Appt 2130, got here 2045. Got door right away. Truck entrance is off W walnut, check in at gate via speaker. Make sure you have 30xxxxxxx number for pu. Docks are easy, need to be centered, yellow arrows will indicate position of trailer. Robot loading. Took about an hour for me. Check out is automated at exit gate via touch screen,

Besides the importance of drivers reading these reviews before booking a load out of here, investors such as myself and even Niagara corporate should be reading this. This facility is majorly flawed. This is the bad apple of Niagara bottling facilities. All the reviews are absolutely true. You will spend at least 4 but up to 8 hours getting loaded here. You will regret booking this load and should definitely consider not hauling out if here.

Appointment only. Slow loading, took 3 hours to get a dock and another 3 hours to complete load.

Terrible service!!!! I was in this facility for over 8 hr to pick up a load and when they give me green light I exit and my trailer was empty and after that long wait they told me that I had to go to another address to get loaded.

When picking up here it can be really good or really bad. I’ve been out within 2hrs and other times over 4hrs…….

AVOID!!!!! STAY AWAY!! Long wait time, 6hrs for 18 plts. Slow robots load you.

This is the worst Niagara to load. I wish I can give it zero stars. I had an appointment at 1930, checked in at 1901. Waited over 4 hours in the dock to receive a phone call to let me know that my load was cancel. Avoid this place as any means necessary. The people in the office are really rude and they act like there above everyone else. They treat us truckers like the lowest of the low.

Parking, fast loading.

Check in 20 min before appointment. They load a teaspoon per hour . When you back up to the door, under green light you will see yellow arrow. Which is blinking in that side you have to move your trailer. If light change on red, you good.

This the worst Place to come for pickup. My appointment was at 12:00 I got a door at 5:00pm. If you wanna ruin your day then it’s for you.

I usually go pick up loads at this facility pretty good people fast service would recommend getting loads of water or tea and different kind of drinks from here

Im a driver picking up a load and just got told by a switcher to get out drivers are not allowed to take a 30 min break in the yard to take it out on the street. Avoid this place like the plague of they dont care about the drivers moving their loads why should we come.

Absolutely awful. From the time you rich the gate to the exit you are going to blame your self for booking the load.

I don’t understand why they can’t be like Niagara in Ontario Philadelphia st. Always quick and you will never be late for appointments unlike here always an issue either you’re gonna miss your appointment or be late.

Avoid avoid avoid at all cost, shipping people are uneducated. They make you wait and wait and wait just to check in at the “gate”. Then will call you for a door and wait in line again to get through. I been here since 5 30 am it’s 7 43 pm and canceled my load .

If your doing drop/hook then you get out quick. You enter at walnut and laurel in the rear of bldg. Then pull up to the intercom at either lane and give em your info. Exit at front of bldg at guard shack. Pretty smooth.

It is bad shipper!They are paying only $25 for the detention and heavy loads!Dont go earlier you will be loaded after your appt time!

They have nice employees that ate helpful and will answer questions. They load/unload you very quickly. You are in and out of there within an hour at the very most. Thank you Niagra.

If your doing deliveries the entrance is on walnut ave. If u go straight thats the truck exit and you have to make you turn or go around the block. Hope this is helpful.

I arrived first that another person and they did not take care of me, when asking why they answered me, shut up and go to your truck, when I ask you why you tell me to leave, I will not open it until later, you spoke badly to me. only when I was asking why they did not take care of me.

They dont Give You the Correct Directions for the Truck Entrance Facility Every truck is Driving around and around trying to find this Entrance

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was tolt to come back in 10 minutes. Loading takes forever 4 hours +. Save your time. Stay away.

The one on philadelphia st. In ontario is usually pretty quik on loading within an hour and half. The one in rialto sucks unless you get a preloaded trailer. But the worst place is one on barrington st. You can spend the whole day or night there specially in summer time . Plus they make you disconnect and park elswhere away from your trailer. And they call you when its done or whenever they remember to call you wich could be more than an hour after being loaded sometimes they completely forget about you. While you suffer in the hot sun without ac because you also have to hand them your keys ..no keys no load.

Stupid employee!!! Gave them my load, my trailer, and phone number...told me to drive in, park and they will call me for a door. I sat there for 7hrs until the yard goat pulled up and helped me out. Lazy ass office people. Mess it up for drivers.
