I have nothing but praise for Drew Garage Door Repair Co customer service. Two panels on previously installed panels needed to be replaced. The technician was really knowledgeable, affordable, and quick to reply. I contacted for installation once the panels arrived. He had them fitted the same day. I wouldnt hesitate to contact him again in the future if I required his services, and you shouldnt either!

The technician was quick and responsive to my quote request and many follow up questions despite thats on a Sunday late evening. His detail response helped me understand the services included in his pricing. He came the next morning and took him less than 30 minutes to finish replacing the spring for my garage door plus the coil adjustment. I picked his service because of the reasonable pricing, honest answers to my questions. Id definitely hire him again for my future garage door needs.

We called Drew Garage Door Repair Company and their technician was at our home in one day. He was prompt, polite and professional. His workmanship was excellent. He explained every detail of the new garage door opener to her including programming her car with the motion sensors to the door. The quality of work done was amazing and the best i have ever received. We loved their service.

Greg W. showed up within a few hours of our call, replaced the broken gear assembly in a very professional and efficient manner. Great service. Arrived when scheduled. Presented business card upon arrival. Verified with warranty company that parts were covered and went right to work. Replaced the springs and had to order a new gear that was stripped. It was covered as well. Will be back in a week to replace it. We can at least open the garage door manually now. Highly recommended and reasonable. I had an additional spring installed. Total bill was 200.00 including the warranty deductible. Will use Drew Garage Door Repair Co again if needed in the future.
