3 months ago I bought a pair of Wolverine steel toe slip-on work boots from Tractor Supply in Reidsville paid over $100 for these boots One week ago the heal on one of the boot started to peel come apart called Tractor Supply one day ago and I asked them if I can exchange my bootsThey refused Said since I have wore them And its past 30 days of purchase they cannot do that Well let me just say I warn everybody do not buy any kind of boots at Tractor Supply because they will not stand behind their defective products they should not even sell boots if they dont stand behind their. products !!!

While I had a decent shopping experience and found everything I needed, my checkout experience was far from pleasant. I was asked if I’d like to sign up for a credit card and I declined, but the blonde girl that was working the register would not take no for an answer. She went on to ask me at least 3 more times during the transaction and I didn’t appreciate that. I get that you have to ask people but if they tell you no please don’t continue to harass them about it. It makes me reluctant to return to this location

Had an issue with my pressure switch for my well pump. After going to Lowe’s and being surprised that they didn’t have any left in stock, I called Tractor Supply and was happy to find out they had the exact part I needed! Randy showed excellent customer service skills when I talked to him over the phone. He made sure the part he had in stock was the right part I needed! When I got there, I was helped by Layla, and she too had awesome customer service skills! Will definitely be coming back!

Bought a riding lawnmower today and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service all around, Tina was extremely helpful and after our bad experience with a previous chain, she made the purchase flawless...I even came back when we returned the trailer and bout a new weed eater as well...from Tina!! Thank you so very much

Three times now I placed an order on their website for pants that the website said were in stock and I later found to be accurate, the pants were in stock, however three times in a row now they have canceled the order for the pants Ive purchased but have no problem selling any other item that I had in the basket. They offer no excuse and instead offer you a headache if you try and buy certain products over the website so I dont see whythey would never have an online shopping platform if they dont want to fill online shopping orders. Its a waste of time for both you and I but ultimately it wastes my time and while yours may not be valuable, mine is. There is no point in wasting my time for bad customer service, I merely tell everyone what I experienced and dont shut up until everyone knows where not to shop. If you dont want my business, no problem, but someone does.

Called asking about parts for a sprayer and the person answering the phone said they did not have the time to see of they have the parts. Aweful customer service!

Great store

Zero stars: We went to purchase a trailer which was advertised and on sale on the website. The employee we talked to was rude and made immediate excuses that the sale was over, that the sale did not apply to this store, etc. I insisted and she called the manager. She proceeded to go up to the manager and start whispering in his ear. NO manners. Manager was not interested in making a sale, he seemed too inconvenient with having to check on the price. The store was dirty, amazing for a new store. Somebody had spilled a drink or liquid and nobody cared to clean it up. Manager told us that we would have to wait weeks to get the title, it did not sound right and we left disgusted. We drove to Eden, manager there helped us immediately, we purchased it and were out in less than 20 minutes, Eden staff hooked up the trailer and title was ready 24 hours later.

Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Even loaded heavy bag of seed for me
