I’ve had a good experience selling on Poshmark - I’ve sold about 10 items and it’s gone very smoothly. I like that they provide the shipping label and the app is very easy to use.

WARNING!!! This company supports scam artists and condones fraud. I ordered some clothing from one of their vendors that arrived damaged. Poshmark denied our return claim without explanation. WORST customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT SHOP HERE! POSHMARK SUPPORTS SCAM ARTISTS AND FRAUD. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.
This was my first and last experience with this company. I placed an order with a seller for $132. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. The seller wiped out there store and ran, never replying to my complaint. Poshmark never followed up with my problem. They just reported my account as delinquent and told me to ask around my neighbors for the item I clearly submitted a UPS Return to sender email, demonstrating that I never received the item. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE.
I had been a member of posh mark since before it was popular and I spend over $ 10000.00 a year just shopping because I love the convenience of shopping new and used without leaving my home .. However I recently became a seller on the site and my merchandise was selling very well .. I purchased my merchandise from turkey and Taiwan to insure quality 4A. Since my merchandise was of a Brand name they band me on the site saying “ We don’t want you on the site “which I feel was totally rude as a response I still have over $600.00 in sales funds that have not been deposited into my account and I’m not getting a response from support.. I would like my money the clients were satisfied with their purchase and it has now b en over 3 months since my last sell and since the put my money in response 100%.. I would like to be contacted by the owners and someone with some common sense .. This is so unprofessional

I just had a terrible experience with a Poshmark person. After I paid for the purchase, the person refused to send the purchase. Contacted me once, and never again. I will never purchase from this company again. I informed Poshmark several times. and the company did nothing but make excuses

Failure to RespondThis company has a written return policy then they fail to respond. Now I’m stuck with a fake when I contacted within the time period.I didn’t read the reviews and trusted them. This was a birthday gift now I have an expense fake. And not necessarily a great one.The color is off. And the handles don’t match the purse. The stitching is wrong and the label stamp is misaligned. And the bottom welting is missing.I requested a return label three times and never received a response from anyone.I’ll never use this company again.
I Have been buying and selling on Poshmark for quite a while now! I have made almost $5000.00 in sales honest seller! Just like all sites you have your problems! They have always been worked out and they do respond to you in an email! I love Poshmark! Always question who you are buying from about the product before you purchase and look close at the pictures you can bring them in close by rubbing the picture between 2 fingers! I always as us question and if I dont feel right I dont purchase item! 97% are honest hard working sellers!
I sold a designer bag for roughly $2,500. It made it thru inspection then I received a cancelation for the purchase & was told the bag would be returned. It has been weeks and the bag was never returned and the money was never deposited. It is a complete scam. I see a lot of these same-type stories are happening, recently. I would absolutely not recommend selling anything of great value on here as they obviously kept the Chanel purse. I have over 15+ messages to them and their support as they obviously do not let you contact them via phone.SCAM BEWARE!
Customer service? No such thing with this company. They dont even answer the phone. The item I got was not what was shown. Now I cant even find a way to return. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
After 2 weeks and no shipment I canceled my order. Then after 2 days contacted PayPal to get my refund. Thank you PayPal! I will never use Poshmark again.
Poshmark is my favorite online resale market by far. Im very sorry it seems that some reviewers have had such negative experiences. My experience has been very good! I have bought and sold tons of stuff there. You can find amazing deals on very cool pieces and clean out your own closet at the same time for $$$. I have had a couple of problems with sales over the years, but Poshmark customer service was very good and just refunded the money to both buyer and seller. I suppose like any online resale market (eBay for instance) you should be sensible about what you buy. The shopping experience is pretty good. There are certain things I wish they would improve but probably they will continue to develop the platform. For instance, it would be lovely if you could filter searches by My brands, so you would only see brands that you follow, just like you can filter for your size. I also wish you could separate accessories from clothing more easily in search results. And I wish you could set your size for all of the categories instead of just a few. But hopefully they will continue to add and improve the shopping experience. Even so, it is still the best online resale shopping experience I have found. Happy poshing!

DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS WITH THEM !!! I’ve been selling on there sites for a few years now and have recently noticed a pattern of fraud ! I sold a item for $1200, Shipped via USPS WITH POSHMARKS PREPAID LABEL on Aug 9th, it hasn’t updated since Aug 13 th . I’ve emailed Posh several times in the app and DM on IG . No response from them . Poshmark then cancelled the sale without contacting or acknowledging why . I tried to have the item intercepted and returned to me . USPS denied that request and is still sending the item to Poshmark ! ….. NOW WHY WOULD POSHMARK CANCELL A SALE THAT IS STILL IN TRANSIT TO THEM ! …… GO LOOK AT THE COMMENTS UNDER THEIR INSTAGRAM POST ( @poshmark ) it’s more messages from other customers being scammed by Poshmark !
Can I leave 0 stars? There is absolutely NO customer service from Poshmark. They prematurely cancelled my buyers order when the buyer requested to cancel because USPS did not pick up tracking movement of her package. I confirmed shipment but they cancelled it anyway. The buyer received the package, confirmed via message that she loves her bag and I have heard NOTHING after 5 days from Poshmark. Buyer has my bag and I have no payment or recourse. This is total BS!
I have been selling on Poshmark since 2018. Each question or problem I have addressed to the Poshmark team was answered within 24 hours via email. I have sold 285 items to date and while I havent made the dollars that the commercial boasts, I have been very satisfied. Your experience is paramount to how many items you have listed and to their quality. Secondly, your sales are greatly enhanced by sharing your items to your followers and to the masses within Poshmark via the parties provided. I have purchased approximately 60 items and while a few didnt suit me, most items are in my wardrobe as absolute favorites! I became disenchanted with the shipping price when it hit $7.11 until I took a package to the post office and had the worker tell me how much the package would cost if I were mailing it myself. It would have been $9.85! The postage has been my only concern but apparently, it is a deal Poshmark has cut with the Post Office. It is great on larger packages but not on the smaller. I do hope they implement calculated shipping at some point. Majorly, I have been pleased in my relationship with Poshmark. No sales site is flawless.
I sent a detailed email saying I was having trouble with getting a new login to work and ask if they could call me ( provided my cell phone number) and walk me through the issues I am having. Instead I got an email with no helpful suggestions so I called them and of course their mail box is full. I guess I will have to get my husband to create a new account and use that. Or maybe I’ll shop elsewhere altogether.
Ive seen a ton of negative reviews and although I only use Poshmark as a side job, I have never had any problems with it. I think the platform functions very smoothly from both the seller and the buyers point of view. I have used it to sell some lightly used or new clothing and I have been so happy to see all the items go to homes where they will be loved! The process takes some time and organization but I have only found that buyers are patient and understanding if you keep communication open with them. Overall, I think they offer a fantastic marketplace and a great option to reuse clothing that would otherwise end up being thrown away.
I have been selling on EBAY for 10 years and moved to POSH about 3 months ago. I do not care what anyone says, POSH marketplace is much bigger and better than EBAY for sellers! You create a POSH account, and see how many follows you get within 1 day. You will see what I am talking about. POSH is the future, anyone who doesnt like it - too bad. This company is controlling the marketplace now!

