Alfred was really helpful and straightforward with the repair of my exhaust system, which was damaged. He could have charged me a lot for a repair that he admitted would not have lasted. Instead we found an inexpensive solution to replace the damaged part.

My exhaust started having a lot of extra noise, so I pulled into the shop without an appointment yesterday. Alfred was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour without trying to gauge me on price or extra/unnecessary parts or work.Alfred was extremely kind and professional and I would highly recommend the shop.

Another good experience at Muffler Express. Dropped my car off because I had to have AAA come and start it. Didn’t think it was just a battery, but Alfred checked things out and said I really just needed a new battery. He also changed the oil and got me set up on a good schedule with a sticker. It is so great to be able to trust someone! Thanks, Alfred.

Put a Borla exhaust and polyurethane exhaust hangers on my Focus St. Did it within the time frame promised (same day). Nice people. I recommend this shop.

This is a nice place if u want ur car to sound pretty sick i bring my honda civic 2011 and told them i wanna make sound hella loud the first time it was jay his really cool with everything and he took 15 minutes to change my stock muffler to magnaflow and he also hook me up about the prices so i really love this place and the second 1 i talked to alfred to removed my resonator and when he finish i didnt recognice the sound of my car it sounds louder and sounds like i had a turbo in my car
