I went to several body shops in the area before choosing these guys because their estimate was the least. They were terrific: communication, speed, honesty, accuracy, everything. A great experience overall.

Jared at Pro Collision is absolutely amazing with customer service. He is very friendly and very motivated to help you out in any way possible. However, the ASE certified mechanics are impotent and do a very subpar job on repairs. I had to take my car in a couple of different times because they did not repair things properly and when I got my car out of the shop I found a dent in the back of my car. Im not sure if they did it in the shop or if somebody might have hit my car while my car was parked in the lot but either way it was unacceptable. I had to have a small window and my driver side mirror replaced and had to take it back in because they did not seal the window properly and now I am finding out that my mirror was not mounted properly either. Overall I would not really recommend going to Pro Collision if you want your car in good condition.

Jared was amazing, it takes some time for them to get to your car, but that is only because they are super busy since everybody wants them since they are the best. They were thorough, never rush you or brush you aside and take EVERY customer serious.

They are honest, have great customer service and do a great job. I have been happy with them.
