They were very nice and attentive people at first, said that my grandma could get a car the same day! Turns out, the woman who approves the cars wasn’t in that day and told her she would be top priority the next day. Well it’s been a week today! No call to tell her that they have yet to get to her, and no call to tell her they weren’t coming. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Communication would’ve been nice!
