First I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s (sorry Danny and Bob unfortunately most people have the big box stores on there minds), but after talking with employees from Home Depot and Lowe’s. I discovered they had little knowledge about lighting or the quality of lighting I desired for my home. So I decided I would rather support a local small business. I went online and searched lighting stores in Central Oregon and I found Accent Lighting glad I did I will never go back to a big box store for lighting again. Danny and Bob at Accent Lighting have amazing knowledge and expertise in all the products they offer. Danny was so engaged in my project that he even offered to draw up a outline of the area in my home of where the lighting was going to work best. I also was having a few problems with the electrician I hired, so I called Accent Lighting and I talk with Bob about the problem. Without hesitation Bob said give me his phone number and I will walk him through the installation process of installing the cans for your Nora lighting. I just can’t say enough but Bob and Danny two great guys and they are truly one in a kind when it comes to customer service. Thanks again Danny and Bob. You now have a customer for life. Wonderful experience with Danny at Accent Lighting. Customer service was unsurpassed, he spent considerable time with me going over my selections advising about lumens and output, and answering my many questions. I love the fixtures I bought, the quality is top-notch while the prices were very competitive. Awesome! Accent designed my lighting for my new house and it was perfect! My builder loved it because because all of the delivery boxes were marked with locations with the correct lightbulbs inside. Easy Peasy! I didnt have to be there to direct where to install the lights. Highly recommend! I worked with Danny.
