Nice place. Lets you reserve a spot for repairs online. Sell lots and lots of batteries. Along with other thing that are responsible. Location is great with not a lot around it so getting in and out is good. Visible from the street so you cant miss it. Workers are nice and knowledgeable.

Went in there because my phone wasn’t charging, even though it said it was. John greeted me, took care of the problem within 5 minutes, and I was on my way just like that. Few days later I go back in to get a new battery for my key fob. John found a problem with the screw on the fob but found a solution around it in no time, and just like that I have a working key fob. Great place to shop and excellent customer service. to get a good deal make sure you have the coupons and buy when there is a deal, otherwise you end up paying more. If there is no sale you actually end up getting better deals elsewhere e.g. costco for LED bulbs.

My original key fab from my 2017 vehicle was giving me issues. I took it to heritage dodge on reisterstown road (where I bought the vehicle brand new). They wanted to charge me $$$$730 to replace it since my warranty is up!!!I took my original key fab and a new one I bought on Amazon to this location. John helped us and was super professional, friendly and honest. He fixed the original key fab, the battery was out of place, which caused an issue within the connection and programmed our new key fab.We were in an out on 20 mins and spent $50!!!!I recommended this place to my mother today who also needs a key fab.My husband needs a new key made for his car too. This store is awesome. I stopped in last weekend to pick up some special batteries for my blood sugar meter. These special batteries are not usually carried by many stores. I went in - voila - lo and behold they had them. The staff changed them for me on site. All staff were masked and friendly, and eager to help. I also bought some AAA and AA batteries before leaving. Fantastic store, great prices. If you need batteries, this is the place to go.

Amazing experience with the fellows of the store. I went in to have my car replaced because I thought it had been damaged Beyond repair. However, when I was seen the young man who helped me informed me that the damage was not as bad as I had thought it was. So, not only were they able to address my car key issue right there on the spot but it cost me far less than I was anticipating. So Ill be going back there anytime I have an issue they can resolve.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Even though I came in late in the day, they were able to install a new cell phone battery for me, and it only took about 15 minutes. I would definitely go there again and recommend them to a friend.

Cracked iPhone X, called just before closing time and was able to make an appointment the next day. Just to be safe, I price shopped other vendors. Not only was Batteries + Bulbs 10% cheaper (not including the discount for making an appointment) they were also able to give me an appointment the next day. Other vendors were more expensive (by at least 10%, others by 25%) and I would have to wait 2-3 days. I also showed up late to my appointment and they still honored the discount and got the job done. Very happy with their service and flexibility.

Customer service was excellent. I was checked in & checked out very quickly. It did take a little longer to fix my phone than I expected but they gave me an exact time to come back - and the phone was ready then!

This place has all kinds of sales. They just had LED light bulbs on sale for half off. I replaced the whole house. I also got a lifetume battery replacement for my car remote. This is a hidden gem.

This was my second time purchasing from Batteries and Bulbs. What a little gem in Reisterstown. Their staff could not be more helpful. A great place to buy windshield wiper blades (who knew?) First I placed an on line order, then wanted to add batteries to it. I called the store. Nick answered. He suggested a special deal on the batteries that I needed. He said he was with a customer took my number and within minutes called me back. We arranged curbside and my new wiper was put on my car in seconds!The prices for the wiper blades are terrific. The deal on the AA batteries was great. I even wrote a little note in the place where I keep my batteries so I will remember to go there again. Best part is they are within walking distance of my house.

We’ve used Batteries Plus Reisterstown for two phone batteries and a full camera hardware replacement over the last two years. We even needed an invoice and they emailed it to us while we were on the phone. They’ve been incredibly helpful and quick.

They deserve 5 stars off their customer service alone. Nick was absolutely awesome and was able to help me beyond expectations. My galaxy S9+ wouldnt charge and while I was ready to cry and get a new phone Nick was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. I had some cracks in the screen and he was able to fix those and repair my baby like new. My purple back plate broke in the process of repair but no prob. Nick ordered me a new one (which was on backorder) and advised he will replace my temporary back piece when it comes in. The level of professionalism and customer service at this business is unmatched and usually only seen in commercials.

Have been to this location for battery replacements for 3 iPhone 6 and 2 iPhone 7 Plus, for me, my wife and mother-in-laws phones. Service is always professional, and done in less than an hour, with no waiting for parts, because they usually have most everything in stock. They are always courteous on the phone and in-person, and will give you whatever discount they can give you, which is usually at least $10 and up to 50% if youre getting 2 phone repairs done. The workers are excellent. I fixed my samsung note 8 screen less than 45 minutes waiting and my samsung note 10+ lens frame for unless than 15 minutes waiting. Phone was not working and I got quoted $50 by another local place just for diagnostics. I spoke to Mike on the phone and he said he would look at it for free. He estimated a $25.00 repair to just tighten something that came loose. He was 100% right and I am so happy I found a place that I can go to in the future.
