We walked in with design plans and cabinet style, and they told us they will charge us $400 just to give us a quote and IF we decide to use them, they will use it towards installation or the cabinet price. So how are we supposed to know if they are competitive? His advice was to speak to previous clients or look on the webpage. Just ridiculous! Who operates this way!?Darin, you have a deal. We were referred to Interior Design Concepts by Johnson Brothers appliances for the installation of newly purchase items. After meeting with Ryan and Darin, they walked us through all the options for the install. Since the appliances in the house we quite old, we decided to update the counter tops to better meet our needs and the appliances specifications. Interior Designs did an great job walking us through the processes. They were responsive and helpful as we went from a simple installation to a kitchen remodel. When it was all said and done, the kitchen was more functional and looking amazing. Ryan and his team made sure all the little details were completed. From paint matching 2 different colors to wood trim in obscure hard to see areas. Interior Design did an amazing job. I would hire them again for any other remodel in the house.

We needed a small piece of wood cut, none of the lumber stores could do it. On a off chance we stopped in and asked them if we could pay them to do it. He said he would do it on a hand shake. You dont see that very often anymore. If you are in need of anything from their store I highly recommend them! Customer service at its finest!

I had storm damage over the summer requiring a new roof, exterior paint, and hardwood floors. My homeowners insurance set me up with Ryan Fifer and IDC. They were easy to work with and very professional. They worked around my very challenging schedule and kept me posted of progress via text and photo while I was out of town.I’m happy with all work performed.Highly recommend Ryan and IDC!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They were incredibly busy but still made the time for our small drywall project. Every person I spoke with was professional and genuine. And they did a fantastic job! I am thrilled that I have a go to contractor now!

Highly recommend IDC!We had damage from a storm, which displaced our family of 5 (3 kids under 5) which wasn’t easy. Ryan came out the day of the storm, at 8 pm that night and got the work started immediately the following weeks. They worked directly with our insurance company making the repairs possible in a timely manner and communicating with us the entire time!Ryan stuck to his word and the time frame we were given. IDC did a fantastic job in restoring our laundry room. from demo to completion, they were responsive, informative, professional, patient, respectful and detail oriented . Their communication each step of the way was amazing and they always kept the work site neat and clean. We are very happy with IDC and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them for remodels, and/or new builds.

Work in progress on a major remodel. This company provides great project management, professional opinions and guess what people. The contractors are hones, hard working and arrive on time, and guess what again: they are smiling. Thanks to Darin and Ryan; they take away the stereotype of what we often see. Were not even done yet and were happy.

Ryan Fifer is the man. Oh... wait. I forget the delicate times we live in. Hes the person? Whatever floats your boat, uh, man. ;^)Anywho, Ive been impressed with his work. Hes handling the repair of my water damaged kitchen. If his job were an animal, it would be an octopus. Hes had to 1) deal with the insurance company 2) acquire materials 3) schedule the work 4) work with the tenants 5) work with the property manager 6) keep me in the loop and 7) do whatever else Im not even aware of.Now imagine trying to manage a half dozen or more of these jobs at once. Its a wonder hes not gone nuts. Thank you Ryan for not being nuts!

Ryan was a joy to work with. he was always gracious and friendly in his dealings with me ... and professional, courteous and thorough in dealing with my insurance company. My bedroom is now beautifully restored after a water leak and i couldn’t be happier!

Now this is the place to go when you want new cabinets. They have everything and all the staff is absolutely amazing. The prices are so reasonable that you cant afford to not go and check them out . You wont go wrong .

Darin helped us work through the repair of our kitchen, needed due to some major water damage. The cabinets and wood floor had to be removed with a new floor installed and cabinets then reinstalled. His responsiveness and experience in working with insurance companies made all the difference. He brought in quality subcontractors, coordinated all the work and the results are fantastic!

Eight months ago our vacation home, a 6 family ownership, suffered major water damage in the kitchen, requiring mitigation, removal/ replacement of flooring, countertops, splash tiles, appliances, etc. This was all compounded by obstructionistic homeowners insurance company tactics. It took months to return the home to its prior comfortable, living state; 8 months later we have just resolved the insurance claim. I just totaled up the number of email correspondences between the insurance company, the owners, and Darin Gerdes; it comes to approximately a staggering 150! Throughout the entire grueling process, Darin has been an outstanding advocate! I want to give a huge thank you to IDC and their amazing team. Darin Gerdes a fantastic contractor and everyone working on our project was very professional and meticulous. We just did a kitchen remodel and it turned out beautiful. Better than I imagined. We also had hardwood flooring installed and our fireplace redone. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Everything went smoothly and in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend them and would use them again. In fact, we are using them again. We’re now remodeling our master bathroom. I wont recommend these bait and switch experts to anyone, they came in after our disaster in Culver and took advantage of me, Ive reported them to the Oregon AG. I still had mold two months later.
