There is a complete Night and DAY DIFFERENCE in the smoth ride she once had shaking at 50 never shock and I reached 90 mph and didnt know it was so smooth. I am never going somewhere else. I would highly recommend this establishment. Mario, Melisa and the entire staff at Tire Kountry were amazing. They made the whole appointment, picked up my vehicle from my home, found the issue that the other two establishments that I previously took it to failed to find, they fixed my car and even followed me back to my home to make sure the car ran properly, charged me a very reasonable price. They did it all within couple of hours and the fact that they are a black owned business just made it that much better... If I ever have any other problems with my car this will be the only place I will bring it to. Thank you Tire Kountry for your excellent service!!!

This place is an overpriced joke. Wanted to get four ATV tires mounted and the old ones taken off. $20 Plus tax for each ATV tire lmao trying to make it big and dont even know how to do the job.

All the staff was very friendly over the telephone & in person. Was in and out in a jiffy. I had a minor problem with the tire I purchased. Mario was intent on exchanging the tire and rectifying the problem to ensure that I was completely satisfied. From what I can tell they have the best prices in town on tires...new & used. Not normally one to leave a bad review but in this case I felt like I had to. I was in the Reidsville area today and had been having an issue with my TPMS light since I had a new set of wheels on my truck (they were installed at a different tire shop). I passed by Tire Kountry and saw that they were open so I figured I would swing in and try to get my TPMS light fixed. Spoke to a gentleman who said they could reprogram it and it would only take 10 min. They pulled my truck into the shop and took the wheel off and put it on a tire machine where they had a very difficult time removing the tire from the rim (they were trying to remove it incorrectly, these rims have to have the tire removed from the back of the rim instead of the front, which is pretty common in aftermarket wheels) once they finally get the tire off we found out there was no sensor in the wheel (again no fault of theirs) so they get me a sensor and get it installed. Once the sensor is installed they put the wheel and tire back on the truck and I notice that the lip of my wheel has been scratched pretty badly due to them trying to remove the tire incorrectly. I point it out and they admitted that they had caused the scratches. Then they tell me they cant program the new sensor because they are not sure how to usethe new scan tool they have. Guy tells me to pay him $60 anyways.....I had my wife and 8 month old with me and didnt feel like arguing so I just paid the bill and left. Gets worse after that though. Once I got on the highway my truck started shaking pretty badly which it has never done before. Had to stop at the next closest tire shop and get them to check it out. My tire was 20lbs low on air so they topped it off. Got back on the highway and the truck was still shaking pretty bad. Had to drive over an hour back to VA with it shaking. Only thing I can assume is that the tire needed to be rebalanced after the sensor was installed but never was. Now I have to go to another tire shop and try to get this fixed.....Dont recommend stopping here!!!
