I needed a tire repaired, but due to damage it was beyond repair. The staff found a used tire that would work, switched the rims over, and replaced the tires in an efficient manner. The service was great and the cost was quite reasonable. Highly recommend this company for all your tire needs. I will be a returning customer!

/017 pathfinder Vehicle at dealership, dealer says rear brakes pad need replaced. Dealer wants a lot of $. Called for an estimate of repair, they need engine size.. I don’t remember exacts, it’s a 6 cylinder. Don’t have vin /plate handy, vehicle at dealer. They couldn’t even give me an ‘approximate’ price! Sure there are caveats that way, but no clue if we don’t punch the numbers into the thingy and find out? Without a computer to tell her she can’t even provide a range! . I guess they don’t fix many cars there. If you need your computer to let a person know what the likely or approximate cost is I won’t trust you with my vehicle.

Never a bad experience at Gunns

WAY TO OVERPRICED and they didnt do all I asked them to and then lied to my wife. Not going back!

Poor quality, we drove our truck got 2 months and they overcharged us for fixing the breaks on the truck. The seal busted on the truck and all of the brakes went out. They over torqued our lug nuts and broke them. The lung nuts couldn’t even come off of the wheel, the lug nuts had to be broken off. I believe Gunns had more potential as far as many vehicles they have serviced. We also found more problems. The truck needs new break shoes as well. The truck did not want to stop. We could have the truck serviced better.

The shop is the absolute BEST! I was traveling alone and had a tire going flat and within 10 minutes of arriving at this shop my tire was fixed and I was back on the road.

I had tires installed and was never asked if I wanted them filled with nitrogen or air. I had assumed that since the valve stem covers indicate nitrogen thats what would be used. After install I noticed that two tires were inflated to the correct pressure, one was 1 lb higher, and one was 5 lbs higher. Upon inquiry I was told I would get a return call the next day. They never called. When I called again, after being transferred 3 times, was told they didnt return my call because the employee wrote down my number incorrectly (they had the correct info on my service order). So bad service...lack of knowledge and customer relations.
