The absolute worst Pharmacy I have ever used. They dont inform you when they cant fill Rxs sent by your doctor and when you call they say you can pick up your rx and fill it somewhere else. Online is worse because it continues to say your order is processing when its not. Management condones and defends their incompetence. There have been so many problems with this pharmacy, I cant list them all, they are always a headache.
Just about every time I have been to this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions, they have been out of stock. Prescriptions for my husband, my son, and myself. Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to find another job. I will not be returning to this pharmacy. The people are nice, but the inconvenience and frustration of never having the prescriptions and/or having to return on other days after making special trips there to get them is not ok. If you choose to go to this pharmacy, always call ahead and make sure to talk to the pharmacist and have them GO LOOK to make sure they have in stock what you’re needing.
It didnt matter when you went to the Dr, it doesnt matter if there is no line. Your order will not be ready for at least 30 minutes.
This pharmacy is ridiculous my child’s dr sent a prescription to them at 430we got there to pick it up at 7 and we’re told to wait 10 or 15 more minute which turned into 45 more this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen
Dont use the drive up if you are in a hurry which is what a drive up is for. Dont expect that they will fill medication without your call in. Faxing the doctor for medication is an epic fail unless you call over and over again and then you might have to call your doctor and have them send a fax. Over all there are better places to get your prescription filled.
Nicest people that I have ever dealt with. They answer all my questions and are very efficient!! Would not go anywhere else!
My wife had her Oncologist send in a prescription to the Walmart Rx and they said she was not cover under my insurance plan. They Wanted me to pay $800.00 for 2 prescriptions. I tried to explain to them she was on my plan to no avail. Did I mention this was on the 4th of July. So I could not call my insurance company. So we had to do without the medication for one night. The next morning I called UMR and they said my wife was covered and they had no record of Walmart Rx calling in a prescription for my wife.I called the Walmart Rx back and cancelled the prescription and had them transfer the Rx to Conehealth Outpatient Rx and they filled the prescription and changed me $0.00 for both prescriptions. Needless to say we will not be using Walmart Rx anymore.
Pretty nice ppl.
Well its a pharmacy and they havent poisoned me so Id call that a win.
