The owner came out as planned to review the job. I quickly had an estimate and time frame. My jobs were not an emergency.EXCELLENT service, polite and quality work. Job #1 the team of 2 came in and assessed the work area. They were able to replace the window, seal and clean up efficiently. They even took the time to explain what they were doing. Prices were also reasonable compared to 3 other bids.Job #2 was much more difficult since the window framing was damaged by a handyman. This team had the knowledge, creativity and the tools to do the whole job. They were also efficient and friendly.Photos attached of before and after. I still need to prime and paint trim.I am grateful and appreciate their talents and will definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable compared to 2 other bids. I am glad I chose Glass Guru. Don and team are amazing, not sure what is up with these other reviews, most seem to deal with the person answering, maybe they used to use an outsourced service as they are busy installing, not sure but my experience was perfect start to finish! I had 3 huge, I mean huge windows installed, one in my shower, Dons suggestion and he was so right on the money, it looks awesome, two others in my master bedroom, and 2 solar tubes in the closet and one in the bathroom, A ++++++ all the way from these guys. I absolutely loved the crew that showed up each time, one is Dons son but the other two guys were awesome too. They cared for and respected the space, went above and beyond helping me, even did a bit of extra work for which i feel bad about as I didnt have any cash on me to tip them.I personally will never use another glass company in this area as long as Don is running the place. They are busy, if you want something tomorrow, maybe not the best choice and if you do need something tomorrow maybe try being nice and maybe. Fact is all home builders are slammed in the area and there are delays, these guys went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their pricing was fantastic and their advice was priceless. Don took the time to offer his suggestions on my remodel, 95% of which I used, as a result I know that my remodel was more successful and looks just wonderful. Ive been doing a lot of remodeling the last year and have worked with a lot of companies, a lot of good companies, I can say I liked these guys the best hands down, no contest. What a great company to work with. From the office staff, to the estimator, to the technicians who came to our home for the installation of our shower door - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very prompt in returning phone calls! Love our shower glass enclosure. The guys with Glass Guru did a great job installing the glass and not chipping it going up our tight stairs. They were very easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

There office is difficult to find, so I called them and had them give me directions as I was driving. The staff was very helpful in finding some clips for screens on an old building. I would highly reccommend. I am a Happy camper.

The customer service by Stacy, and the in-home service by Derrick and his technician were all outstanding. I was kept informed about the order status for the glass, and the arrival time for the repair. The work was done efficiently and beautifully. And the cost was very reasonable too, and they did not even charge me to spend a few extra minutes on some of my old windows. They were also courteous and respectful, taking off their shoes before coming inside my house. I am so happy now that the work is done. Everything is back to normal. I definitely recommend this company. It is their second visit for two separate glass breakage incidents, and I was satisfied both times. We need more companies like this!

We had a window shift and it left a substantial gap that ran about 2 down one side so I just called the nearest repair company and am very glad that the luck of the draw led me to Glass Guru. They are very responsive, professional, and fairly priced. They came out to look at the problem, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work for the next morning. Eric showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, and had the project wrapped up before I knew it. Great experience for me and will be my choice if the need arises for me, my company, or anyone asking for a referral; I highly recommend.

Joel arrived today to install a broken window. He was so wonderful, professional and caring when he entered my home. He’s a dog lover so our little pooch barked his head off until Joel said hi. Anyway, I would highly recommend Joel and Glass Guru to fix your broken glass. Excellent job.

They were apparently in Everett today dropping off fliers and just decided throwing them on the ground was easier instead of leaving them on doors like they are intended

I have used The Glass Guru for a large glass tabletop. I asked them to use their best judgement for the details, I was very satisfied with the glass dimensions when I got it.I reached out to them for door repairs on a set of Andersen doors, they came over that day and repaired all of them (first time I can actually use my doors without kicking them shut!).Having them put in a doggy door next, looking forward to that!Overall extremely satisfied with their service and response time. I especially love the fact that I can use my doors again.

We have Glass Guru replaced 1 window and 1 table top glass for our dining table. One of the corners of the table top glass was chipped, I called them up about the situation they did not hesitate and replace a new one within 5 days.Very professional people and great service.

