Every experience Ive had here has been so good! The cookies are amazing, I love that the flavors change weekly while keeping the staple flavors. Its always clean, staff is super friendly, ordering on the touch screens is super easy and fast, and food is in your hands in no time. Love it!

The nicest ladies ever!! I came in 10 minutes before closing after a long and they were all very sweet. I’m sure everyone wanted to go home but we’re genuine when the greeted me and made me feel welcome. My only regret is turning down the tip option thinking I had cash only to realize I didn’t.

Crumbl cookies are perfect as always, but a middle aged man (assuming it was a manager) was practically yelling at the workers right in front of us and it was really uncomfortable. The place was clean and it seemed like the workers were doing their job well.

I think we all agree that their cookies are not very cheap, but they are delicious!! Most employees are very nice to you and they have cookies displayed right in front of you so it is a lot easier to chose which one youre getting.

The staff has always been really nice to me and I love to have a warm cookie for a breakfast snack!The flavors are always so crazy and change every week, its kind of like collecting Pokemon cards!

I went in for my free birthday cookie and the staff was amazing! I told them to just surprise me with any flavor and they delivered! I had the Ho-Ho cupcake cookie and died! SO YUMMY

The last 3 months, y’all’s sugar cookies have taken a dive. For what one pays for them, there is barely any frosting on them, with one being able to see the actual cookie underneath the frosting because it’s so thinly put on. I like to give these away as gifts, but they have become very aesthetically unpleasant to look at. I’m sad about it, but unless these 1 inch thick cookies get more than half a centimeter of frosting somewhat soon, may have to take my cookie buying somewhere else.

These cookies are divine and of pure human creation. This isn’t something you want to skip out on. They warm your body and fill you deeply with sugar!

Just compared the two cookie shops in town. This store was clean and the cookies fresh from the warmer. Love the branding and the cookie quality. There were several staff members there that were happy to see us and greeted us right away. Definitely trying this place again.

We had a Crumbl in Boise, I lived there my entire life until last year. I never knew what Crumbl was until I moved to Rexburg. What was I thinking??? Then I met the girls who work there. They made me cry. . .They were so sweet, they truly were a blessing. On the roughest days, go see them. If youre having a great, fantastic day go get a cookie. They will celebrate with you!!The girls are always bright, smiling and most of the time happy to see you. Just remember they arent robots!! Things might be crazy here. I do love crumble cookie, always been satisfied with my orders, this last time they just gave us some really bad cookies. I know they take pride on the presentation of the cookies, the ones we got were just so sloppy.

Everything these guys make is great- in my opinion the best ones are the peanut butter! Maybe not worth the price for the other ones but definitely the peanut butter. Always peanut butter.

I love Crumbl, but 4 cookies is just too much and 1 just isn’t enough. I wish the mini catering size cookies were available! This store in particular has never been a problem per se. However, once I made an order with my address in Rexburg and it somehow was sent to a store in Arizona. When my cookies didn’t show up I called and there was no record of my order. They refunded me, but I was sad that I missed out on the cookies I wanted (by the time the issue was resolved Crumbl was about to close). Generally good things, but the one incidence I had is the reason for one star knocked off.

We love Crumbl cookies! The only reason I’m giving four stars and not five is because at our Rexburg location, twice now, I’ve gone for a curbside pickup and have had to wait over ten minutes before going inside to inquire why it was taking so long to get my order. Only to find out that they didn’t see that I had arrived for my order. Other than that, Crumbl is great and we love getting cookies.

The cookies are great but they would be better fresh! I got the curb side pick up 2 times, and twice when we hit Im here button they say they boxed the cookies and are delivered! Well twice Ive waited for 30 min! And no one showed up That is not cool this last time I had to pick them up in the store I waited a good 10 min just to talk to some one and I waited there in the pick up area for so long then when I said something the guy said hold on you were not first when In fact was sitting the the car waiting for my cookies for 30 min wasting gas well now Im not sure I wanna go to crumble any more you guys disappointed me twice now! 3 stars is very generous
