To inconsistent....and employees don’t want to work...60% of the time my food order is wrong...and when you let them know they made a mistake. They get mad at you like it’s your fault. Terrible customer service...and I tried to not leave a review..but it kept happening and I’m tired of spending my money with them.

If this place doesnt get rid of their current slogan soon, Im going to deduct a star! Gotta have a Wawa in combination with the voice actors delivery makes me cringe. 😉

The service was great besides the manager and associates allowing 2 gentlemen to walk around the store and hang out against products with no mask talking and carrying on. What good are signs and regulations if nobody enforces it? Especially around food prep.

Order wasn’t ready when I got there. I gave extra time before I picked up my order the associate at the store fault refilling coffee pots was more important than handling my order which I could clear see was ready

Maybe it was because of too little employees but the food was gross. It was clean though and the staff was friendly.

Im a local business owner and stop by to grab a midnight snack at least 3 times a week. Im always impressed with the service I receive from the staff, especially from Renata and Buzz. They run the kitchen like a well oiled machine. You dont see people who take pride in what they do very often these days. Did I mention the food is great? Its by far my favorite place to grab a quick bite!

I love to eat their special sandwich. They called it hoagie. When I feel hungry in night time this is one of my favorite store to eat food when nothing is open in midnight. I am vegetarian therefore, I choose cheese sandwich because they give two types of cheese with choice of veggies in this sandwich. They also have good collections of coffee.

I just come here for gas. Usually the best gas prices in the Reisterstown-Owings Mills area. Lots of pumps, no waiting. And free air for tires!

Used to like coming here, but today they botched my order. Didnt tell us they were out of certain foods like beans, so when I got home and realized my burrito bowl was lacking a couple ingredients I was pretty livid. It was pretty much just rice, chicken and lettuce. I wanted a bit more flavor, and beans, the same beans that always come with it! If it didnt cost more in gas than our order, Id take it back for a refund. This isnt the first time, theyve been going downhill. Hopefully they get it together.

I previously rated this location five stars. My subs were always made correctly and supplies were always available. They have gone down hill so much since then. I dont know if the management has changed or what is going on, but its a very noticeable change. I purchased subs and smoothies for my entire family. Literally bit into bread and lettuces and no it was not a veggie sub. I thought it was just my sandwich only to learn later we all had a similar experiences. You dont get as much in your drinking cup either because they have to put less in it in order to fit the cream or toppings due to the fact that they dont purchase the proper lids anymore to allow the extra space above the rim. Only two out of eight coffee options available on a regular basis and missing toppings on subs. No more milkshakes available on the menu only smoothies and coffee. Im not sure if its temporary or a permanent change. I hope it was worth the penny pinching Wawas. You lost long term customers. Im certain were not the only ones. Every since Wawas was named the best subs in America (which they were) they have not lived up to the hype. Do better.

Overpriced poor quality food. I ordered a burger with mustard and pickles... they gave me a Mcdonalds size burger swimming in mayo. No mustard, just mayonaise dripping out the sides... You couldnt handle TWO toppings?? 0 stars

Food workers definitely need supervision, every times i order food something has to be wrong with it, either its not properly wrapped, wrong bread, sometimes not toasted, and most of the time pure mess itself, all veggies just thrown on the top and when you open it its just a mess

I was used to love this place since I work very close, but after they change the cashiers this place is awful and they are absolutely bad for the business, I dont want to think because of my accent and ethnic origin but definitely I will not going back anymore at lease for a long time! please train the cashiers!!

Very noce place great cashiers and never long waits only issue is their sub people do not know how to male a sub whatsoever they do not spread the condoments at all on the bread only put a little in the seam of the roll I got a cheese steak which was barely even hot the cheese was still cold honestly I love wawa bht this has to be the worst sandwich I ever had and its not the first bad one I have had from here
