I am always happy with my drinks here. Sometimes they are understaffed which I know isn’t their fault, they work as fast as they can.

I was refused service because I wanted chai and she didn’t want to make it. You don’t need to work by your self if you don’t want to make the easiest drink to make in the store. we waited 20 minutes for her to tell us that we didn’t want to make a chai. And your the manger you need to have someone else trained to help you outside of Starbucks if your unable to make a drink. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and I have never refused someone service.

Little slow but very good

Great service. Those teenage workers has better work ethics than most adults. Them youngins had some good raisin.

I have come to this location for years. The last 6 months have been terrible. The newer staff is rude and more worried about socializing with other co workers. They always are out of basically everything. Today was just the icing on the cake for me to not come back to this location. The two girls working were rude and just glared at me when I was ordering. My friend ordered a venti and the cup was half full.

Apparently the workers can’t read directions on cups

Ill never go to Starbucks after the CEO stated that men who held to traditional family values were not welcome at Starbucks.

They arent terrible when they actually can make your drink, but in the last month to 2 months I have empty handed more than I have left with my drink. They are always out of something, or something is always broken, not to mention the times that Ive had to leave because they were moving so slowly and I was gonna be late. I

If they would have a half star I would give it. Why do they always get the coffee wrong? And then ur miles down the road????

I had a very bad experience with starbucks today never in my life have I ever had ti wait over 30 minutes for my drink the clerk there wasnt friendly and kept on making a mistake on making my drinks so I dont ever want that experience again I have never ever had to ever wait that long for a drink nor get the non friendly experience I got today I however will not let it stop me from going to starbucks but please please have them be more friendly to the customers because that can and will cause issues in the near future again I wont let it stop me but it could stop others

Overrated, overpriced.

We ordered three coffee drinks that were all made WAY too strong, and tried to order a pink drink but they were out of strawberries. Also, they were out of drink carriers. Perhaps the manager should think a little harder when writing up their supply orders.

I was just in there to order coffee. The barista was busy, and other was putting up stock and talking on the phone. It was so busy I had to get out of line and leave..I told her if she would have been helping, icould have had my coffee. Grrrr very disappointed. 😥

Things are not the same without Hannah. My drink tastes like milk. I was told she was getting transferred and then told she didnt but she has been replaced. Your staff is everything to a business. I am sure I am not the only one sad and disappointed Hannah is not there now. I witnessed her know many customers names by heart and she knew exactly what they wanted. I wont be in much at all. #missinghannah

The staff at this location are friendly but unfortunately they do not know what they are doing. There are THREE ladies working- 1 cashier and 2 making drinks, well technically 2. One of them is standing staring off in space, bobbing her head to music with literally 14 people waiting on drinks. They also overcharge for drinks here. Would not recommend this particular location.

I never know if my drink is going to be made right or not. I tell them actually what I want and it’s still wrong. A lot of the employees are rude there and today one of the girls put her hand right over the top of drinking whole and her hands did not look clean!

This Starbucks is inside a super market. Its staffed by grocery store employees. As such, their selection is limited and hours are odd. What they do offer is good. They often dont honor corporate promos.

When I went in they were extremely busy but I didnt have to wait long. They did an amazing job.

Most of the employees are nice, some actually take the time to get to know you and your order by heart. Not an actual Starbucks so no rewards. And wait time can be quite long. Overall its good but could be better if they offered actual Starbucks offers and perks.

Worse Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. They add way too much milk. The drinks are never made right. The employees act young and unprofessional. Perhaps they get better training?

My drinks were fantastic, Avery I believe was my barista but I may have her name wrong . I think the management could do a better job on staffing considering it was a Saturday and she was the only one working

Most all the employees are very knowledgeable and quick. Today I got a bottled water and cranberry energy drink out of the cooler and a muffin, I also ask for a cup of ice. I was in line for close to 10 minutes and she still forgot the ice and had trouble ringing everything out

Im always waiting more than 20 minutes for my coffee. Today there was one person in front of me and I waited just over 20 minutes. This is the norm for this location.The coffee was good though. Always good.

Starbucks as per my taste concerns is the only place that serves good coffee.I have been in Panera which have a great menu but NO chances with the coffe against Starbucks.The place that I go to is in Republic inside Price Cutter, thus while I do some shopping I enjoy my grande coffee.I have some guys seating around Starbucks taking advantage of the free internet and complete some college assignments. That is private and a great place to enjoy your own personal time.

Me, my sister, and my boyfriend went and we each got a coffee. About 30 minutes later me and my sister were basically stuck on the toilet. And my boy threw up after he drank his. When everyone that got a drink there ends up sick we blame it on the coffee. Maybe check the milk and see if it’s expired before you make coffees with it? Won’t be going there again.

This is a shell of what a real Starbucks is, they have consistently gotten our orders wrong. They also seem to think iced coffee and cold brews are the same thing.

Obviously the positive feedback are from liars or friends of these kid employees who most of them have no character yet alone customer relation skills.Worse is your star Gold status means crap-nada here. Thanks!

The worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Half the drinks they dont seem to be able to make right. Every time I order a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew the ratio is wrong and it ends up super bitter. I had to go back to Price Cutter because the drinks were made wrong and the barista had this attitude like it wasnt her problem. They dont honor the Starbucks rewards system, but they sure will take your Starbucks cards money. If you want a Starbucks drink go to a real Starbucks location and avoid this poor excuse. Its Price Cutter franchised and they really really suck.

Rarely do I go elselearned Scottie and Lacey are seriously the best!To all you tools cryin about the fact that your Gold status doesnt mean anything here- get over yourselves. You should already know that Star Rewards cannot be redeemed unless youre at a stand alone store. Not a kiosk or a store inside a grocery store. If you have a problem with that- take it up with someone who can actually do something about it.And one more thing- Im not posting this because the employees are my friends. I dont know a thing about them except when they work and I only recently learned their names! This location deserves better reviews.
