaters. Was in an accident in September. We had been brushed off by a Collison center in Corning. AAA suggested a different collisioncentet, so we went here. Staff was friendly. Shamush helped us with our AAA estimate and had it sent to AAA within hours of meeting with him. Finally to get the process started, thanks a million Shamush!!!

If you want a quality body repair, this is the place. Theyre not some cheap shop. They do it right. Gibbs also went above and beyond and washed my car, vacuumed it, and wiped it down inside! My fender replacement did take 6 business days, but they finished it on a Sat when theyre not normally open. The office gal also took care of the rental arrangements and took care of an issue with the dates for the rental. Great experience!

They had my car for 22 days and didnt even fix what they said they would fix after I was t-boned in a horrible car accident.. Super nice at first and then took full advantage of the other persons car insurance... Disappointed badly.. My car is still not fixed..
