My first stop was Crown Toyota by mistake. They were nice also. After making it to the correct place, they helped me right away. I used the shuttle to take me to a restaurant while my Rogue was being serviced. Car was done before the meal was done. All around was kind rapid service… thank you!

I was in a recent car accident and they made it very easy for me to pick a vehicle. They told me about the Nissan rogue and once I saw it I instantly fell in love. They never pushed anything on me either. They understood my needs and definitely meet them.

I had a significant issue with my 2019 Titan that was intermittent. I called the service department and got Bill. Not only did Bill completely understand the problem from my description over the phone, he immediately checked to see if they had the part in stock to fix it. When he realized that I lived near an active fire, he asked if I might have to evacuate. When I told him that was a possibility, he got me in that day for the repair. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable and curteus. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

The service department at Nissan and Ford isamazing.. I have been doing business with Roger Huston at Nissan for over 4 years and he has always been very helpful every time I go in. I also recommend Rick in the service department at Ford Ive been dealing with Rick since 2011.I cant say enough about Rick and Roger there are great in every category. The shuttle driver Louis is friendly, very safe and professional.

We have a fire threatening our home and if we have to hit the road, I want to continue to have full confidence in my truck. Im impressed with the service department. The service techs there took care of a problem that I couldnt get fixed with my normal mechanic. Plus, when an issue arose with the car soon after this, they took it back in and fixed it ASAP for no extra cost. Overall, they treated me very fairly and didnt run up the fees, which is what I want when I take my car in to get fixed. Highly recommended.

Was called off of work early in the morning, when I realized I was a few hundred miles over my oil change. Usually dealers require an appointment for services, yet I took a chance and drove in. The service writer was able to squeeze me in and have my sentra serviced within 90 minutes. I wish Crown Honda (wifes CR-V) would provide outstanding service like Crown Nissan does for us.

Im leaving this review because Andy in the auto parts building was phenomenal. The battery in my key fob was dying (which meant Id be SOL soon since my car is a push start model) so I purchased one at Ace Hardware. For whatever reason, it would not work. When I called Nissan, I was transferred to Andy who was such a delight. He told me to come on down & hed take care of it for me. & thats exactly what he did! Lol So kind, professional & generous. Thank you Andy! Made me feel proud to drive a Nissan :) Ill be sure me & my family make our car purchases here in the future because you obviously care about your customers.

I could tell you the long story, but I wil make it short. Todd and a bearded man, dont remember his name, but remember how awesome he was, were no pressure, no nonsense, and let the car sell itself. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name with the beard because he was awesome! As a person that doesnt sell cars, but does have to interact with the public in a very symmetrical way, I was so appreciative of the care, time, and value that was put into my experience . I will be sending all my friends to Crown Nissan Redding because of the awesome service and the way I was treated. I know this almost sounds like it was paid for, if you run into Todd or the mysterious bearded name, ask them to put money on my Raiders gear for my car. I dont need help with my payment because they got it low low low!!!

Bought my 2017 Ram 1500 here. Great sales guy, even greater financing guy, got me un unbelievable loan for my new truck, that I couldnt have dreamed I would ever get. Our housekeeper, a close friend who is well aware of our needs, researched vehicles for us (and for herself) and concluded that the Rogue was what we wanted. She and my husband liked the Rogue when they visited after his first eye surgery. Later, after shopping elsewhere, my husband and I came to Nissan, where everyone was helpful. The main reason for changing cars was that the Honda caused me back pain. At Crown Nissan, I found that everyone seemed aware of my limited mobility and rushed to my aid. We met nothing but cheerful, informative Nissan employees.After we got home, our housekeeper/friend unloaded the car. Since she would need to drive my husband to and from his surgery later in the month, she test drove our Rogue. Her reaction was that she wanted one as soon as her finances allowed. I LOVE IT

Needed to take my truck in for some service work on a Sunday. I was starting a new job in Chico on Monday and needed a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop and no rental car places were open in Redding. Greg and Nathan were so nice and accommodating to my situation.It would have been easy for Greg to say sorry, the service department opens tommorow at 8am, you will need to talk to them. Greg went far above and beyond what he needed to help me. He got some information and made a few calls and arranged a vehicle for me.Words cant describe how considerate this was of him. He didnt have to do this but he did it just to help someone out who was in a tough situation. This speaks volumes about the integrity and how much Crown respects people, even one like myself whos never even stepped foot into this dealership. I will only take my truck here for service from now on and in the near future when I decide to get my new Frontier pro 4x I will only buy it here at Crown. Last Saturday we started the day seriously considering a used car we saw advertised online that fit our budget, and ended the day driving our brand new Nissan Altima 4-door Sedan still within budget. Plus, the standard equipment list looks like a lot of extras that would drive the price up. There are many features included for added safety and security, which is great, but Ive been having fun with the comfort and convenience equipment. It sure is nice to start the car without stepping out of the house, and to see clearly behind the vehicle right in front of me on the 8 touch-control, color display! Buying cars over the years had left me dreading the thought of having to buy another so I did not expect this car purchase to be completely painless, simple and fun. Absolutely recommend!

