I spent over an hour dealing with them today. Almost a week ago, my husband got a prescription sent there. They didnt have it in stock, so needed to order it. NBD, at first. Come today, we call and see where its at. They say they have it, so give them 45 minutes and itll be ready. I get there an hour after, so plenty of time to get it ready. Guess what?! They dont have the prescription in stock! And it obviously was not ready. They ended up sending us home with something OTC. If we knew thats what wed end up with, we wouldve done that in the first place! Ugh. And they didnt apologize, or even care. Were taking our business elsewhere.

Rearly if ever are the shelves actually stocked. Dont plan on picking up sandwiches for lunch after 10 am, they will be totally sold out. Their checkout system is a nightmare, and takes twice as long as it did when they had checkers. Their automotive service center is manned by people with out any knowledge of cars at all.

I got both doses of my COVID-19 vaccine here. It was easy to book an appointment online, the wait was reasonable, the staff are polite, and they jabbed my arm real gentle both times. I would totally come here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed with this pharmacy and have been screwed over way too many times. I will not be using Walmart pharmacy in Rexburg anymore. I requested a refill Tuesday morning. They said it would be ready by Wednesday at 2:30pm. I called on Wednesday at 3:00pm to see if it was ready yet and the tech on the phone said we are filling it right now and it will be ready in 15 minutes. I go about 2 hrs later and all of a sudden they don’t have any requests for a refill for me and no proof of them filling one for me. Someone completed messed up and has put me now almost 4 days behind on my medication. Also, with this refill they had to contact my doctor and my doctors office said the first time they have gotten a fax was this morning, when the pharmacy was telling me they should’ve sent the fax to the doctors on Tuesday. Don’t know what happened but not happy with them at all.

Anytime I go elsewhere I have had an issue. I’ve never had a single problem here! Been coming for 3+ years. They are always willing to go the extra mile to get insurance to do their part and are so friendly!

Great pharmacists and staff. They always get my orders quickly and explain everything clearly with new medication. Really convenient to get my shopping done while prescriptions are getting filled.

I just wanted to give a shout out for the tech that helped me at the pharmacy today. From a parent to parent thank you for your understanding! I’m sorry I was too worried to see his name. But he was blonde and he worked today Aug 6 around 2:30. My baby really needed his medicine and he helped me to get through the line as quickly as possible. Thank u for making sure your fellow employees understood my urgency so they didn’t just think I was an impatient jerk. Its hard working with the public and It’s nice to see empathy in a stressful job like this.

Sitting in the drive through for 20 plus minutes now and they still havent serviced the car in front of me. So pathetic, go to Albertsons, Broliums or Walgreens. No long lines because they are understaffed and incompetent. If I could give them a negative star I would.

I wish that there was a 0 star option. The lines here are so long and the wait time is unreal. I phoned in a prescription the day before I went so it would be ready when I got there the next day. Unfortunately, it was not. I waited 40 minutes for it to be ready. They need more help. I am looking for another pharmacy until they get the problem fixed.

I got a reminder text to fill a prescription. I asked for it to be filled. It asked if I needed it that day, I said yes. They said they would let me know later that day when it was ready. Never got a text. Went in the next day to pick up a prescription for my son and asked if mine was ready. It was. Then I get the text after I left the store that it was read. Gee, thanks. Got home and noticed that my son’s prescription was expired! Called to let them know, they checked and said the only other one they had was also expired and that they would have to order more. No thanks. I’m switching pharmacies.

I really appreciate Walmart’s pharmacy. Scott is amazing to work with, I also deal with him through our medical office. I have had much longer waits at Walgreens with them not to take Blue Cross Insurance. The side effects are always enclosed in the bag and they are great to ask if you have any questions and tell you instructions. Thanks for always working so hard you don’t even have time to smile.

Always fast and the staff are very friendly! I usually wait in long lines that are MUCH slower at other pharmacies. Walmart usually has a line but it is FAST.

I wish 0 stars was an option. They don’t deserve a single star. After waiting in line for 15 minutes was told my babies prescription would be done in 5 minutes. Waited in line another 15-20 minutes. Was then told they are out of it and wouldn’t get any more for 4 days. I replied my baby needs her medicine tonight and was told “that sucks, there is nothing we can do to help you” DO NOT GO HERE!!

The worst when it came to filling my order. Said it would be 45 minutes. Then an hour later said to wait until they texted me saying it was ready. Called them 6 hrs later and it took 3 calls before someone picked up the dam phone. And the prescription is still not available. Go anywhere else but here

I have been waiting in line for 2 hours. It is crazy here. They are super slow because they seem understaffed. They lost my order and my Dr. had to resend it. Went through the lines 2 times that were from the isle. Was a big mess and it made a 15 min pickup into a 3 hour ordeal. Going to look into different pharmacies unless they hire more people.

Gets the prescription to you fairly quickly. Does not give a full description of possible side effects. Bought meds from them yesterday and when I asked,for more side effects that were possible, he said no. I am now experiencing a whole hurricane of side effects that would have been good to know if he accurately described them to me or at least read them off to me.

Had a prescription for a child needing a steroid called in at noon, said it would be 45 minutes and they didnt have the prescription yet! Gave child a breathing treatment went back at 6PM and was told it would be another 45 minutes!!!! When I questioned them they said, we have other prescriptions from other days we are trying to fill. I asked to at least have the steroids prescription and they told me no that would be at least 45 minutes. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

The past 3 months my pills have not been ready, and the line is clear down to toys, and is slow. I wait over an hour in line every time just to be told my pills are not ready, even though I called in my refill days before.

Their hours say theyre open from 9-7 but its 2:30 and no ones there and I need my prescription. Super frustrating!! Even if you call, it says theyre open right now.

This will only be the second negative review Ive every given regarding anything. Very disappointed with customer service. Called 3 days before as I needed an over-the-counter medication. Out of stock, was reassured by tech that next truck was 3 days thereafter, and that they would hold med for my pickup. Drove 52 miles, wasted trip. I cannot express my disappointment. I will not use Walmart pharmacies again.

The wait here is always long and it seems like they make no effort to give you a time frame in the drive thru. They also either forgot or had a big communication error that kept me from having my medication by the day promised due to not placing the order they said they would. The line in store is also incredibly long whenever I choose to visit. Im moving back to Walgreens for all my medications after all my experiences.

They always take for ever to get a med filled. Last time I waited 2 and 1/2 hours before they had it ready. If you need a med filled fast go somewhere else.

The staff try to do their work as quickly as possible. Avoid going to this Walmart the week of or the week after a new semester at BYUI. There is typically a line at the pharmacy so be prepared.

My wife called all day waiting on a simple antibiotic and they kept saying it would be ready in twenty minutes each time she called. Finally she called at 6:49 PM and and they said it would be done in 20 minutes again. So I decided to drive over there. When I got there at 7:20 the pharmacy was closed and I talk through the gate to the pharmacists and the one who we talked with last said the perscripction would be done at 7. Either way why would we come at closing time??Granted it may have been a miscommunication because the pharmiaists didn’t speak English very well. As I left I was rather frustrated and he called me “bro” while laughing. Bad customer service and very unprofessional.My wife then could not come into work on Monday because of the poor customer service and poor communication between pharmacists.Seems like this happens a lot. It’s best to stick with Walgreens.

Cancel all your plans for the day if you come even to pick up.

The Rexburg Walmart pharmacy is fantastic! They have a wonderful staff and really care about you as a patient.

The wait here was WAY too long. Was told it would take 20min, well an hour later my prescription is finally ready. Then the woman who checked me out was very rude. If possible go else where.