This rating is based on the lack of fairness as it relates to being a VICTIM of a SCAM on Poshmark, especially when you are a Seller who follow all their policies and procedures. I have successfully sold as a honest and fair Seller on their site almost 3 yrs, with outstanding reviews and comments. Title of Ambassadorship in 6 months of starting and over 1200 5 ⭐️s and growing each day. I have a PRISTINE record with a robust of returning buyers. I don’t expect to please everyone; however, I will as a successful business owner listen, respond and be FAIR in my decision case by case. In some cases, you may have to take the loss and learn from that situation and go forward or side with both parties as it’s hard to say who’s right or wrong. I am not bashing Poshmark; however, their SUPPORT TEAM drop the BALL on this case.In my specific case, I sold a beautiful brand new authentic pair of Prada sandals. A Buyer kept going back and forth with low offers. I had them listed as $490 (price tag listed on the box). I knew I would sell at $390. Typically I would block people like this due to past RED FLAG feeling. If you know Poshmark system it will not allow continuous offers from Buyers. It stop her. Next day, I notice she accepted my price and purchased it. I consulted with a couple of mentors as should I precede as my intuition felt something is. Researched her page and saw nothing out of the original expect she had put in a lowball offer another Buyer. Lowballing on these site are big; however, it doesn’t mean people are SCAMMERS. She purchased them on 8/10/21 and I knew I wouldn’t ship until day. I must take pictures in all angles and video as I do with all my sells. Always. I felt super protect. The profit I made off these were $304.55 as 20% goes to Poshmark. It was a lost for me which is to be expected on these platform. She immediately OPEN A CASE with Poshmark. I looked over what she was saying and the pics she represent. My mouth drop. I AM A VICTIM OF A SCAM. She switched my real, new and never worn with an identical pair of her fake, broken buckle, dirty worn sandals. As ANGRY as I was, I felt protective and sure with 28 time stamped pics and videos I took before mailing out not including the pics listed in my closet, Poshmark would see this as a SCAM and remove her from off the and rule in my favor. CASE CLOSED. OH NO, they concluded in this case with, not her claim of fake shoes, no her case damaged shoes or the others she threw at them hoping something would stick. Keep in my all her accusations were disproved with my side by side pics and videos I sent them time stamped. The final ruling was ‘undisclosed stains’. I asked them to send me evidence of stains. NO REPLY. I sent email after email. Let me see the stains. CRICKETS. Instead I got an email for her to return the shoes. Poshmark VICTIMIZED ME too. This BUYER returned to me fake, dirty, scratch up patent leather, torn off buckle, footprints with dirty inside and toe print sandals. To add insult to injury, the boxes had a very strong smell of urine as if someone or a pet peed in the shoe box. I again thought I had a solid case as everyone on Poshmark Facebook told me to video tape me opening the box and take pics. The one positive thing is she did return my $40 gift that smelled like urine too. I didn’t get back my thank you card, too along with my beautiful Poshmark stamped tissues paper. However, she hit the LOTTERY. Her reward was a pair of $490 authentic brand new shoes; refund of $390 and THANK YOU FOR DOING BUSINESS ON POSHMARK.I received a email below indicating they can’t fairly tell who’s right or wrong so they gave me….get ready to laugh, a $85 store credit. This journey is not over. I filed with USPS mail fraud, a claim with the BBB, Police Report, Small Claim Court. Pics below are side by side of hers & my pics of these shoes. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN BOTH PAIR. Compare our serial# and stitching (mines on bottom) (hers on top). Clearly two different pair of shoes. I took other POSHERS advise & email Manish CEO. I’m told he’s FAIR.
I have consistently had positive purchase experiences with the Poshmark community. Every time I visit, I am impressed by their sellers, and the user interface search engine, which assists me in targeting exactly what I am seeking. I always end up finding more than what I initially set out to find. SO GLAD to have Poshmark as a valuable resource for giving used clothing a new life, and help to slow the fast fashion movement, in a meaningful, powerful way. I wish them much success!
I bought a $9,920 14k diamond 8ct Ruby ring they Authenticated it and shipped it to themselves basically stoled it from me and totally ignored my emails..I had to make a police report as my only resource for assistance bc they wouldn’t even try helping me find my item,well they wouldn’t even answer the 20 emails I sent to customer support..to top it off theirs a contact number but u can only leave voicemails but they were full..couldn’t reach them at all..scammers and thieves ..I’m soo mad
Although, the people on Poshmark are really nice, welcoming and friendly, I was not able to sell any of my items. I had a lot of likes and nice comments on the items I was selling, but no bites! I took advice from other sellers and tips from Poshmark, but nothing. So I took my site down. It seemed to be mostly a social media community. Id just needed to sell my items, this was not for me. After reading some of these comments and horror stories, Im glad Id closed my account
Great platform to buy and sell new and used clothing, accessories, home decor and more. Ive been both a buyer and seller on Poshmark for a few years now and Ive never had any issues their customer service. Their support team is quick to respond within 24 hours, and every case Ive had have always been resolved promptly. Shipping is also made very simple, although it can be pricey for lower priced items. But youre definitely receiving an amazing deal when shipping heavier things like coats, jeans, dresses, and shoes.I think the only downside is the high fees (Poshmark takes 20% off every item you sell), and also, Im not a big fan of how active I have to be in order to make sales (having to constantly share my items so it could be seen by others). But other than that, there are a lot of awesome deals to be found here, and I definitely recommend this platform for anyone whos looking to shake up their wardrobe, or clear their closet.
Zero support of sellers. Absolutely none. They consistently side with buyers who open fraudulent cases and purposefully damage items for the sake of being able to return something. Sellers receive no compensation or support for these unfair cases. Even when an item goes through Poshmarks own authentication and inspection process, Poshmark still sides with the buyers. Sellers dont even get the opportunity to step in and provide photos or video evidence to support their case. I deal exclusively with high end items and have lost money, time, and valuable inventory due to Poshmarks unfair processing of fraudulent return cases. Their authentication and inspection process is a joke, it doesnt protect sellers at all.
It appears Im in the minority here reading the reviews below, but I absolutely love Poshmark. Its a great way to clean out your closet and replace it with new-to-you, gently used items. Not to mention the primary reason I use it: it cuts down so much on fast fashion waste! If you are careful about who you purchase from--I nearly always buy from their verified ambassadors--and are diligent about documenting the condition of your sold items, youll have a great experience.
Provide adjustable shipping prices and lower your commission or you wont survive. If China can mail me a pair of shoes for 15 cents, you can ship a necklace in a standard envelope to the next county without charging 7.95 PLUS a ridiculous cut of the sale. Your greed is bordering despicable.
If I can give them a ZERO I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a purchase that required Poshmark authentication over a month ago, and have yet to receive my order, yet my card was charged immediately after purchase.I learned from another posher (not Poshmark) that they sent her my order by mistake, and she so kindly returned it to the Poshmark Headquarters. Poshmark was very quick to respond to the Posher they sent the order to by mistake and make arrangements for her to return the bag asap. However, during that time, I never received a single update from Poshmark nor have I received a response to the multiple emails myself and the seller have sent the Poshmark support team.Moral of the story -- do not purchase anything from Poshmark that requires PMHQ authentication or pray nothing goes wrong with your order, because there customer service (or lack there of) is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Ive contacted Poshmark thru their customer support system since there’s no way to actually speak to a person to zero avail. My order wasn’t delivered I’ve told them eleven times now I want the order cancelled, and nothing has happened. So I’m out 135 for a pair of sandals
I signed up to sell some clothing items on here. I sold my first shirt recently and when I shipped it to the girl she found a blemish on it. That was fine. She was supposed to send it back. Well I never received it back and I did not get my money or my shirt. So I contacted Poshmark and they ignored me and ignored me. I finally had to write the Better Business Bureau to get them to answer me. So unless you can afford to just give your clothing away do not deal with this company
My favorite app to sell on. Very active user base. Sell and buy a lot on there. The negative reviews talk about returns but Posh is clear ask for measurements because fit is not reason for return. But if theres any other problems posh is quick to resolve. On ebay I lost money with scam buyers saying they didnt receive sent items but never had a problem on posh
Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of boots for $337. shipping included. The boots arrived with $55. postage due. I paid the postage. Then the boots were not the size stated. Seller offered to take them back . Sent boots paid $21 to ship. Poshmark refuses to allow seller to refund my $337. I sent 5 emails to Poshmark, they respond with the same automated email. Poshamrk refuses to resolve the issue and is keeping my money AND the seller now has the boots as well.Do NOT buy anything from Poshmark.

