Simply incredible. This Target is HUGE! Their selection is amazing! They even have their own Disney section with a storytelling movie for kids!! Also, an added bonus is if your kids like planes it’s right in the landing pattern for Logan and tons fly right over it! Hands down my favorite Target now! 10/10

Hurricane target, sloppy. Nothing is in order. Sizes are all mixed in. Clothes all over the floor. Felt like I just walked into a teenagers bedroom who hasn’t cleaned up since the 5th grade. Hire a cleaning crew ASAP. Worst part was they were OUT OF STOCK on about anything of importance. Items are also extremely overpriced. Target, if you’re going to sell products with high end prices, why not keep the store tidy and offer BETTER SALES. Their sale sections are ALWAYS full of hideous things Salvation Army wouldn’t take. Why always the ugly stuff? Everything else costs an arm and a leg! This place was packed, dirty and sloppy.

In the Eletric department, I asked a young lady for help and she told me that I had to wait after 5 minutes. I asked her if someone else could help me and she said that I had to wait for someone else, I spent more than 25 minutes and nobody helped.

Has a lots of stuffs to buy and eat. It has StarBucks and Pizza Hut in its compound. It has free parking, bicycle locking place, convenient customer service.

Me and my family are visiting this store last 7 years. It’s close to we’re we live and I like it. Because I’m always spending money here I created baby registry with them. I was also happy because they offering welcome baby kit, also my friend recommended, adding they give you really nice things.First my husband went late night ( they had it) but they couldn’t find our registry . We went back next day early morning I got some stuff from my list. It was busy at costumers service desk, she barely listen to my question and said I’m sorry I can’t help you now. Try calling before you come in. After 2 days of calling and no answer, finally I got someone on line, and I got answer that because of pandemic they don’t have it?! I mean who is crazy here!!! Nowhere online it says such a thing or due to pandemic we don’t give away welcome kit. I just had feeling they didn’t even want to listen me and end the call as quickly as possible. Really unpleasant experience, and really bad customer service! So disappointed, I don’t want to spend another penny in Target at Revere MA.

My mom and I came in to check out car seats and strollers. I am visibly pregnant. I checked online and this location had the most in-store items, that’s why we came to this location specifically.All the strollers and car seats are zip tied together. You cannot test a stroller by rolling it, you cannot test how easy is it to click a car seat into its base or into the stroller. We came ready to drop $300+ on a stroller and car seat... Manager told us there was no way he was snipping the ties so we could fully test the strollers and seats. First he mentioned a safety concern. We replied we don’t have a baby yet to put into the seat, so no prob. Then he mentioned a theft concern. So, stay with us if you think we’re gonna make a break for it. Nope, that apparently was not an option. Just a flat No. No offer to set a time to come in when someone could stay with us (would have been so helpful to have a knowledgeable sales person to show us different models and how to use them!!)Really really sucked that I looked online to see where in store models were, and I changed an appointment in order to come look at these items with my mom, and we were not treated like customers who want to spend money, but like we were unreasonable and a hassle.Store policy is not law- it’s up to the discretion of the manager. He chose not to be at all flexible or accommodating. 35 weeks pregnant over here, thanks buddy.

Wow first time being racially profiled with my husband. Us and another man got stopped saying that our registers “weren’t scanning properly” to move to the side and someone would check us out. BUT why not call out the white woman behind us and in front of us? I’ve never had this issue before. And it’s sad since most of the customers at this target are mostly people of color. You can do better.

I visited this Target (Revere location) on 10/16/2020 at around 6pm and found everything I needed. Very organized, and very clean. I checked out with Xiomara and received a very warm greeting. She was very professional, pleasant and helpful. My experience was lovely!

I was turned away from getting in Target during early hours. There isn’t anything listed on website or on the store hours saying only for elderly or those pregnant or compromised.I didn’t even make it 20 feet to door and was judged based on my looks? Being compromised doesn’t show that’s scientific facts. The woman at the front was extremely rude and screaming at me; she voiced I am the store manager you can’t come in!I’m a healthcare worker; therefore I understand the circumstances but some human decency and professionalism would have been nice.

This place is very well maintained and clean. Plenty of space to move around, unlike other stores which are usually cramped. The variety of products are not that great, but definitely worth visiting.

I went to the Target location in Everett Massachusetts today do a return on an item I bought just 2 days ago. I was treated so badly and unfairly at that location by Claudia, the so called store manager. She was cold and nasty during what is a bad time for everyone. No empathy or sympathy for anyone. She has the nothing I can do attitude. I will definitely never go back there..I then decided to head to the Revere location which is where I had the great pleasure of dealing with Henry the store manager. He was so pleasant, understanding and helpful. He deserves a bonus for his expertise in customer service. Claudia in Everett needs to read a page from Henrys book.Thank you Henry. You are AMAZING. Just left this store and I have to say ⭐⭐⭐Henry the manager⭐⭐⭐ should absolutely get a raise. He went above and beyond for us loyal customers. He listened very carefully to everything, answered all of our questions and remained very well mannered the whole time, he really made a difference today. And for that I applaud him. My hat goes off to you kind sir. I reallly hope corporate sees this because he deserves to be recognized for his great managerial skills. The biggest THANK YOU to Henry.

They always have everything I need.

