The female associate that there is there is quite knowledgeable. My only downfall I have about this place is I wish there was a bulk discount, I drive all the way from Hershey Pennsylvania which is almost 2 hours away with traffic to acquire some product thats not available even on your online site, and I bought every single one that was in the store but it does get a little pricey when there is no bulk discount for what Id purchased. Overall shes an excellent associate, keep up the good work, and try to negotiate bulk purchase discounts especially for a person who does a 4-Hour round trip other than that I have no complaints.

Kevin assisted me on my purchase of a terp pen as my Boost which needed parts would need to be repaired by boost, I used to use the honey straw with torch but explained with kids that is loud, looks bad and I get reclaim I can never smoke, I just have two and clean the other while not in use. He sold me on this terp pen that was shaped just like the honey straw but electric. He was persistent as I was ready to buy another 300 dollar unit to replace my 250 broken unit that really just needed parts. Overall this terp pen is amazing, amazing as you can barley touch your resin, diamonds, sugar, whatever and get an amazing hit. High end product just but 4 cartridges with purchase so you are good for 6 months. Thanks Kevin

You will not find a better shop than One Flight Up! This place is a real gem; their selection is immense, diverse, unique and the prices are low. The best thing about One Flight Up is their staff. Drew is awesome, friendly and extremely helpful; he spent a great deal of time and effort getting me set up with exactly what I needed to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my new rig. My experience was so great, i had no problem spending boatloads of $$$ here and I wont be shopping anywhere else!

We got there late, but the lady working there was amazing anyway. She helped me get everything I needed and was very friendly. However, make sure to park on the side and not in the back.

I was in your store in Reisterstown, on 04/23/18, and a female employee helped me. I was looking for some gift ideas for my husband’s birthday. The employee (I forget her name,) but she took the time to point out some merchandise. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service was A+!! She also recommended buying a card, which saved me a trip to another store. I run a buisness myself and good people are very hard to find. This young lady went, over, above and beyond. She had about 3 people but everyone in there was acknowledged and greeted with a hello and how are you doing. She was multitasking with all 3 and everyone was very pleased with how she was interacting with everyone. So I feel she is one of a kind. I would love to have her on my payroll. When I was finished and paying for my merchandise I asked her how long she had been working here and she told me a few months. I couldn’t believe it. She was so knowledgeable as if she had been at this establishment for years. I have no idea what this young lady is making but I hope she is getting paid very well because she is worth every penny. This was my first time and it will not be my last. I know a lot of people and I will be advertising to everyone that this young lady will be so helpful. I call it up selling but she makes you feel like you are buying things that are worth it. I trust what she says because she is so dedicated with the knowledge of everything in the store. Thank you I’ll be back.

Overpriced tacky Chinese junk. Bought a nectar collector that broke while removing from the original package in the parking lot of the store. Went into the store 5 minutes later and the woman told me the owner was on vacation in Las Vegas, and there is generally no return policy no matter the circumstance. But she would ask anyways. The owner reiterated to her that there is no return policy. I was offered a measly 5 or 10 percent off my next purchase, but I was so unsatisfied I told the woman I would not be shopping here again. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere to look for a quality piece.
