He helped me pick out a nice piece for my belly button piercing. They were quick, efficient, and informing. Luke, who did the piercing was phenomenal! He walked me through the whole process, including how to breathe 😄. He was super professional and very nice!Thank you for a great experience!

Went today to get my first piercing ever! And it went flawless !!! They were super nice, were super chill, even though I was super nervous. The place was super clean, and very professional.

Could not recommend this place enough. I read the reviews, looked at all the places within 50 miles of me, and this place kept being the top. No piercing guns which was a must. They were incredibly professional, talented, and accommodating for my daughters ages 5 and 8. It was more expensive than I thought but in reality youre paying for their expertise, education, and talent. Money well spent. You dont want some teenager with a piercing gun permanently marring your kid right?If you want to get a piercing for your kid and its within an hours drive you cant go wrong. Took my 13 year old there for his first piercing. Everyone was cool and professional. He barely felt the piercings and they never hurt. They made sure to stress the importance of taking care of them properly during healing.

My daughter came in for a Philtrim piercing on 8/30/21 while we were vacationing in Sunriver. She had Jimmy complete this process. She went into a piercing store where we live to get a smaller bar and the lady told her she was pierced incorrectly. Jimmy didn’t place a marking on the back either. Please see photos below and DON’T go to them. She ended up having to have it re-pierced!!! Please see photos for reference.The last photo is the corrected piercing. As you can see the original piercing was WAY OFF!! I’ve reached out for a refund and was offered a “credit”. Why on earth would I send my daughter back to a place that did it wrong, not to mention we’re out of the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Update: Please see owner’s response below. How belligerent and unprofessional. Why would you want to do business with someone who doesn’t believe in doing the job right the FIRST time. My daughter wasn’t happy with her piercing which is why she went to someone else.I will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Heath authority as I see this has been a problem in the past as well.

Luke has been the only one that has pierced me. I have 11 piercings. Today i lost my cartilage piercing, unfortunately since trend kill will be closed by the time i get off, i had to go to starfire in bend. Not only did starfire give me the wrong size stud for my cartlilage (based of their reccomendations) they also said they were too busy to help me put it in. I have always had Luke help me with my piercings, even to just change them out. He was always more than willing. Starfire had 4 people on staff and no customers and still said they couldnt help. I have left starfire disappointed and plan to go back to trend kill in the next few days to get the real help i need. Dont go anywhere else in central oregon besides trendkill.

Fantastic experience for nose piercing! Friendly and painless

I got my nose pierced and have two piercings on my left nostril. I never had a better experience. I took my 11 year old for her ears and no pain and my 15 year old got her ears and her nose. She said it didn’t hurt at all and she is so happy and looks hella cool. I am so happy. I am now going to get my second hole on my ear lobes but can’t figure out the price and it’s a long drive so I hope to find out an approximate price. You guys are amazing. Thanks for taking care of me andMy girls!! 🥰🥰

I stopped in today to get a jewelry check on a fairly new set of piercings that was done from a different piercing shop as I had concerns with my bars being too short and the problem only getting worse.They were able to work me in super quick and were professional and supportive. They also had a very calming demeanor which helped my nerves.I appreciate the time and help and my piercings feel tons better! It’s the first time I’ve felt relief in almost 2 weeks.

The staff at Trend Kill no doubt know what they are doing. I had a few questions and concerns about getting a piercing and the staff was a wealth of knowledge. The gentleman at the front desk is so encouraging and enthusiastic about what you plan to get done and our piercer was fantastic!

I just got my ear lobes re-pierced here last week (I had them done 30 years ago but they closed up at some point). They were just what I needed: clean, professional, friendly, and did a good job. They have a lot of high quality studs to choose from (I need the surgical steel). They used a needle and not a gun, which is what I wanted. I was in and out of there in 20 min. Would recommend!

