On the 9/1/21. I purchase a new telephone from this store. The sale person was by himself and had 4 customers, the patience and good manners that this salesman demonstrated from the questions of all the customers was excellent. Excellent customers relations, it is a pleasure to deal with such salesman.

Went in store Monday 2/2/21 to have a business line started and to switch internet addresses. Not only did they make us wait 2 hours to only tell us they can’t get a number (that was available and we had all the needed info) they told us the internet was moved and all I had to do was plug in the router and it would work.Went to plug it in yesterday, and it did NOT work. So I called customer service and they told me it wasn’t done at store and she would change it but now it cannot work until Friday because of “processing”Get an email this morning that a new modem is getting shipped and won’t be here until Friday before 4:30PM, call again today to verify address and they had the old address as the shipping address. THE OLD ADRESS IS ALREADY SOLD!!!!! I was not told over the phone I was getting something shipped. AT&T has now waisted hours of my time and has caused me to lose so much money for my business. I will be making my way into the store to tell them in person since they don’t want to answer the phone.I am appalled at the lack of caring, customer service, and empathy. Disgraceful way to do business.

I realize the covid virus has our shopping spaces quite scarce of people, but the guy that helped me out, seemed genuinely helpful and patient with me. He was never pushy. He found a good way for me to get a $40 lower bill and get me a good new phone. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I called the atore before going and asked how much for a new sim card and tablet plan. I was told $10 a month. When I get there, the guy said he wasnt sure, but maybe $20 a month. Then he said he needs my social before he can give me the plan price. I reluctantly gave him my social, then he says $65 a month. He had no idea what he was doing. Even called his boss to ask. I left with nothing and wont be going back. Zero stars!
Walked in to find out about adding a line to my current service. Nobody greeted me. Only 2 people visible were an older couple so I waited about 1 minute then a rep walks out from a back door and walks right by me and exits the building. Never looked at me,never said hold on a sec someone will be right with you so for me I will never go back. Drove to spfld to the real at&t store

This has been a total nightmare since July.The manager, Dustyn, seemed like an up-front kind of guy... But it turns out, hes either dishonest or incompetent.Dustyn told me hed decrease my bill from $212 per month to $200 per month if I would go to an unlimited data plan.I agreed but it turns out, he signed me up for the MOST EXPENSIVE data plan that was offered by AT&T and added a 5th line to my account. That 5th line was running an extra $150 per month.When I called to get the situation corrected, I was told that once I broke the contract to remove the 5th line, I was now responsible to pay the entire cost of my phone up front.My monthly bills since July have been $473, $295, $484, and now $829...These dont sound like $200 a month to me.I will NEVER enter this store again and I strongly encourage you to avoid this store at all costs.(The district manager named Dan is no help either since I called him at least 5 times to ask him to fix the situation and he never returned my call one time.)
The staff in this store are so unhelpful most of the time. They insist on setting up business accounts because it is supposedly cheaper and it takes a very long time to do so. The sells people will tell you one thing while setting up service and it is completely different when the bill actually comes. Then when you call you get told they cant help youll have to talk to customer service. Customer service then tells you they cant verify that local employee lied about several different things. Its ridiculous.
I have stopped by there 3 times. All 3 times not a bit of customer service. This last time I needed a charger. The lady working looked at me and went to the back. The guy working was with a customer talking about everything but phone service. I stood there for 15 minutes and I dropped the charger on the counter and walked out. I will NOT be going back in there ever again.

I went in yesterday evening and although they were busy they acknowledged my arrival. I looked around and waited. Once of the 2 gentlemen working were able to work with me it was super easy and he was very friendly. I worked with Kyle, his customer service was amazing!!! Keep up the great work there. The store and parking lot were clean too. Thats always a plus. Anyway, once he was free to work with what I needed, it was quick and he took the time to explain things, with out making feel like I was annoying him. Thanks guys!!!

Nice people at this store, they know how to do it. But AT&T service kinda sucks in general. I don’t know why we still pay them for bad service all the time. Again, the store is nice, but the actual AT&T service provider is trash. It’s so ridiculous. The people at the store are great though. I don’t have a problem with them, just their service. It’s terrible.
Dont waste your time with other locations, Daniel is the best and extremely knowledgeable with service. It’s worth the drive to get awesome service and experience a friendly environment. Highly recommend.👍

Came to this location due to the high traffic in Springfield, MO. I was HAPPY that I did. My wife and I pre ordered the Note 10 and could not be happier with the customer service! Kyle helped us the first day. He was awesome and helped us with all our needs! Dustyn helped us once we received our phones! He got then activated and helped us find cases!We highly recommend this store to anyone trying to beat the Springfield traffic! I guess at&t stores only sell to you. They did try and help with an issue but said call tech support. Tech support asked me to go to store. Maybe they meant Verizon store?

