I Brought my bike in to have it tuned. They had it done within an hour, and charged less than they quoted because my bike didnt need a full tune up. They only charged me for what they did. Thats very appreciated in this day and age. The people were knowledgeable and very kind. I did make an appointment online which was very easy. I would highly recommend this place.

These guys were great! Best pricing we could find with exceptional service. We rented two Trek rail 7 ebikes from them over the long weekend. Absolutely loved the bikes. If you like to mountain bike you must try this bike! Their service was also phenomenal. They werent open on Monday due to the holiday but they came down to the shop anyway so we could return the bikes and drive home to Twin Falls. We will definitely rent from them again.

Incredible staff, great selection online and in store and amazing quality. I feel confident in anything I buy here. The staff is friendly, honest, and helpful. I bought a bike and they helped me get the perfect one for my wife without trying to up sale me, all while making sure I got the best quality and best features/components within my budget. They also are turning up my bike which I honestly feel will work better than new when I pick it up. They are very knowledgeable. They have winter sports gear like snowboards, mountain bikes and a bouldering wall. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to any friends looking for a bike, snowboards or a fun bouldering experience.

Took a couple of bikes here for a tune up. We were told it would be $40/bike and additional for any parts that needed replaced. The staff called to let us know that we would need a new chain, which would be an additional $20. We prepared to pay $100 upon picking up our bikes, and were only charged $40 because they werent in bad shape and didnt need much done with them. The staff is friendly, they get work done quickly, and best of all, they are honest! Instead of charging us full price, they charged us what they thought was fair. Great shop that gives you the small town service feel.Editing to add: After we got our tune up, our bikes rode like they were brand new! They ride smooth, the gears work perfectly, and there is no more random clicking or clanking. Couldnt be happier with our experience!

The Sled Shed is probably the coolest outdoor retailer in the Southeast Idaho area. They have incredibly fast turn around times on their ski/snowboard tuning and waxing. All the employees will treat you like family and they definitely know their stuff. The store also has a sweet bouldering gym inside and new routes are added fairly often so it stays interesting. The owner of the store is a super cool guy as well and will help set you up for success in all of your snowboarding and, skating, and biking endeavors. If you have a chance to check this place out I would highly recommend stopping by. Theyve gained my loyalty and trust as a customer and Im sure theyll gain yours as well.

I rented a bike, it was delivered fine tunned. I brougth my clip pedals and they did the install of the pedals and removal on return.

The fellows got me fixed up with road tires for my ancient Trek bike. I arrived on Friday afternoon fully expecting to get my bike back on Monday. Brother called me up in 40 minutes. There was an issue with my old solid tube.I trust the staff at Sled Shed. They know their business and they clearly love their work. You’ll get the straight story, the best deal, and you’ll find, as I do, they have integrity.I got my bike back later the same day. It’s smooth sailing, and they didn’t rake me over the coals. Chris is awesome! They have good service here even if you just have some questions about bikes. The salesmen are not pushy and will allow you to browse and look around. Chris, as I mentioned before is the man in charge every time I go and he has a good knowledge of bikes and different things to do with them to help them fit you the best. I have longer legs and need a different bike setup than most and he was great in improvising and suggesting ideas to help me find what I can do to make my bike fit most comfortably within my price range (aka, dont just buy a brand new bike). Great experience every time I am there and I like to see what sales they have going on!

They fixed my bike in 4 days! Honest and upfront people. They said it would take a week and a half but they were way faster. I had them replace my bottom bracket and they replaced my chain for me. Fixed my creaking crankset. Job done well no issues. Most staff is friendly. They have done other things for me in past visits and they dont dissapoint.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I am very pleased that I listened. My bike was kind of falling apart when I carried it in. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who was very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was wrong and then exactly what he would need to do to make it right. At the same time, he clearly made estimates on price which was to the dollar correct. I was asked about my general usage of the bike and was given good recommendations on what service would be best for me.When the bike was finished, Joe gave me a call and discussed what took place and gave me good recommendations, while at the same time not trying to sell me something I might not need. Great business and I am pleased with their customer service. I will definitely be bringing my business here again!

I would recommend Sticks N Stones bike shop to anyone. I just bought a Scott road bike from them in the spring, and have enjoyed their helpful service with bike fits, adjusting the drive train, and help with picking the right bike. The staff is very knowledgeable about bikes, and are avid bikers themselves. Not the mention the amazing free year of tune-ups with a bike purchase. It is definitely worth your time to give them a shot and take a look at their shop.

Love the layout of the place, they have a little bit of everything. Their staff is top notch, they know how to fix bikes! My sister was building a bike and stopped by to buy parts and ask for suggestions about which type of shocks, brakes, etc. she should get and they shared the pros and cons of different options. And even let her come borrow a tool for 30 seconds instead of having to go buy one when shed likely never use it again. Very friendly and knowledgeable, a little expensive-but they do sell good quality.

It was refreshing working with Joe and his staff at Sled Shed. I had been to multiple bike shops out of state and called Joe for help to make a good decision. After everything I actually ended up nailing down just what I needed from Sled shed, had Joe build the bike and mail it to me. I have come here several times to get my bikes repaired. Always have excellent service, and prices are reasonable. I would suggest you have them look over your bike before you chuck it. :)They also have an indoor climbing wall, and tons of other outdoor things: snow boards, long boards, etc. Great place.

Decent prices for being the only real bike store in town. Both guys were very friendly and informative. If youre looking for a decent bike, be prepared to spend around $300-$450.

I gave this bike shop three stars because the turnaround time to get a bike repaired is excessive. Took the bike in on Monday and they told me my bike be ready on Thursday and when I called on Friday they said it be two more days.

I just bought a Trek Marlin 5 from this place. I love this bike! Really nice staff.

Brought two wheels in to be trued. Was told they would be done the next day. Two days tops. After a week of asking/calling/stopping in about them nearly every day with no results, I gave up and took the wheels back. Id had good experiences with them in the past, but this one really disappointed me. I wont be going back.

My road bike needed a tune up and I needed it done before I left for a trip. They worked with me about when I needed it even though they were busy and they were all so nice. Definitely going back if I ever need anything else!

Ive lived in Rexburg for almost 2 years now. I have had problems with my DiamondBack Mountain Bike a few times, and i was hesitent of who to go to.Everytime they work on my bike, if there is a problem after i get my bike back, they will gladly fix what ever problem that still remains for free. Their prices are even or lower than many bike shops. And many times i go in with 1 problem, but they end up helping me with 3 other problems for free.Great customer service, nice guys, and they really care.This is a real review by the way, im not doing it because they asked me, its because im really pleased with their service.

Theyve had what I needed even when they didnt know it. I stopped in for some wax and an edge sharpener for my snowboard. They werent sure what and edge sharpener was or if they even had it in stock.
