I’ve come to this location pre-Covid 2020 and the store was fully stocked. The shelves were neat and clean. But, my shopping experience on 09/04/21 was not a good one. The shelves were scarce and everything was everywhere?! It was not neat at all. And to my dismay the snack aisle shocked me the most!! A large rat trap sitting on the shelf. Not a good look for the store.

I used to come here all the time when I went to the High School across the street and always enjoyed my time and found something I needed/wanted. Even now years later the store is still pleasant, clean, and has great prices. Not much of a toy selection, though, but good enough for quick gifts.

At the Reisterstown location Covid protocol is practiced here. Must wear your mask before entering. Staff helpful and friendly. Store is organized and neat. Its easy to find items. I recommend this location to shop at.

The customer service is impeccable. Every staff member is so helpful and courteous.

Looking all over the place for microphone that go to your phone finally found it

This was probably my first or second time in big lots in general. Man, that cashier Isaiah was so enthusiastic, it made me wanna spend more time in the store. His customer service is EXCELLENT. On a Friday night, too? Pay that man and keep him. He got me to sign up for a rewards can and I don’t ever do that lol.

I love big lots I go there a lot to shop but I have had a problem with the manager name Ms. Pat a few times she’s very rude and unprofessional. If you ask her a question about anything she has a problem with it someone needs to talk to her about her customer service skills because they are horrible.

Found every item I came in for. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Before the pandemic this store was always stopped to the gills but now its very difficult for them to keep product as soon as it comes in its gone so theres a great chance you wont find what youre looking for

This place has a variety of items along the lines of a dollar store. Their prices are reasonable. Products are usually off a lower quality, but they do very name brands too. No guarantee what you will find at any visit, but that is part of the charm. Kind of treasure hunt.

Looks like a store thats going out of business. Lots of empty shelfs. They are really aggressive when it comes to the discount card.

Love this store. They have home and garden items as well as outdoor items for great prices. They also have furniture reasonably priced.

This store is so well stocked!! I love shopping here. All of their Christmas EVERYTHING is on display!! There is an especially friendly clerk there named Miranda. Say hi and you are sure to get a beautiful, warm smile with a very sweet hello!

I like Big Lots! Cant always get everything you want here, but fun to look. Spring stuff is in and I always find nice stuff, same goes for Christmas!!

Stopped in to get a few things for kids lunch next week. No lines. In & out rather quickly because store layout is concise.

This place is horrible, barely any customer service. Bought a set of 5 chairs, waited for someone to help me with them for about 30 minutes, no one could help me out, so I had to drag all five chairs off the sales floor to the register. The worst part is that the old lady whos a cashier tried to help me load them in the car, for which Im thankful for, where the hell were everyone else ??!!!

Found my grandbabys first grown up chair. Couldnt find at the 2 furniture stores.

There is a lot of construction going on here but Big Lots is always open and has a very impressive selection of outdoor patio furniture.

This is a pretty good Big Lots. Friendly staff and well organized store.

Some of their items are cheap compared to other stores, like toilet rolls. But they can go over regular price of certain things like hair and skin care products.

I love the prices in this big lots it was clean and organized however theres always only one cashier open when I go there That big lots gets really crowded and it needs all Registers open it all time I am handicap in for me to stand in a long line really is frustrating and makes me want to put everything back and just walk out the store Maybe they dont realize but every handicapped person does not use a cane or wheelchair I have Sis in my knees and it was X cruciating Painful to have to stand in a long line Because it was only one register open I had 3 items everyone in front of me had cartsful