I Bought a floor lamp but I had to return it because they was a loose on the top part. I payed for the warranty. Went back to costumer service to return it, the lady was super rude I gave her the receipt and the lamp was waiting for her to either refund me or give me a new one but she actually didn’t even ask me what I want and took the next costumer. I was confused because I didn’t know if I’m getting my money back or get a new one. The way the lady treated me was so so so so rude and she didn’t even apologize I had to look for a manager. I’ll never go back there to buy anything 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible, I saw a table and chairs on display. Asked service desk if its for sale. They said no, its a floor model and they said they dont want to have to put another one together, meanwhile apparently its been on display for almost 70 days falsely showing someth I ng you dont sell and taking up your floor space

Great store, decent selection. Really wish they would get rid of the lurches at the self checkout and rely on cameras instead. I hate the feeling of being watched over by another human, makes me want to go to a full service checkout instead, which there are very few of.Other self checkouts feel much more relaxed and trusting.

This is the 2nd time that I have done a full shopping at their Revere location(on a Saturday morning) only to find that there are no cashiers scheduled till 11am.Everyone had to use self checkout. One employee covering the front and self checkout. This time I left my full cart. Self checkout should be the customers choice and not expected. I will not shop at that location until they schedule enough employees for each shift. Im sure they want the hours.

A pretty good target. Decently big and has a decent variety of food and other products. With that said I wish they would upgrade their vegan and vegetarian selection as it is limited. Prices are decent..... More pricey then not though.

Target as a brand strives for consistency. In this endeavor, they succeed quite well. What makes this store location stand out to me is the fact of its location.While the plaza itself is set back from the road, it is located on a very heavily driven route. This makes it convenient after work to pull in and pick up what I need and head home since Im going that way regardless.Price and selection wise, it does not differ from other locations. But the store itself is well kept and clean.

I like the location because its quiet. Lines move at a decent rate. Returns are painless and staff is friendly. Prices are good, though prices at some different locations may infrequently differ.

Order was complete and ready for pick up when I got there. No hassle, no incorrect items or sizes. Everything was prefect.

Very Disappointed in the item pickup timeline. I dont know if it was just for this store or what but I was given 2 days to pick up an order. I ordered on 12/14 received an email items were put back 12/17 and to reorder the items at nonsale price of course. That IS crazy, I dont remember it ever being so short, waste of time and unnecessart stress.IT IS NOT WORTH SHOPPING ONLINE TO PICK UP IN STORE, IF THIS HAPPENS.

Went in to Target in Saugus and had met a friend while shopping.We were admiring a particular sweater and then my friend left and I had already picked up a jacket I was interested in and that was in my carriage but now I am looking at a sweater and a Sales Associate just happen to be standing near me and we started talking and she said, do you have the app for this? If you do, you can get a discount for items which are on sale.1st, I was amazed that she talking to me because it looked like she was reorganizing a rack of clothes.So, wish I could remember her name, she helped me install the Target app and move and actually stayed with me to scan the item and then I said, I also have a coat here and she said, well, lets check to see if thats on sale too and guess what, it was!So, as a result of this help from this associate, I save $30.00 and would have been longer but I received a call and had to leave, soThank you Target for great Customer Service!!

This Target location is a decent sized store that is well stocked and fairly clean even when compared to other Target stores. Otherwise expect what you would expect at any other Target regarding product sold and fair pricing.

It was great service and speed, but there was not much to choose from online.

The costumer service at the guest service was great it make me feel welcome and make my last minute Christmas shopping worth it...

Short staffed during busy season. Waiting time for returns was beyond 10 minutes. And then sense of urgency of staff non existent.

Compared to some of the closer Targets, this one has all the items that I buy. I rather not have to go to 2-3 Targets just to get my stuff. This location seems to have them all. I guess not all Targets are equal. I recommend this location and Danvers, but nothing in between.

Dont go to this target. Loss prevention will make you feel discriminated against by not knowing the first thing about working their job. To bad I have to leave any star at all.

This target stinks. It just opened and I went to check it out. There are NO sales so dont plan on any money savings. The reason I dont like it is because the space isnt big enough for a target they have a great grocery section but they dont sale a lot of things regular targets have so if you are going there for something you know other targets will have dont bet on this target having it. Id call ahead if your not sure. Its in a GREAT location if your on foot. My boyfriend couldnt come in since he couldnt find parking and just drove around. I would suggest the arsenal st. Target not to far from it via car or bus.

Last night my phone was stolen right off my carriage as i was shopping.The employees there was not helpful at all. They wouldnt even let me use the store phone to call my cell.The guy claimed he couldnt see it on the cameras, but i actually think he was covering for a store employee, because one of them stole it. Either way. . I am never going to this target ever again. I was so pissed that the employees didnt want to be bothered with helping me recover my phone.Enjoy that 150$ i spent last night. Because ill never go there again.

This Target has a very friendly helpful staff but they don’t do a great job of keeping their toys stocked.. the food section is full and fresh and the clothing is getting better and better but changes underway we shall see how it turns out

The first time I went here after moving to this side of Boston, someone had dropped some poop nuggets on the floor by the cashiers. The workers were trying to figure out if their eyes were really seeing what they were seeing. Had someone brought a dog in? An unfortunate accident that found an exit down a trouser leg? Who knows. But it provided an apt introduction to the north shore.Otherwise this is a fairly normal target with a Starbucks bonus.

This Target is always clean and has friendly service. I do wish they would align with the Everett Target and start selling beer and wine!

Not a good experience at all. Customer service at the Saugus store called Revere to have them hold an item for me. When I arrived, they did not have my item on hold and supposedly nobody in customer service was aware of the call from the Saugus store. Ok no biggie, I’ll get It myself. The deal breaker was the disgusting bathroom! 2 stalls out of service with feces everywhere and only one stall with toilet paper. Filthy floors and one soap dispenser working. Absolutely appalling. I’ll stick to the Saugus store where everything is clean and well organized!
