Best place in tehama County

A terrible experience! I placed an order for my local business in early/mid June. I contacted them throughout a two-month period inquiring on the order status. I always received either a its halfway done or what was your order again? Went back again in early August in person to inquire, same answer. Finally on 8/7, I advised them that it will either be completed by that day at closing time, or we would be unable to accept the order for our business due to us needing them for an event. 3:30pm comes around, I go to their business, and lo-and-behold, they are closed for the day! (Mind you, they close at 4pm Mon-Thur!) However, there was an elderly lady sitting inside, very visible from the front, knitting. We knocked on the door several times, she eventually gave us the buzz-off, Im not getting the door hand motion. We then proceeded around the back, where there is another door. Here we found another gentleman waiting to pick up his order also. He said he had been waiting in the back for a few minutes, to no avail. He drives off (this will play into the story shortly!) We knock on the back door for about 10 minutes, nothing. We go back around front again. This time, the blinds are drawn (they werent drawn 5-10 minutes prior!) And we again glance through the door, we still see meemaw sewing away, but now here comes beard-guy ducking behind a counter as soon as he sees us approaching! At this point, we know we are specifically being avoided. We return to our vehicle, and as we are driving off, we see in the back, two people who have driven up (including gentleman in the car earlier!), GETTING THEIR ORDERS! At this point, we were so fed up with this experience, that we decided to give up on this establishment entirely. I highly suggest to those reading this review, to go elsewhere. There are many other flourishing embroiderers in Red Bluff, please utilize them. This place is not worth your time if you care about a guaranteed product.
