Ive only ordered on-line from this boutique. Both from them directly and through Amazon. Ive been doing business with them for at least two years. Its one of the best! Theyve got a great selection of products and theyve got a great sense of customer service. Im sure they wrote a number of chapters in the book on customer service.Take this for one instance: I was experiencing difficulty locating their store on Amazon... yes, Im getting older... I found an old e-mail from them in my Amazon account and sent them a message asking for some help purchasing French soaps. Their store specifically indicates theyre closed after 5PM; however, within an hour or so, they got ahold of my through my personal e-mail and everything was set up and ready to go at the drop of a hat!Great people! Great selection.