First time I listed on Poshmark - a beautiful pristine wedding dress and veil - they sent me an email saying they removed it (without asking me about it) because it was identified as a counterfeit listing!! I have the tag to prove it is the brand I said it was. There is no possible reason for this to be listed as counterfeit!! First and LAST TIME I will use Poshmark - GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
Ordered a leather belt, received a canvas belt... IN THE WRONG SIZE! Poshmark released my funds to the seller 3 days after shipment. No returns. Site seems a bit cultish for me, complete with over enthusiastic sellers who want to style your look for you based on your browsing history. Emojis and !!! abound in communications. Not for me.
So I have purchased and sold quite a few items on Poshmark, including second-hand designer glasses and a bag... and I think that it is a pretty good post-retail marketplace. But you have to be savvy about what you buy and who you buy from. This is where I think a lot of reviewers claim to have been scammed. And maybe they have... To be frank, you just have to be mindful about who you buy from, because no, you cannot return an item you bought unless its guaranteed authentic (which will be posted on the listing itself). And the reason you cannot return items makes sense - because youre buying from a person, a third party (kind of like Ebay), not a company or a store. Hope this helps anyone whos hesitant about using Poshmark - as long as you know what you want and arent impulse buying, and are willing to do some research and digging to make sure the item is authentic, go for it!
Poshmark is way better than ebay. Im saying this as a buyer and a seller. Its easy to find a person with your same style to buy from over and over again.