Been going to Trend Kill since 2007 and have never been wronged. All the staff is amazing and Luke is a god!!! First of all, had I been able to leave MORE than 5 stars...I would have. For a quick rundown, scroll to the bottom. I went to get my septum pierced, which can be a tricky piercing to begin with, and I was greeted with a cheerful Hi there! immediately upon walking through the door, an acknowledgment which is becoming more and more rare these days. I was given a very professional rundown of procedure, cost, etc. and was then left to choose my new jewelry...my excitement level was rising. When it came to my turn, I was led into the piercing room where I was then happily greeted by both my piercer and his apprentice. Everything was clean and everyone was professional and thorough. I was asked to lie down so they could find my sweet spot. The piercing itself was absolutely painless, jewelry insertion was also painless. Everything went super smooth and I left feeling ecstatic about my new piercing! THEN, when I got home, I realized that the piercing was a little crooked. This can happen with septum piercings as they can be a little tricky, as I mentioned earlier, so I wasnt angry or upset. I went back the next day to see what could be done about my issue and was a little nervous due to bad experiences at other shops in the past who tried saying it wasnt their fault, or insinuating that I had some how done something wrong, etc. I was greeted with a very enthusiastic, Dont worry! Well make it right! We apologize that this happened, but it unfortunately does from time to time. They got me right in, took a look over the piercing, immediately saw the problem and had me once again lie down to prepare for the piercing. Again, it was painless, the piercer and the apprentice were both very kind and made me feel very much at ease, since my piercing was already a wee bit tender and I was a little tense at the thought of piercing again. We had some laughs and away I went, with a new and improved and very NOT CROOKED piercing. Bottomed line, mistakes happen. These people are knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. If I need another piercing I am DEFINITELY going back to Trend Kill. They reinvigorate the true meaning of customer service and sparked a new faith in humanity within me. Thanks Trend Kill. You killed it.

Both mine and my friends philtrum were pierced very crooked even though they used clamps. Luke pierced me and was extremely slow putting the needle through compared to every lip piercing Ive gotten done elsewhere, it was really surprising. I went back and ended up getting my jewelry downsized three times in hopes that it would be less obvious that its crooked when I smile. It looks better with shorter jewelry but its definitely not straight. Jimmy looked at it and agreed that its crooked and offered to repierce it for me, but I just felt hesitant to be pierced again after the first one was done wrong and didnt want to risk it being crooked a 2nd time. Jimmy is really nice and I appreciate him acknowledging that Luke pierced me wrong, but then my friend went in and got her philtrum pierced by Jimmy when she was visiting here and hers is even more crooked than mine. I was told that she didnt have a good verbal interaction with Jimmy when she confronted him about hers being crooked too, though I wasnt there. Im not sure how both of ours ended up being so wrong, but I expected better results for a shop having a combined experience of 40ish years. Unfortunately Im not comfortable coming back to the shop but I hope that things improve there.

I don’t trust anyone else after coming to them! They fixed not one, not two, but THREE piercings that other piercers messed up. They are so friendly and welcoming.Please for the love of god don’t go to starfire or dragonfly, because trend kill will have to fix it, and you’ll wast your money 😂 just skip the turmoil and drive to Redmond!

I drove all the way from Lapine to bring my 6 year old daughter here for her ears to be pierced. I am definitely glad I made the drive because everyone there was very kind and made the expirence for my daughter great. I would highly recommend Trend Kill if you have a little girl that is ready to pierce her ears.

Hands down the best place to get pierced in central Oregon. Their process is easy and their customer service is top notch. I even brought my 13 yr old in for second holes in her lobes. She was nervous but Luke made it a super comfortable experience for her. Love these guys!

I live in bend it’s worth the drive, pierced myself awhile ago and they sold jewelry to me that I really needed it just depends on a few factors. They only do real gold, they’re very professional and cheap and nice

If I could leave 0 star review, I would. I recently purchased a piece of jewelry here and had it put into my Tragus. 2 weeks later the piece fell into my ear canal and thankfully I was able to get it out without surgery. When asking them for a refund on the piece of jewelry, as another local jeweler said it wasn’t a good piece of jewelry and was improperly put in, they wouldn’t offer a discount on a new piece or a refund. Severely unprofessional and poor attitude on their part. I would not trust buying a piece of jewelry or getting pierced here.

My friend came to get her nostril peircing put back in because it fell out. Employees were very short and rude in my opinion. They told us an hour 2 hours ago and I’ve seen 3 people go in front of us that showed up after us.

My mom asked me if I wanted to go get pedicures the other day and I had been thinking about getting a constellation piercing. So I suggested getting some piercings. We called and found out that they do Walk-ins so we headed in to remind. I have to say the interactions we had with the front and our piercer were amazing. I got a rook, helix and a conch and it took maybe 10 mins and was super painless. My mom got a daith and we were both impressed. I will definatly be back once these are healed.

The worst place to go they say they are walk in but have went in a few times from driving all the way drone prineville and each time they said they didn’t have a piercer they just lost several costumers they are terrible would not recommend

I felt the need to add my own 5 star review because this place is top notch. My 7 year old daughter thought she wanted to get her ears pierced but when it came down to it, she wasnt ready. We even came back in the same day to try again, and were treated with nothing but kindness and patience the entire time, and they refused to charge me for their time and materials! They’re all so nice there. i got my belly and my helix pierced about three and a half months ago and they’re both perfect. i went and got my jewelry changed in both of them today and they were nice and other than the long wait outside in the cold the actual change was quick and painless.