Went there with a novel problem after fueling at Win-River Mini Mart. Upon reentering, the dash screen said my key code wasnt recognized and my Altima did a total lock down. CSAA got me started and directed me to go to this dealer without stopping the motor. Upon arrival, I was given a friendly greeting by Chris followed by a battery replacement by a shop mechanic WITHOUT CHARGE who explained that Redding weather is tough on batteries. GREAT SHOP.

I have purchased my last two cars from Crown Motors Nissan. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought a neighbor with me who is looking for a small pickup truck. First of all, I cant say enough about the service department. I live an hour and a half away from Redding and will not even consider taking my car anywhere else. The service manager is so personable and goes out of his way to make sure that all of your needs are met. My cars have been serviced here for years and I have many places to choose from closer to home.The sales manager and sales staff are incredibly accommodating and not the least bit pushy. They didnt have a truck on their lot that we were interested in, so the salesman drove us down the street to their other lot to see if we could find something that would fit our needs. Unfortunately we left empty handed but with a promise from the sales manager that he would keep a lookout for the truck that we wanted. I am confident that he will keep his promise and we will receive a call from him. How can I be so sure? He met us out on the lot and addressed me by name, not just my name, but my husbands as well. I havent seen or talked to this man since I bought my car in August of last year, and he remembered every detail of the sale, including our names. Talk about personal service! 10 stars for this dealership!

Thought I heard a rattling noise (and I needed an oil change). The guys set me up with one of the mechanics who went with me to listen to the noise. Found out that it was just because my tires were low and this mechanic also gave good car advice. Good service!

SCHEDULED AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER, WAS GREETED ON ARRIVAL, PAPERWORK DONE AND WAITING TIME WAS VERY SHORT. HAD COFFEE AND WATER AVALIBLE IN THE LOUNGE, CAR WAS CLEAN. ALL SERVICE PERSONAL WERE VERY NICE AND SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT MY CAR.

While driving a big rig in Wyoming the wind blew my empty trailer over which turn my tractor over. I suffered a broken wrist and both knees were injured. I had to take an early retirement.This caused a problem with cash flow. I had purchased a Nissan Frontier from Crown Motor a couple years earlier and was having difficulties making the payments.I made a return trip to Crown Motors and explained my situation.When all was completed I no longer had the payments I couldnt afford. I left Crown Motors owning nothing and had a same year Nissan Versa with a years warranty.They treated me with respect and compassion. They were able to completely removed the burden I had.That was 2 years ago, the Versa is running great. Ive had no problems with it and plan to buy another truck from them in the future.

Every time I go to Nissan for service on my 2000 Nissan I am treated so fairly. As a single woman it is hard to find a place that will always take good care of you. Well the service manager Bill always makes sure things are done right for me. So thanks guys for a great job once again!!!

My Nissan Rogue had a low tire warning light today. It was not a good day for me and I certainly didnt need this. I dropped by the dealer and asked if they could please check my tire. No problem, took my fob, checked all the tires, I was out of there within ten minutes. I just want to say thank you for your kindness and encourage others to patronize this dealership. Customer service is A plus!

I came in last December looking to buy a used car, but didnt know exactly which one I wanted. I knew what features I was looking for, however, and after talking to the salesman he suggested a 2008 Impala. They had several options available as far as trim and color. After a test drive, I knew wed picked a winner. The price was fair for the market value at the time, and they highly recommended their premium extended warranty for an additional $1500. I of course took the warranty, as any smart buyer would do for a used car. Ive had to use the warranty a few times for a couple minor problems, but I love two things about that warranty: 1. Its only a $100 deductible on any covered repairs 2. I can take the car to a repair shop of my choice, not just a Chevy dealer that will try to upsell you on everything.Overall, my experience was great! The staff were all friendly and worked with my credit and income to find a finance company. I love the car too!

At first I thought it was going to be really good because there wasnt any pressure to purchase. After we were further along in the process, the experience was not the greatest.

Roger was very nice and courteous. Took care of a couple recalls on our 2017 Nissan Leaf. I hope we will not be in the service department very often, but feel confident that they will do a great job.

Got the recalls done and added an oil change took almost 3 hours.

Even though we didnt end up buying from Crown Motors / Nissan, I wanted to give a shout-out to their new salesman Nic Mathieson. He was incredible nice and made my wife and I very comfortable. If they have something your interested in, I recommend asking for Nic by name.

Received an email about a recall notice on my vehicle, scheduled my appointment. Was told itd be about a hour when I scheduled it. Upon my appointment day, took anywhere from 20-30mins to be completed.

Service was good, but 3 times in a row I was told faulty information. Two of which I was told massive repairs were needed for thousands of dollars. But then when I took it somewhere else it was minor and easy to fix and turned out fine. Turned out their computer was broken one time and they wanted me to replace my whole ac when all I needed was a ac charge...
