They couldnt repair my phone but they explained why it would cost more than half the phone to repair so they are honest. They are quick to respond I would bring my device for repairs any time.

This shop is the best. My iPhone XS Max got water on it and it turn off. iRepair Wireless took it in and I’m just 1 hour I got my phone back working great!!! You must come if you have any repair issue. Other places don’t even look at phone with water. Staff is great and friendly.

So I came to this place and it’s really cool! The people are great, professional and they know what they are doing! Great at repairs and unlocks! And they also sell phones! Great place overall!

I will give this place one star. I used to come here all the time for my iphones and they repaired all the time. Then I brought my ipad for screen repair. I was never called. I finally called 1 week later and they said come pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the ipad was NOT even charged. I mentioned it was not charged they said nothing. I MADE THE MISTAKE of taking it. I paid over $200.00 to repair this, I could NEVER get it to charge or ever turn on. I took it back three days later and told them i picked it up uncharged and could never get it to work. they took it AND never called me. I kept calling and they said still working it. a week and a half I CALLED them again, they told me it was unrepairable. I asked if I was going to have my $200.00+ returned they said the manager would have to call me. NEVER called me. After THREE times of ME calling the manager finally called me back. I gave him story. He said he was going to review and call me back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! THEY COULD KEEP THE MONEY AND MY IPAD. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND MAKE SURE THAT PEOPLE I KNOW DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Dropped my phone and it started glitching. But they fixed and did a great job. I have no more glitching problems now!

The customer service was great when I dropped my phone off. I offered to pay for the repairs up front when I purchased accessories for my new phone. I came back to pick it up, Jeff was there. He tried to get me to trade in the phone. When I said no, he tried to keep my phone because I didn’t have my ID with me. Real crackhead moves here. I won’t be back.

I was hopeful that I would be proved wrong bytrusting a third party repair shop to repair my devices but nothing there in the slightest showed me theres total disregard for there ongoing failures its been prominent from the start. it Reeks of trying to run the daily scam nothing refreshing Lots to be desired and if this sounds very general and not to a specific repair which its a list of botched repairs good because I bet that 9/10 customers that go there can verbatim recite this same sad description to there experiences walking in this place and in no way shape or form will I allow them to weasel there way out of there typical pathetic see what we can do to fix it or give us some more time Ill give you a call back slew of redundant sayings by there two owners that always try to claim that there just managers just in case they mess up which its clearly a daily thing. very unsatisfactory a true shame on the industry and yes this regarding 124 W Foothill Blvd