I have bought and sold on Poshmark for almost 4 years and never had a problem that wasnt resolved. Ive never had to return anything that I purchased. Most active sellers are responsive and take pride in their inventory, packaging, and ship time. Customer service can be slow and definitely needs improvement, and the app itself can be a bit quirky and theres a learning curve for new users to understand how things work, which I think is part of the reason for a lot of the negative reviews here.
Very poor customer service, they make it very difficult to contact them when an error has been made, also make you feel your in the wrong. No customer service. Can not contact vendor when a mistake has been made.

DO NOT SHOP ON POSHMARK! There is no return policy. They will not accept your claim. Instead of refunding you the money owed for your order, they will offer you a $5 store credit. Thats terrible. I was taken advantage of by another seller on Poshmark. They are all thieves.

Ive bought and sold on Poshmark. I had sold a $100+ fragile item, it arrived broken, the buyer asked for a refund saying that the packing had been excellent and it was the fault of the post office. She was refunded, but the payment was not taken from me since it was not my fault. On the buying side, Ive had a few issues, but have always been able to work them out either with the seller directly or through Poshmark. My biggest issue is I wish they had a cheaper shipping rate for items under a pound.

I ordered a rain jacket through Poshmark that came to me smelling like cigarette smoke. When I requested a return, the seller accused me of lying, and Poshmark refused the return, but offered me a $5 credit on their site (I paid $56 for the jacket, tax and shipping). My dispute was later labeled as settled and resolved with my consent, despite my multiple notes expressing my dissatisfaction.
This app is alright when things go the way they are supposed to but customer support when things go wrong is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like there are no real human beings operating this. I am still trying to get my money back for an order that I never got..... But an empty box. Idk where the item is but still not in my hand. I just want my money refunded back to my account so I can find a different item. Yet I keep being asked to submit more pictures of something I dont have. Im very disappointed in customer support and would very much appreciate it if I spoke to a human instead of a bunch of notifications. Thank you

I have been selling online on Poshmark for about a year now, the sales arent regular. In fact I have only had 6 sales to date.I received the 6th. sale on March 9th. 2021 a Tuesday. I wasnt feeling well, and I had asked the policy about the shipping time, to make sure of the time frame. I verified it was 7 days, and on the 8th. day the buyer could cancel.On Saturday 3/13/21 at 5:03 pm, I received an email from Poshmark that said, it was 4 days since I didnt ship, and that I should notify them if I plan to ship in the next 1 to 2 days. Since the next day was a Sunday, I knew I had to ship on the Monday. I let them know through the link, and I thought everything was fine.But on Monday 3/15/21 11:19 am, I received another email from Poshmark stating that it was my final notice (at least this time the Post Office was still open). But I was alread getting ready to go out to the Post Office as I had promised to do so on Saturday, to mail the package.I thought how horrible of them, that they wouldnt even give me time to get to the Post Office, since I already contacted them and told them, that I would ship in the next 1 to 2 days, which was on Monday.I mailed the package on Monday 3/15 as I had promised to do, and I got an acknowledgement email from Poshmark for the acceptance for the package.The package was delivered on 3/18, and according to Poshmark policy, I have to wait 3 days for the buyer to inspect the package. If the buyer doesnt respond, then on the 4th. day the payment would be released to me.Today is the 24th. and my payment has not been realeased to me. I did email them on the 22nd. and I have not heard anything back from them about my payment. Since I have heard other stories about them not responding, I came here.I believe that if there was a problem, that they could have contacted me or noted it in my account. But they are holding my payment for no reason at all and, illegally according to their own policy.They keep talking about kindness and being considerate, I dont think for one second with this type of behavior of them, that they care about anyone else, but their business. Its just a gimmick! This dont seems to be any kind of kindness that they are showing me.On 3/25 they responded and appoligized for the delay, and also realeased the payment. They furthermore gave no explination to the hold.

