I was a little hesitant at first to look for a wedding gown here, but dont let looks deceive you! Theres so many good dresses for all occasions here! The owner is super nice and willing to work with you on when to take your dress (if renting) and cleaning and adjustments and such. It doesnt help to call/stop in and remind her on those things, though. Shes doing school and running the shop, so sometimes things slip her mind. But shes very open about that fact. 😊 I was able to get my gown for a fabulous price and it fits me so well! Im very happy with it.

I wish that had more size options that were flattering. Some of the dresses I tried on were in sad shape. Staff was kinda nice though

Great customer service, and wonderful dress options for reasonable rental and buying prices! If needed, they are willing to tailor your dream dress. They will also dry-clean and prepare the dress before the scheduled pickup time. If you are getting married out of state, they will offer shipping the dress to your designated location, and will negotiate when you are to have it shipped back, keeping in mind of your hectic schedule.I would HIGHLY recommend renting a dress as opposed to buying one if you have a students budget. Keep in mind that, unless you plan on having the dress passed down for generations, it would be impractical to buy a dress for hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars that you know you would only be wearing a handful of times before stashing it in a box or in the back of your closet to collect dust, take up space, and later worry about upkeep and so on.Honestly, Im happy to say that I found my dream dress at a mere $300 (and it was on the more expensive end of the spectrum) for rent in The Glass Slipper!They cover not only wedding dresses, but also Prom and other special occasion dresses. I highly recommend checking it out before settling for something thats over your price range and/or something that doesnt make you look and feel your best!(Beware: If you fall in love with a dress you try on that has makeup stains on it, that is a permanent stain - they will not be able to take it out, so keep this in mind when you try on/rent a dress. Words of wisdom: DO NOT put all of your makeup on while wearing your dress, as you risk ruining it for the next girl. The girl that had my dress before me appeared to have done this, but thankfully it wasnt too noticable and I loved the dress enough to overlook it.)

Literally this place is THE place to go if you want caring wonderful women to take care of you for your special day! I brought in my dress to be altered and when I came back I was in tears and on the verge of a breakdown from the best man dropping out of the wedding and my temple sealing canceled because of COVID 2 weeks before my wedding day! I was so distraught I gained a ton of weight and I hated the way I looked in my dress that they altered perfectly for me. They saw how sad I was and told me they would be my fairy godmothers for the day and helped me pick out a totally new dress that I felt pretty in, that they then altered AGAIN for me in like 3 days and called it a Christmas gift! These women here are a blessing from God and I would recommend anyone to come here!

I cant remember the name of the lady who was there, but she was awesome. She was super kind and helped me and my friend look at some wedding dresses. She had a great selection.

Went to look for a wedding dress, the lady who works there was so nice! They have a lot of options and sizes, and they offer alterations, dressed for rent, and to purchase. They also professionally cleaned the dresses for you before you rent them. All around a wonderful experience, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress or formal dress.

Took my wedding dress in to get altered and they didn’t listen to me on where I needed it altered ( non of which are seamstresses) got it back and it wasn’t altered where I needed it to be, owner felt rushed and kept on saying that it needs to be taken out all the way which it does not it just doesn’t fit around my hips. I would recommend talking to an actual seamstress not the middle people who give incorrect information to them. Very disappointed

There are tons of beautiful dresses here ranging from formal to bridal. You can buy or RENT! It’s really nice having a renting option. The owner is very willing to work with you to make your dreams come true. The alterations lady is amazing!!! Everyone here will help you get the perfect dress (and accessories)!! If you’re looking for a wedding dress or formal dress for a dance, I would recommend this!

I went in looking for a wedding dress, but wasnt able to find something I loved in my budget. I found a dress I loved elsewhere and the owners seamstress helped with alterations. They found me a sash and I rented one of the veils. They also cleaned a few spots on my dress without charging me. Good customer service! Im thankful for the part they played in making my special day wonderful!

Great service, not crowded or super busy when I was there. Has a wide selection and variety of dresses for prom or wedding. Has a nice sitting area to show off dresses when you try them on.

I just love this place! They are always friendly and always had nice things to say. I hate trying in clothes but they always made me feel beautiful inside and out!!

You dont have to make an apointment to come in, it was amazing I could just try everything on that I wanted to and didnt think Id finds what I wanted on the first day, but then I did and stayed within budget