People was nice! But could not do more than tell me to call corporate service center phone numbers! I was sick of dealing with automated service systems and wanted to talk to a real person! To try to fix a problem, in the end I dropped AT&T DirecTv. Enough is just to much!
I have dealt with ATT stores around the country and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and customer care at this Republic location. We worked with Dustyn and he really took care of us. So much so that we brought my mom in the next week to get her a phone also. They take their time and make sure you are completely set up and ready to have an awesome new phone when you get out the door. Thank you.
Found internet package for $80 online went into store to see what they offered and I was looking into phones as well so hoping for a deal or promo. The store and managers quoted me the exact same package for $90. I asked is that the best they can do and if there were any promos they went on and on about thats such a great deal ill never get better (typical sales pitches) then i told them I found it online for $80 they didnt believe me and insisted I prove it to them (as if $10 off is my big scam) after showing them they act all surprised start reading all the terms after all that they offer to match it. I just said thank you and walked away they should earn their commission or offer my a better deal or I just set it up online and save time and sales pitches..... update did it online and saved ten dollars so much easier

I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with AT&T in store reps in the past so I tend to stay far away from AT&T stores. Against my better judgment I decided to stop by the AT&T Republic store because there didn’t appear to be a long wait time. Boy am I glad I did!! When I walked in I was instantly greeted with a warm smile by a young man named, Dustyn Gray. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make me feel welcomed. Anytime I had a question he was always willing to help out. Best of all I didn’t feel pressured or rushed which was the complete opposite of my previous in store experiences. He just recommended things that ultimately relied on my decision. I will definitely be back and will be sure to ask for Dustyn.
If I could give -0 stars, I would! Dont go to this store. I purchased a flip phone for my 95 year old Dad and specifically asked if I could bring the phone back if he had a hard time using it, which he did. The salesman, Jason, said no problem....you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Absolutely no mention of a $45 restocking fee! The fee is almost as much as the price of the phone! The female sales person was so rude and would not listen to reason. I would never have purchased the phone with that kind of fee. The manager, Joe, was useless in trying to reason with. Now were stuck with a flip phone that my elderly father cant use! Very dishonest business practices in not telling a customer the full story before a purchase.

Wow just received the worst possible service I have ever had in my life at any service company. The young red headed agent was as smug and kurt as any person we have dealt with. He just kept rolling his eyes to questions. I also heard him in detail tell the people ahead of us untruths. Where do you find these agents? Most important, why do you keep them?From now on, its Springfield Stores and no more verbal abuse just to get something done right. Shop elsewhere folks. All the best!

Worst experience Ive ever had with AT&T. Tried to order a simple SIM card for a new phone. Representative messed it up so badly that it took me two days to get the mess straightened out. Two more hours in the store and an hour on the phone. The store tried to charge $5 for the SIM. Seriously? Ive been with this service for 14 years. Never have I had to pay for a SIM card. The phone representative said AT&T doesnt charge for SIM cards. The store representative said they do. Ummm...isnt it all the same company?

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I walked in a few months ago and 2 ladies working there decide to go to lunch with a while line of people waiting. Today I go there in the late afternoon and there is a sign on the door that says closed for lunch.
Good deal on phone and service
AT &T has become synonamous with worst customer service on the planet. Thousands of people will continue to suck that company dry until it is a carcass of bleached white bones or in this case cable buried in the ground. Thats all it has, just a million miles of buried cable. Customer Service is the Walking Dead! This review is for land line customer support! not mobile.

Th staff at the republic store is great, specifically dustin gray. they helped me out a lot, especially with switching from sprint. sprint is terrible ive had nothing but bad experiences with them and at&t really cares about what they do. dustin helped me get into a better plan with great coverage and even into a new iphone for a great payment that made sense to me. 5/5 would recommend to anyone. the republic store has earned my business indefinitely

Pretty much the worst phone company i have ever used. First the at&t store in republic lied to me about our new phones being on a bogo. Second i was charged 75 dollars for sales tax on a phone that i didnt receive and then charged sales tax again on the phone i finally got. After hours on the phone with the taliban and a few visits to the store i finally gave up on ever getting my 75 dollars back. 3rd, att customer service is the worst on the planet. Nobody speaks english, they hang up on you, and they are just plain rude. 4th every month i spend hours on the phone teying to get my billing right. Its always messed up and trying to get the taliban to straighten it out is impossible. Looking back i wish i would have stayed with t mobile. I might not have had the best signal but the customer service was always great, i never had bill problems and i was never lied to. So since att decided to respond with their useless generic response i will add this. I have talked to the customer care tons of times and it is completely useless. The customer care people are very hard to understand and the store is owned by gamestop and the customer care can not do anything to rectifi what the store did due to them being independent. I will just put it together for anyone that reads this.. Becca at this store is a liar and will say whatever it takes to get that commission and att is a worthless phone service that needs some federal investigation.

Just received the worst possible service I have ever had in my life at any phone service company ever at Republic Mo location on highway 60. The place was full of customers and the two people working ignored everyone like they didn’t exist. When I asked for help to pay my bill I was told I could go to another AT&T store. I will never go back to this location again and I will urge everyone I know to stay away from AT&T.