As with many others reviewers here I concur that the person at the reception is unprofessional and the service untimely.This company broke my glass when installing a pet door some years ago and made a commitment to reinstate it when I needed to move out. I was understanding. But when I needed the door replaced, it took 2 weeks and 5 calls, and they couldnt go to their basement to dig my file for measurements. After the 5th call, the lady at the front desk stated that it slipped her mind and rudely stated that me calling her just delayed the process. She committed herself to call me in an hour. That call never took place.

We used glass guru of Redmond to fix our broken seals and one broken glass panel. The work was great, quick and honest. We will definitely use them again for future glass work. My only complaint is sometimes it takes them a while to return your call. Other then that they are great.

Our son ran through our screen of our rear sliding door. I called around a few vendors and got a hold of Glass Guru. I had an appointment for a couple days later.They installers called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and were prompt and on time. After determined that I did not need a new screen and it just had to be re-screened. They took the door off, repaired it, then made some adjustments and it works better than before. I figured it would be a minimal charge plus trip fee. They did not even charge me. I insisted but they said there was no charge.What great service. I cant recommend them enough.

I had a cleaning lady hit a window up high in my living room and shattered it. The Glass Guru people were prompt about coming to see what they needed to do to fix it. They were also prompt about sending a very tall (I didnt think he wouldnt need a ladder) and delightful young man to carefully remove the shattered part and replace it with a new one, creating it all in his vehicle!! There was never a piece of glass, large or tiny that were insight... it was all collected by his equipment!! They definitely get an A+!!!

I used glass guru for a shower door installation and it was a disaster. Starting with, I was upsold to a higher price design, than the measurements they took were wrong and the glass delivered was not of the same quality (I ordered endura shield and was delivered plain)It took them 3 months to correct the order and deliver the shower door. To top that, Staff was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was left hanging for days (/weeks) for a simple update or a follow up.I was DISAPPOINTED, doing business with them and would NOT RECOMMEND them for any job.

I had a broken glass table top. When I went to the store, it was close because the front desk was sick. But I called in and left the table top outside the store. They called in so that I can get the estimation for the new glass top with customized size. The whole deal is very simple and easy. They provide good quality, responsive and reasonable price.

My experience with Glass Guru was fantastic. They were thorough, fast, and very professional. I needed to have two large mirrors removed and a broken glass fixed in my home. They were able to give me an estimate and get all the work done within a week. I recommend them very highly.

Spoke to sales, estimator to call back next day, 2 weeks and 3 voicemails later and no return call. Spoke again to sales, did not know what safety glass/safety mirrors are. Not a ringing endorsement of a Guru. **Their sales receptionist made no such comment** Not a business worthy of you trust.

I have purchased two glass covers for my kitchen table and new mirrors for a bathroom remodel from Glass Guru. The prices have always been incredibly reasonable and the service very prompt. I highly recommend them.

Im in the process of selling my town-home. I had 2 windows that appeared to have failed seals. 1 window has smeared hand-prints & the other looks like a large oil smear INSIDE the window. I thought Id get 2 quotes. 1st quote, $750 OUCH! Don with The Glass Guru of Redmond was the 2nd quote. Don asked if I was the original owner of this town-home. I am! He sd, These are Milgard Windows. Failed seals like this should be warrantied for life! I could have HUGGED him were it not for COVID-19. ALSO Don was punctual & professional, he wore a mask & removed his shoes upon entering my home!

I have had the same experience as the above person, they came out to look at the job and were very friendly and it seemed they knew exactly what was needed but alas I cannot get a quote or any follow up, even after many calls and emails. No response. I understand getting busy but this is just ridiculous.

Dont waste your time. After scoping the job they were unable to provide a quote within a month despite calling them repeatedly for several weeks. Completely unprofessional.

I had a $3k remodel project with Glass guru for the glass roof of my sunroof. The only purpose of this remodeling is to fix leaking problem. However, after the project the leakage becomes worse.Ive contact customer support to fix the leaking issue, and the fix is still going on. This Friday Ill be inspecting the leakage with glass guru crew together, hopefully this time it fixes the issue.
