This is my local store so I try and shop here so I can support and help people keep their jobs in the community. I am not sure if GW is getting greedy or these prices are them trying to make up for the pandemic. I have seen items with holes and soiled be put out on the sales floor. The children’s clothes are almost the same price as the adult clothes. This is where I would find hidden gems for my daughter for cheap, but not anymore. If you donate items that were new or never worn please remove the tags because they will put some outrageous price on the item. Sometimes the price be more at GW than the actual store the item came from. I have noticed that at other locations as well and that is a reason I don’t frequent as much as before.

Store was very organized and clean. I didnt find much to buy, but I do plan on returning soon.

So disappointed. Dropped off donation yesterday 4/2/21. Area outside drop off door is broken glass, screws and nails strewn everywhere. About an hour after I left the site the tire icon lit up and this morning a flat tire. $125.00 to replace affected tire. No good deed goes unpunished is certainly true in this instance. I spoke with a Goodwill manager and was told they can order a cleaning but couldnt tell if this would be done on a regular basis. I cant afford to take a chance to continue to donate there if they dont do some regular pick up. Salvation Army it is then. Continuing to go to the Rialto Goodwill drop off center is not worth the risk to me.

Staff is super friendly. Like other goodwill stores their stuff varies and sometimes you find things at a great deal. They are keeping up with sanitizing pretty well too.

Its and Adventure. Its very cool when I find stuff I never expected. Overall its different exp for anyone. Mine is just humanity exp. Very unknown. Iconic.

10/23/19. Im back! Got a ring for my GD, got nice blouses and a pair of Mark Ronson white high top shoes. $9.99 for those shoes. And I sure looked good in them. You know Ill be back.Thank you to the cashier cuz one of the blouses didnt have a price tag and she got me one right quick. Thank you Miss and for what I forgot that its Tuesday when its Senior discount day.

Very nice goodwill. I often shop at different goodwill stores and this is one of the few that often carries hidden gems. Most either good wills are littered with junk clothes, junk toys, and what should be electronic waste. This one Ive found full fish tanks in great condition, 21 inch monitors in good condition, and furniture youd actually consider buying.

The workers there are knowledgeable about all goods, they are well trained in customer care and I would recommend any and all to patronize this facility.It is very well organized and not all ransacked like other places Ive been, and Ive seen many.My hats off to all employees of this Rialto facility.Thank You for a clean and safe place to SHOP and DONATE.

The manager in training needs a class in customer and kindness she is very rude and unhelpful in location of items. Ask to speak to another manager and she was not helpful at all. Donated items in the back the two ladys who took my items were rude and threw to the side like it was trash there were nice glass items inside heard them break items ask to speak to manger and the girls said they werent not in store. They asked for name and number for manger to call regarding complaint never heard back. notice employee smoking in back of store as I pulled up to donate. store is messy and employees stand around look like their busy. Cashiers have no manners, attitude, and rush to get you out. Male employees hit on customers. Volunteers are no help just point where to find item or say dont know ask an employees when do the employees states we dont have item in store can call another store. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!! I will no longer spend my money where I feel unwanted salvation army treats their customer with respect

The store was clean and had very friendly store associates. It was a very well managed store. I would highly recommend it.

Lots of non donated items now. Shelves a bit in organized. Almost looks to me like this 1 should be closing soon. Looks like they also down graded staff and only have 2 on 3 people on a daily basis vs about 6 before.

Every year there are school dances. I go to goodwill and find the best evening gowns. The prices are great.

Variety of stuff. Pretty cool. Better than the one near me.

This store was organized and clean for the most part. Staff was friendly and they greeted costumers as you entered in. I was able to find a few items.

Very rude staff, especially a cashier. She was mentioning to another cashier that earlier a grumpy customer had walked in and that the cashier almost snapped at her. And that if she was going to ring her up, the customer would be waiting a long time. First, this is not a conversation to have in front of customers, second she was really rude. If shes going to continue working in retail, she needs to know that customers come in all different attitudes and what not.

Great deals, great staff and did I mention the deals lol. Rialto goodwill is awesome.

Didnt care for it seems like all the Goodwills in LA are overpriced for the stuff thats inside of them compared to Vegas all the LA Goodwills have is nothing but garbage in my opinion but that may be because nobody in La wants to throw anything away everyones trying to make a buck off of it

I volunteered there the 2 women managers and disrespectful, rude liars... they work the volunteer more than there own staff and i wouldnt reccommend anyone working there honestly.
