I went here for my first couch and it had the best deals in town! I went to another furniture store to compare prices and it so much cheaper for the same sofa. Not only was it cheaper, they had free delivery. They also took our old couch for us for only 10 bucks. This was the best experience for my first time buying and I plan on returning in the future for my furniture upgrades

Bought a brand new washer and dryer set for our brand new home. Washer worked for a week and a half and then would not drain. I will return it. Won’t buy here again. I wouldn’t shop here if I were you.

Very attentive people. Customer service is great.

The workers that came in to install a new washer and dryer. They damaged the walls, spilled fluid on the ground, and broke the doors to my laundry room. They refused to fix any damage stating it would be an easy fix and then forced my wife to sign a form stating that no damage occurred during installation.

Went by to look around. Nice looking store and the people there seemed nice too.

Great selection, prices, and customer service!

After a HORRIBLE experience at Odells we paid these guys a visit. We were met with smiling faces that actually wanted to help us! We talked to the owner who is a 3rd generation owner of this family owned store (how cool is that!). He was very honest with us and was so so so very nice! We like to change up our house a lot (we have bought 8 living room sets over the last 5/6 years) and i think we just found our store to do our buying at!

We purchased a dishwasher 3 months ago and paid for their installation. Now three months later, the dishwasher has leaked and caused a lot of water damage. Bingham and sons came to take a look and have determined that it was a brand new fitting that they installed that failed but they will not stand behind it. Not only that, but after they messed with the fitting it began leaking even worse than before and has caused even more damage. I am completely disgusted that they refuse to do the right thing and stand behind their product or least offer to help with the cost of the damage.

Great service! We bought our fridge Saturday, and it was delivered on Monday. They even brought it upstairs, which was quite the ordeal. Super grateful for the delivery guys

Poor customer service, bate and switch or low balling. Promised installation of a microwave I purchased, then on deivery tried to hit me with an installation fee of $150.00 Terrible customer service, rates no stars.

This person caused problems for my mother and did not even care to fix the problems they made. They admitted they made a mistake but didnt have the pride in their work to even replace their faults. Use if you want a company that doesnt take care of their most important asset their employees.

Does not stand by their service. The positive reviewers do not know how this company does not take of the problems they have caused for others. Do not use if you want a good company that cares about their customers.

Had a great experience buying our new dishwasher from Bingham & Sons. The staff were very patient with me as I came in a few times to look. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When I called because there was an installation part missing the were very accommodating and had the part waiting for me when I came back in.

We were willing to buy, but the saleswoman wasn’t willing to sale. When I go into a Furniture store to pay premium prices I am doing it for the experience, I don’t need some saleswoman who is trying to boot us out of the store because she is eager to go home rather than help the customer.

Great experience with the purchasing our refrigerator and dishwasher. The saleswoman gave us a sale price that wasnt posted yet. It sealed the deal because it lowered the price $800! Delivery was careful and considerate. We love shopping local! Very satisfied.

We had been looking for a good reclining loveseat that wasnt overpriced for quite a while. After going to many furniture stores in Idaho Falls and the surrounding area with no luck, we found a great loveseat at an amazing price at Bingham & Sons. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and got us exactly what we wanted without the feeling like a pushy salesman following us around the store.

Very poor customer service. When seeking help for the dishwasher I purchased which was a lemon. I was treated VERY rudely. I am now replacing my two year old dishwasher. I am taking my business elsewhere and will never set foot in Bingham and Sons ever again.

They did a great job install our new fridge and hauled the old one away for us. They were reasonably priced as well.

Great people who have great service but local

About 6 months ago, my wife and I bought a refrigerator from Sears in Rexburg. Two months later, it died. We had it replaced (a process that took Sears two months to accomplish). Two months later, this refrigerator died. Sears wanted to run us around the same process as before and we decided to demand a refund and took our business to Bingham and Sons. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!Binghams was able to get us a new refrigerator with more storage space than anything Sears had to offer for almost $200 less. When I asked them about when they could deliver it, we were told that they were booked until about Thursday (it was Saturday), but they offered to squeeze us in on Monday evening!Monday rolled around, and Binghams was there, just as they had promised. They two men that came to deliver the refrigerator were very friendly and got things set up in half the time Sears could. I heard about Binghams from my parents. They have purchased dishwashers, mattresses, etc. All of the things that they have bought from them has lasted for years.So, here is my advise: dont waste your time with Sears. Bingham and Sons is far superior. I am going to always go to them for appliances from now on. Thank you Bingham and Sons!

Buy local! Ok, so prices might be a bit higher than what youll find in Idaho Falls box stores, but you feel the difference when it comes to service, plus you get to support a local business.

Hung up mid call after asking if they could help clean some lint from a dryer. Overpriced and rude. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Great service for furniture, flooring and appliances. A little on the expensive side.

Incompetent staff. Told me a needed a model number for a very common dishwasher door seal and and didnt even attempt to look it up. He expected me to remove the entire dishwasher to find it. I found the part I needed after a 2 minute search on Amazon. I wont be coming back.

Disappointed with the service. It took them four tries to fix my dryer, yet it is still not working. while giving away over a hundred dollars to not complete the job that they couldnt do. I will just take my business somewhere else.