I was told that my account was associated with a restricted account. I told suppot that I never had an account before and asked if I could send needed information to prove this point. I begged them to look into the matter but they did and would not. I was rested without question and was never granted the opportunity to prove that. I never had a previous account.

All these reviews are people that are scammers and want poshmark to give them money I’ve had no major problems with poshmark if never had a scammer situation I love to buy and sell on poshmark I’ve sold over 10000 dollars worth of items and purchased 100s of items that were amazing deals!
Mixed experience with Poshmark, mostly good but the bad ones sting! Ive been scammed a couple of times with buyers who blatantly lied about the condition of the item I sold, and CS almost always sides with the buyer. All a scammer has to do is file a claim with a pic showing some kind of damage - can be real, photoshopped, or cuz they already wore the item and ruined it; Customer Service just doesn’t care and won’t acknowledge any comments you included in the dispute.Before the sale, Posh pushes the constant sharing of your closet so items can be sorted at the top of search results, otherwise your listings sink to the bottom and your sales dry out. This is extremely time consuming if your closet has over 100 items and you have a real job. Then they take 20% of your hard earned sales which made sense back when they flipped the bill for shipping (free shipping is helpful to sellers in a big way!) but now they make the Buyer pay shipping and STILL take the same 20%.Posh also won’t introduce a feature where you can auto-decline super annoying lowball offers, why? eBay did that years ago.
I am really surprised at the poor reviews. I have had all good experiences for several months now. I have had some issues with shipping but this was from the USPS and pandemic-holiday delays, which most were understanding, it happens and not Poshmarks responsibility. Any and all shipping issues, a lost package, was resolved by the Poshmark with full refund to myself and the seller, and they did a great job as resolving any other issues. which Poshmark was very prompt in doing so. Their fees are fair (local consignment shops take a much bigger cut-(up to 40%) If you want an authentic product there are websites that do authenticate or ask for authentication. There are good and bad everywhere, know what to look out for. I always read the comments or love notes given and received before a purchase. And did have to report scammers that just ask for you to write to their email to sell your item. Scammer hint right there. There are a lot of reputable sellers and buyers and very confident in buying and selling from the Poshmark platform.
You guys have the worst customer service ever, and you guys have the WORST buyers ever. I have contacted you guys MULTIPLE TIMES, on people trying to scam me. These people have said that things have not been delivered to their address, or they have bought multiple things, when they haven’t. YOU GUYS HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. THERE ISNT EVEN AN OPTION FOR SELLERS TO OPEN UP A CASE ON BUYERS. If you thought about selling on poshmark, don’t. They take so much of your money with their “fees” and it’s not even worth it. SELL ON MERCARI.