I went to Trend kill back in February before the whole pandemic to get my septum pierced and it healed beautifully. These guys were great! I had to wait maybe 45 minutes from the time I signed in until I was seen but my piercer Luke was making jokes, made me feel super comfortable and was just all around great! I had a wonderful experience at trend kill. I was getting three lobe piercings, and I was a bit nervous (I hate needles!) but the team was so kind, conversational, and funny. They made the experience fantastic, and it didn’t hurt one bit! My ears have healed nicely without any issue. Couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic pricing, too!!!!

I took my second daughter to get her ears pierced after having a terribly experience with Claire’s boutique years earlier with my oldest daughter. The difference was night and day! Trend kill does an amazing job! After the piercing we pretty much did nothing and they healed beautifully! Highly recommend!

They were really awesome and I love having my nose pierced again but I had asked them to pierce the spot I had pierced before and my piercer said he saw where is was but after getting home I looked closely and it was not pierced where I wanted it to be. Not 100% sure if Ill be going there again I may and I may not. But right now Im a bit upset with them.

Best place I know of for killer piercings! Great bunch of guys, very helpful and very informative. Its the only place I will go. Jimmy gave me 3 cartridge piercings today and all things considered my ears dont hurt.

I stopped by Trend Kill last minute today to replace some earrings. Both staff members were incredibly friendly and kind, and extremely professional. I will definitely return the next time I need anything piercing-related. Havent used them for a tattoo, but the shop was clean and Id feel comfortable coming back for that, too.

Gone in earlier this year and had gotten my dermal done. Service was awesome! Everyone was super friendly but my piercing rejected and I moved so had to come to a different piercing shop to get it taken out. The new piercing shop I went to showed me the metal piece Trendkill put in my face and explained why it rejected. The piece put in my face should’ve had 2 holes in it so it wouldn’t have rejected but instead it had one and that’s probably why my face rejected it the way it did. For how awesome the service is and how much I paid I probably won’t go back again 😞

They are amazing at trend kill. Ive been to other places in central Oregon for piercings but this place has the latest styles. The service was fantastic. I had just had a piercing elsewhere the day before and it accidently was pulled out. It was the old cork screw style. I purchased a newer style there and they put it in for free! This is where Ill go for any new jewelry purchases or piercings in the future. Highly recommended!!

I came in to get my helix piercing. Jimmy (at the front desk) was very pleasant, helpful, and informative while I was picking out my jewelry (3mm purple opal). I sat down and was waiting for no more than 5 minutes before Luke called me back to the piercing room. He thoroughly cleaned all surfaces and washed his hands at least twice. He put on gloves to sanitize my ear, and draw the placement dot, which he asked me to get up and see if I liked it. Indeed, I did, so we continued with the process. He asked if I had any questions, and answered them thoroughly. Then he made sure I knew about the aftercare. He took off his gloves, washed his hands again, and put on a fresh set of gloves. The needle he used was 16g, and was one of the single-use sterilized disposable ones, which he put antimicrobial gel on first. The piercing was over quite quickly, and relatively painless. He reviewed the aftercare once more, and then gave me the packet (which contained a sea salt pack for cleaning, a pamphlet on cleaning, and the waiver I had signed). Overall, fantastic experience! I would give more stars if I could! Thank you so much, Luke and Jimmy!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! I would give 100 stars if I could! Luke is such a sweet guy! He doesn’t just pierce you and expect a pay check like some places. He talks to you like a real person, and comfort you. They recently took out a hoop of my ear because it was hurting me and I could not personally get it out. They replaced it with a lebret stud I had. I was so scared, but they helped me through it and didn’t charge me $10 to take it out!! I never feel rushed, like things are “my fault”, or bad about my experience. It is always well worth the drive from Bend to Redmond. We love you Dad! And everyone else who helps us!

I went through reviews of the piercing establishments in central Oregon and found that Trend Kill had the best reviews. I then asked a friend who is a tattoo artist his opinion and he immediately recommended this place.I went in with a friend and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave me exactly what I asked for, giving advice for a better experience, but not trying to sell me anything I didnt want. They also didnt try to pressure my friend into getting anything with me.Luke was professional, easy going, and extremely meticulous. I watched him change his gloves multiple times, making sure everything was sanitized. He talked me through everything he did, making sure I understood what was going to happen, and that I was comfortable the entire time.I will definitely be returning when I want anything else done and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.Thank you so much for my piercings, I LOVE them!

I came in for a face dermal today. Front desk clerk was super fast and nice (sorry dude I didn’t catch your name) and wasn’t pushy at all with jewelry like a lot of places are. Luke had a good sense of humor and made sure to explain the aftercare well. He made the experience awesome and I wasn’t nervous at all once I got in the back room with him. He made sure to give recommendations to make sure the anchor would last and heal correctly. He even gave my boyfriend a free shirt
