Bought a pump and got my car ready to run ! Just like the box said my tire was full within 8 mins.

My battery died and I couldnt turn my car off, otherwise it wouldnt start. The manager and the assistant manager were both so helpful, and they were very busy. I was stressed out and worried I wouldnt be able to get home, and the male manager took time out of his busy day to change my battery within 2 minutes. I really appreciate it and I will be back, and I hope both of the managers get aknowledged for their care and hard work.

The employees are awesome that are very helpful and know what they are doing they even help you if youre stuck doing something.

I am terrible with names but let me tell you... there was a man who helped me out today. Literally went above and beyond to help me with my car and installing a battery. He was very kind and was in no rush to finish helping me. Very respectful.

Incredible! They went above and beyond to get me on the road again. My battery died unexpectedly, after a AAA service call, it turns out that it was just a bad battery. For whatever reason, apparently the battery for my car is rare, despite it being a popular make and model. They not only had the battery but, it came with a two year warranty and, they installed it free of charge. I will make sure to come back for all my minor car care needs.

I came in the store and it was pretty busy none of the staff greeted me but one worker named sonia who was helping another customer, she was busy but at least she greeted me and asked me if I needed help all in all even if your busy with customers you should still greet them sonia was very nice once she finished with the customer she came straight to me for the help that I asked for and helped me get the part, sonia has very good customer service will be coming back.

I have to say, I am at different auto zone stores much more than I care for. However, Joe in Saugus, by far, surpasses all customer service expectations. Listens, suggests, super helpful when choosing products. Thanks, Joe. Ill stick to Saugus because of your service. (All employees in Saugus have been great, Joe just went above and beyond twice)

Ive called 4 days in a row and a few times each of these days now the one closest to me in Revere and I have yet, FOUR days later, been able to have a question answered by an employee there. I dont understand how they list there hours and number but dont answer customers. Since I dont if they have what I want or s price Ill go somewhere else

Just left this location I needed help with a cover for my car. I asked the first employee I could see which happen to someone with the name tag “lema” I believe, she had short blonde hair and a grey shirt she was extremely unhelpful and rude

Visit this place often. Always quick to help. In the rare case where they dont nhave something Im looking for, they guide you to the nearest location of another shop. Great customer service

I dont know the young ladys name but 12/14/20. She saw I was waiting for help and jumped in and assisted me with my windshield wipers and she opened an account for me.Thanks young lady!

4 STARS for items in stock, a few years back if you went into an auto supply store somebody or most of the men and women working there new how to check and see if your battery could hold a charge and to check the cars computer, now your doing good if their even nice to you!!

This is the worst autozone Ive ever had to deal with I order a replacement part for my vehicle they get order wrong then i wait 2 more days and receive no call when they told me after 3pm so I call and they tell me piece isnt here yet I ask if they can track the part they leave me on hold 13 minutes and I walk into store and the cashier notices im the person who he still has on hold i metion how they are unprofessional and howd if like to talk to manager who has conveniently just left then the cashier Named Kevin said this isnt his store location and its not his fault that maybe I gave the wrong information when part was ordered and that I was giving attitude so he wasnt going to help me the other coworker went in back and found the part I ordered the other ones excuse was they were really busy today so they lied to me they didnt even check if the part was here and left me on hold not even checking to see when the part was I wont order from this location again seems they need to be retrainined on how to order parts answer phonecalls and help customers busy days are tough but dont lie to try get out of helping

I go here a lot because its close to my home. Two of three workers dont know much about cars. One lady stays on the phone with her friend or talks to a co-worker while shes checking you out, thats annoying. Really my big complaint is that many of the workers dont know about cars. Isnt that a requirement?