If I can give the Company (ZERO) Stars, I would. Why are they still in business? Like a LOT others, Ive had it up to my last purchase with them. They can care less about their customers or the NEGATIVE Reviews. Calling the Headquarters is a joke. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that a lots will follow suit. This is the only way this company will get their wake-up call and hopefully enough complaints will shut them down. I should have read the Reviews prior to making my last purchase. Shame on Postmark! Ive sold a couple of items on Poshmark and found it very easy to ship out. The process was very smooth and easy.
I have been a POSH buyer and Seller for 4 years and so far everything works smooth, made great sales, great buys, and customer service is fair on both parties.
Wish I could put a negative stars on them. After 5 years of working so hard they closed my account. After they got profits on me.
Wow I didn’t know so many people had issues with poshmark like me! I made so many purchases through the app. There was one seller that sent me two dresses that should not be sold. They had so much discoloration! I contacted poshmark and my claim was denied. I told them I would stop buying at their website. That was last year, this year, I have been trying to get vintage handbags so I ordered a few again. There are a lot of people selling FAKES HANDBAGS on their website but they do not care! As long as they make money, they do not care what their sellers are doing or scamming people. And the shipping? You’ll pay more in shipping that you ever will in your entire life on here. It’s crazy!
I purchased a Fendi Tshirt from a seller by the name of Kimmyobr, she claims the item was returned back to her when she shipped it out to be authenticated before sending on to me, this is a new service offered by Poshmark.. I contacted her directly to purchase the item directly, messaged her on Facebook, was given a cashapp ID of her son to pay.. I made payments totaling $805.00, requested her to send tracking ID which was supposed to be by UPS, numerous times... She sent rambling messages, none of which include tracking ID and or receipt, which I also requested.. I gave her numerous chances to provide me the tracking ID, never provided it or a receipt.. She previously requested I send her a test email which I did and never got a reply, my only guess is she did this so she could possible spam me? I have no idea...After making a final request for tracking ID, she messaged back with another ramble which did not include it. I told her if I did not receive item by Friday, 12/18, I would request a refund via cash app...I request a refund since item did not arrive, I doubt it was even sent or she even had it at this point...It is now Sunday, 12/20, no refund from Cashapp... This person is either VERY inept and or an elaborate scammer...Watch out if you deal with this person directly, she might seem genuine and nice but does not send what you order, if she even has it..
The only complaint I have about postmark is the shipping time of the sellers. I have ordered enough from them and probably will continue. 5 days to ship? If you dont have time to ship the item then Dont sell anything.
Each time I post a designer Blazer (ie) Danier, Jones New York, Simon Chung, or whichever -Poshmark removes me off site for a few days and remove my listing and I get this message: Has been removed due to Counterfeit item Mean time the item is a genuine real item! I personally purchased the item from Saks - Unable to reach Poshmark, either by email or phone - Just a whole waste of time!
Absolutely terrible. Someone used my bank account to make two separate purchases both about 100 each. They refuse to help get my money back. All that was done is they gave me an account name saying please review your purchase history😤. Well i camt considering ITS NOT ME. I have no access to the account
I wish I looked at google reviews before making a $1k purchase. Poshmark refuses after 6+ request on how they made a determination to deny my refund when the pictures and description of the item I purchased clearly were different. Further pictures from the seller were filtered or which Poshmark encourages for sellers which changes what is actually received by the buyer. Poshmark actually told me their advice is to ask questions next time for future purchase.....this after clearly showing differences with pictures (what I received to what seller posted) what was described as well. I am going to BBB, will write to their HQs, will update every social media site with negative reviews.

Poshmark customer service is the worst! I sent them over 10 emails because for more than a week a seller did NOT ship an item. I bought two items from the same seller, one $12 and one $90. The seller swapped!! shipping labels and sent me the $12 item with the $90 shipping label to make it appear like the $90 was shipped and delivered. Then she never sent the $90 item and just printed the $12 shipping label so that it appeared like it was shipped in their system.I contacted USPS and they said the shipping label was only printed and not shipped. I sent support[at]poshmark.com and several of their employees, including the ceo (ceo[at]poshmark.com and manish[at]poshmark.com) and even included screenshots and picture of item received over several days and no response. Poshmark does not care.Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and I told them that the item is not as described because I ordered a black and white $90 jacket and instead received a red jacket. So after I get PayPal involved and they investigated I finally got a refund for the black and white jacket.I will never buy on Poshmark ever again. I asked them to delete my account after this terrible experience. Poshamark does not care about what happens on their website; they only care about receiving profits from transactions which is very evident from their complete lack of regard and unresponsiveness to any emails.Poshmark didnt respond, investigate or do anything until PayPal forced them to by opening a case to investigate. They contact the seller to inquire about item not delivered and swapping shipping labels and the seller never responded. PayPal found the case in my favor and closed the case and PayPal gave me a refund.
DONT DO IT!!! The Posh community does NOT help the buyer if theres a dispute. Although they advertise that you as the buyer have the final say if youre satisfied by pushing the accept button, I had a dispute that was not resolved, but was paid to the seller. Item was yellowed and Posh community said it wasnt misrepresented by the seller. And yet, I have yellowed shoes...
Ive learned the hard way that if a seller does not list a brand name on its item or lists it as boutique, then its generally cheap stuff that you can get for pennies on Chinese websites or even from Poshmarks wholesale site. Always get the brand name or you can end up with a non tagged item that quality-wise is just worth the trash can. In my case it was a sweater purchased for $50 that was probably bought wholesale for $1.99. Went straight to the trash.
Sold an item. Shipped same day. 2 weeks later it shows the package was intercepted by sender (not me). Have emailed them 4 times inquiring about this package that’s lost in transit. High priced item. Have not gotten paid. No response from their team other than the initial email that I would be protected. At what point do they take responsibility and pay me out!

