I used to be a customer in Weaverville, Their customer service was poor, they never return phone calls, eventually the driver would get back and bring me bottles of water.... We have a new local vendor that is amazing with superior customer service.....

Being petty and bashing on small businesses because theyre competitors is unprofessional and childish. The higher ups should be ashamed of their employees, and take immediate action for this behavior.

I switched over to these guys a couple of months ago. They have been perty darn good. I had the big company before, the bill was unbelievably high. That was in the winter. Now I am using 3 times as much water and Im paying less than half of what I was paying. So Im fairly happy.

The company had to pay 5 million dollars for putting arsenic in Californias ecosystem. They are destroying oit environment for their profit. I would give a zero if I could. You cant make this up people.

I paid an extra 4$ for my first delivery because the delivery driver couldnt make change and now theyre charging me an extra 4$. Then, instead of calling and asking if I needed any water, they dropped off an extra bottle and charged me even more. Be careful with this company because theyre sneaky, unprofessional and not very bright.**update** I left messages and requested a call back but they emailed me instead and falsified information. These people are not to be trusted. Luckily it was a cash transaction. Im cancelling my service and it hasnt even been 30 days! If a company cant keep a customer for even 3 weeks, they shouldnt be in business.

Had a special billing set up to match a competitor and it seemed to be that my bill was always way high. Never get sent a bill only a little print out that always seemed to get lost was left at the house. And never stayed on schedual when they were supposed to deliver. Because my bill always got lost I forgot to pay it and in turn they would stop delivering water but continue to charge me on a bill even though I wasnt receiving water. I havent paid my bill and have not heard from them in about 2 months. They dont even call me. And its not like I dont have the money its I just forget because I dont get a bill in the mail.
