I went to Verizon to get a new phone and was greeted by Trey who was extremely polite and professional. He got us on a new plan which helped save money and was extremely patient in going over all the new phone options on the market with me to help find the perfect one. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and 100 percent recommend asking for Trey when you visit this store!!

I purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max from the store and had an awesome experience!!Everyone there was super helpful and nice, the guy who walked me through the process (Michael Muñoz) was extremely nice and helpful and really broke down the specifics of the iPhone and really had my best interests in mind. At every point of getting the iPhone he told me about ways I could save money on the product and plans with my Verizon carrier, at one point he even suggested another phone (with the same specs as the 11) that was cheaper and he thought might be a better option to consider.I highly recommend going here if you are looking to buy an iPhone through Verizon. And DEFINITELY talk with Michael!! He was extremely nice and the times where we were waiting on something in the store or talking about the iPhones he was just enjoyable to talk to and made the experience as a whole better than it could’ve ever been.5 stars!!

Jae Lynn was a huge help. I was having issues with my line and he helped me through a three hour process. He was fun and very professional. Came in to trade in my phone to get a new one and service was excellent. No wait time at all. Was helped right away by Destany and she had answered all my questions and was extremely patient when it came down transferring all of my stuff from my old phone to the new one ( I had quite a lot on my phone ). Destany had also drove all the way to the store in Eden to get me the phone i wanted since they didnt have it in stock at their location. If thats nots customer service I dont know what is.

The service was great. We were helped by a great Verizon Sales Dealer, Jae. He made sure we were given the best deals, cellular service, package on service and made sure we were well taken care of.

I had the best experience with the Verizon in Reidsville, NC - Mr. Sean D. was the associate who assisted me when I purchased my new phone. Sean was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out with my phone in no time. My second trip to this location was due to my phone having software issues with the new update. Mike, the repair man made my day! He also was extremely pleasant and he was able to repair my phone very quickly. These guys rock.

Worked with Michael M. On getting my son a gizmo. Went totally out of his way to another store so we could have it same day, turned out the one I wanted hadnt hit the stores. He ordered the watch for me and stayed in touch until it arrived at the store to activate. Very polite and sociable. Definitely recommend Michael to anyone. I was so unhappy with my old internet and cell phone service I wanted to switch to Verizon. Destany Neal made that experience with my 6 year old son and I waiting pleasurable and easier than I thought it was going to be. She had everything switched over and even though we hit some bumps in the road she remained level headed and had the best attitude. I’ve never had fun doing anything cellphone wise and this girl kept me laughing through it all. I also found I did not have a feature I wanted on my plan and she fixed it right away and informed me to make sure to wait to use the feature until the next billing cycle. I feel so taken care of and I’m not going to get surprises on my bill. Destany you are a gem! Thank you! I love the service but most of all the customer service received during and after the sale.

I was waiting to unload a truck full of pallets at the soon to be open harbor freight in Reidsville nc I saw a Verizon store right next to it. I also was thinking on a possible upgrade and Travis made my trip in the store easy and was helpful and upgraded me to a iPhone 12 Pro Max from my 11pro max and now I’m so happy with it wider and smoother around the corners and easy to hold next time I upgrade I’ll visit Travis in reidsville nc.

Shop hours on Sunday start at 11. We were here at 11 & the store was closed. Left & went back 15 minutes later & it was open. Employee said he could not process our phone pick up because he was new. So a new employee can sell you a phone all day long but cant give you a phone youve already ordered & just need to pick up? Sorry but that is poor business. Other employee who could process our phone was with another customer for over an hour. Store needs more employees on Sunday & employees need to be at work on time to open the business.

I went to the Reidsville Verizon store on July 13th needing assistance returning 2 brand new iPhone 11s which I had purchased from Verizon online. One shipped with a bad battery and I had not activated the 2nd one because I hated the first one so badly. I was greeted by Jenna Bullard. It was her first day on the job. She was so polite and professional. She asked another sales associate for assistance since it was her first day. Not going to mention that girls name here because she was quite rude and not willing to help one bit. Jenna Bullard got the online store on the phone with me and a live person to boot which I close to impossible these days. Jenna got them to initiate the return and walked me through the process. She even called me a few times throughout the day to ensure I successfully transferred the data from the iPhone back to my Android. Monday was the deadline for my return to get a refund. I will be visiting Jenna Bullard this week to purchase a new Android. Thank you Jenna for an outstanding job and taking the time to help me.

This last experience I had with Verizon has by far been the absolute best. Victor was fantastic at helping me purchase a new LG V10. He explained the phone to me very well and answered any questions I had. He was very patient with me as I am not a very techno savvy person. If I have questions I text him and he is extremely helpful. Absolutely five stars as far as Victor is concerned. 100% satisfied! He will be the person I choose to deal with from now on.

After 4 months of paying my bill I realized the entire time we were paying for 3 apple watches instead of 2. The man messed up the plan on the one I’ve been using and activated 3 watches on our account.

Erin was a very helpful employee who went over all the details and explained everything in an understandable way. She was very nice throughout the whole process which is always a plus. She went far and beyond what was required of her and that is always a sign of a good employee. She let us know what the latest deals were and I got the best deal that I was looking for. More employees should have the same care and concern for their customers!!

My recent experience in the Reidsville Store was a great one. Matt a very professional young man, presenting with a happy affect, welcomed myself and my husband into the store like he really meant it. He patiently listened to our needs, and right away made us feel that we could trust Verizon as a service provider. We decided to purchase the service but the store was out of the phones we were requesting. Matt got on the phone to a sister store immediately, and the phones were found. We thought were going to have to wait another day to get our phones. Matt personally picked up the phones. Upon returning back to the store to meet Matt post picking up the phones, he had them charging. Matt completed our transactions along with explaining the bill in detail, and how it would appear over the next 3 months. I certainly hope the company appreciates this young man, as he does work the mission implementing the companys valued principles. I would recommend Verizon to all of my families and friends.

Z is phenomenal. Been in the store several times and I only deal with her. She really makes you a priority. Any time I call her she is always happy to help. Definitely would recommend everyone to ask for her.

She isnt just a sales person, she is dedicated and committed to her role and her customers. This is the only place to go, in Reidsville or surrounding towns to get the best devices, plans and service. Liz is the best sales rep Ive ever dealt with in buying phones, or plans. She is also very helpful if you ever have a problem with your device. She gets the phone in working order, handles your warranty, or sells you the best replacement device for your personal situation and needs. My extended family and friends all go to this location, even if they live in Greensboro, and they say its worth the drive. I couldnt agree more.

We were in a bit of a panic as my husbands phone died - would not charge, would not come on - nothing. Our phone is our lifeline for our business. William Bowling has been servicing our account for sometime and when I called, he was right on it. He was extremely helpful in instructing me to try several options to get the phone going. FINALLY, it started after trying the things William suggested. He did not try to talk me into getting a new phone (even though we are because this is so old); he tried to help me get the phone I had working - I appreciate that.