I sell Burberry belt on Poshmark marketing but the customer use my item and after 1 week he open case and Poshmark service not help about this and the accept customer fake case I hate Poshmark please don’t use Poshmark

I bought a New handbag, and received a Used Damaged bag. I submitted a request for a refund within an hour of the bag arrival on 1/31; supported by pictures. The bag even had trash in the bottom. As of 2/15 I have not gotten a reply or resolution. Their purchase/return guidelines, appear to be fraudulent to say the lest. This is clearly False Advertising. The case # 37896649 was assigned weeks ago...to no avail. The government should investigate this companys business practices.

Ive sold several items on poshmark and have received 5 star consumer reviews. Recently, I accepted a $60 offer for a barely worn ATM Anthony Thomas Melillo short sleeve cashmere blend short sleeve top (purchased at Barneys NY for $295). Within 48 hours of receiving notification of this purchase, I shipped the item USPS to MIAMI. Please keep in mind that as of last week, Miami is the epicenter of the global pandemic; was on high hurricane alert, and the USPS delivery performance is abysmal - blame budget cuts...in any case, I received notification that my item was not shipped. I immediately followed up with an email that it had been shipped. Several days later, I see my order has been canceled and not hte ship the item. BUT I DID SHIP THE ITEM. So now what? Am I to assume the person did not get my ATM top? I cannot be sure because I have no way of contacting her or get my 6 emails to Poshmark customer service returned. Other than, the standard -- well get back to you -- response. No LIVE chat customer service. No headquarter phone service that actually works! I am sincerely disappointed, frustrated and feel like I have been taken advantage of....Your website defines strict guidelines for Buyer protections but what about your SELLERS. Without us you would not have a thriving business. Sincerely disgusted with this process. And realize I should have gone w/ The Real Real. To be truly successful, a company must value and protect its sellers NOT just their buyers. Its clear to me all you care about is money and not your community of sellers!
Seller here. I do decent business on Poshmark. Its easy to list items, its easy to ship with their default priority mail postage. I do wish they had site support like a chat system or call-in system. Everything is by email. It takes time to get an answer.I also wish they would give the seller Postage choices, such as Fedex or UPS besides just USPS. USPS postage is going up up up. The buyer needs a choice.
Poshmark has failed its customers again!!!!A seller marketed his shoes as womens size 9 but in reality they were MENS size 7 1/2!!!I made poshmark aware of this immediately but they denied a refund!! I have been selling on Poshmark since Jan 2017 and I am fairly happy as a buyer and a seller but I had experienced numerous older women to be disrespectful and switch from nice guy to mean mama, I realize these women all have health issues and so Poshmark is not really to blame, but their lack of action is to blame. When bullying is prevalent on Poshmark is is really really really bad. I have become very depressed over this at times, and I can say I am NOT the person who should be in that circumstances but online bullying is REAL on Poshmark. Sorry to have to tell the truth. I have felt save to sell and safe to buy on the platform and received good customer service when I received an item Not AS Described.
When PM is good, theyre very, very good, but when theyre bad, theyre rotten...or at least their customer service team is. While traveling, I purchased a Lilly dress listed in a size M. When I returned home and received my held mail, the dress is there in a size 4 rather than the M listed. I reported the disparity to PM within 12 hours of returning home and within minutes of opening my mail. They tell me that I have exceeded their 72 hour limit to dispute a purchase. (I can only assume they go from when the item is delivered to your local USPO rather than when it is delivered to the addressee.) They post a $45 credit to my account for any inconvenience. Expecting nothing less than a full credit, I reach out to American Express, as I had used AX to pay for the purchase. AX immediately issues me a credit. Trying to do the right thing, I contact PM to let them know that they no longer need to further investigate the credit as AX has taken care of it. PM responds that I should beware that disputing a charge may adversely affect my PM account and strip me of the $45 inconvenience credit without explanation. This is the second issue along these lines that I have had with PM. In my experience, they just start to ignore you when they cannot justify their actions. I will be emailing daily for my $45 they promised and then essentially stole from me. So far, though, nada.
Bought sunglasses. When they arrived, the sunglasses had prescription lenses in them. So I can’t see through the lenses. The seller did not disclose the prescription lenses aspect. I submitted a photo. Poshmark refused the return. I hate Poshmark. I put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. Selling misrepresented items is wrong. Avoid avoid avoid!
