Not very helpful or knowledgeable.... Based on my experience.

Sorry to say I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location clearly the part that I have received is defective the white haired man with glasses refused to exchange it sed It will cost me money I own a small repair shop and do a lot of business with Advanced Auto there are many other parts stores within a quarter of a mile that I will be taking my business to

My sisters car needed a battery and because of the hours she worked. We knew it would be pushing closing be arriving. The names slip my mind but the two employees that closes on Friday 3/8/19 were wonderful. Getting that battery out of the car was not an easy task. Store closed at 8pm we arrived at 7:50pm and didnt leave till about 8:30 or later. The employees were determined to fix my sisters car and did it with no complains although we held them way past closing. This is one of the reasons o always go to Advance Auto whenever I need something. Thank you so much!!!

Customer service is great. The staff is very friendly. The young fella gave my son Doritos out of his lunch bag. Very nice guy. Very knowledgeable as well.

This rating was given based off an experience with a online order, the staff at this location was very professional and friendly. I placed a order to be picked up. The order details indicated that my order would be be ready within 30 mins for pick up. Unfortunately my order wasnt ready for 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. I had my confirmation number i had my bank info that funds had already been taken from my account. Even with this the staff could not assist because info was no showing in their systems. I am very displeased this caused me big delays. my mechaic was still being paid during this period plus two trips back to store and huge delays in my project. This little mistake on advance auto behalf cost me 150 dollars plus lost of valuble time. Until Advance attempts to make this right i will use their competition and make sure to spread the news about their bad experience
