I get alot more for my money shopping at El Super, theres a good variety of all kinds of produce, products, meats etc, plus delicious hot and cold foods at the Deli, fresh made healthy fruit juices!

Produce was not the best. Everything seemed about to expire.Sweet bread was very good.Very, very hot in there. I felt very bad for the cashiers. Seems like their ac is not working even waiting in line took a long time and everyone was sweating lol

This place here has a lot of quality things food then they have other things you have to chat you can buy jewelry you can do do a long if you want some money tomorrow they have a place where you can loan borrow money so if youre doing a lot of things have a lot of quality food in there too so yeah they got five stars most of them

I went into the store to purchase food. I bought the car its family meal. It was outstanding. It came with beans rice hot tortillas and salsa. They also sell a rotisserie chicken family meal. Delicious! A must try! Very reasonable for alot of food.

You get what you pay for which is why prices are low.

Meat section was a little slow. I also bought a cake and they didnt give me an option to write happy birthday or anything

Store always has long line, and they never call for extras cashiers. I honestly go to stater bros and pay extra for a quicker checkout.

Really poor customer service from cashiers and manager even worst. I went 5 or more times and cashiers always with a really bad mood. This location needs a new management and train there cashiers to give good costumer service.

Fairly clean store nice... meat dept is usually packed but they do a good job of getting everyone in and out.

I really like this store because it has all of different types of aisles, such as produce, dairy, meat, bakery, etc. They also include deals for coupons.

They have low prices, and fast/convenient for a quick run to a grocery store. I guess it doesnt matter but a manager guy at the front entrance made me take my dog back to my car one time lol. Like why does he care ? Shes so good, fluffy, and the size of my forearm/carry her the entire time. Literally everywhere allows my puppy-even the post office lol.If youre white, expect to get many stares 🙃

Its very chill store. I go get my groceries here for the most part. But their waters are amazing, u have to try them my favorite is the spinach. I know it sounds weird but u have to try it, its amaizing.

The fish Ceviche is good and fresh

The main manager is cool but the assistant manager and some employee were chit chatting near the produce without face masks. Assistant manager didnt even bother to encourage worker to wear a masks. They see all of us normal people being required to wear face masks yet the employees are not.

I like the fresh masa for tortillas and juices are fresh

Great place to shop. Just needs to get more help in the meat dept. But maybe because its the weekend they were super busy. Any this is my new shopping store🙂

I get my grocery’s here often it’s close by, some employees really need to be thought how to handle customer service. Plus now everyone wearing masks most employees have been on their phones while working using their headphones and to be with a cashier like that very hard to see if she’s speaking to you or just on her phone.

My wife believes in the best offer for the same food, doesnt matter the store, the neighborhood or the gas... But this store always ends up as our veggie and fruit place because its always fresh and cheaper than the other companies and will always take the win.

Its a hit or miss in this store it could be either really good one day and the next day could be really bad as in the vegetables fruits in general, but either way even if u buy vegetables here they never last long enough they start rottening like in 3 days max to 4 days but rare but really good deals aswell like I said in deals aswell hit or miss

My sister went to el super 2 weeks ago to get beans, the big bag was going for about $19, she went back to the store the following day and the price went up by $10. Gauching, increasing the price taking advantage of this situation its unethical and against the law, I hope El Super get punished by the city if Rialto for such poor conduct in these difficult times.

They have no short lanes open after 7 pm and they would rather let, I counted, four people with one or two item wait in line for twenty minutes. I left because there are better places to buy water bottles and if they sold only 20 items an hour to a single line theyd pay for it. If I seen four people with two items and that clearly divides twenty, then why was your customer service rude to me? She could tell me to wait in line while people cut me.

Fruits and vegetables very good quality and affordable prices. Bread and cakes fresh from the bakery delicious deserts. Latin food like plantains macho bananas and good meats cuts.

The grocery store is great but the people at the bakery are very rude and do not care about the quality of their work or the customers.

El super has been around for many years and Im personally glad that the grocers are still in business. They have an array of Mexican and American flavors that can be put together for the top chefs to burn (put it down) in the kitchen. If you havent visited El Super let the prices draw you inn.. ...Enjoy

This latin grocery store is awesome. The Mexican bread is out of this world. It has a yummy restaurant and fantastic selections of meats a produce.

The fresh fruit and vegetables are not at all fresh. The customer service is horrible. If you want cheap prices and horrible service this is where it is. Id rather pay a little bit more and get great customer service and actually get fresh fruits and vegetables. I work hard for my money and I expect to get the best.

My only concern was that ppl didnt adhere to the stores markers for social distancing

Well I love this store. But the meat department needs more workers. The wait is too long. Prices are good and their kitchen food is delicious.

I especially like the last-minute discounts on certain items on certain days of the week and they have public restrooms.

Produce generally good prices better than other stores employees most helpful in English as well

Very ghetto!!!! They can sell produce so cheap because its literally rotten. I definitely wouldnt trust buying meat there if the produce is old already when they display it. They are very dirty and there is trash all over the parking lot and it blows all down the surrounding streets. Its better to go down the street a Lil ways and go to Stater bros. U might spend a Lil more but the produce is fresh and u dont have to worry about salmonella

I come here alot... I love the prices, but lines can be long when you go during the times everyone gets off of work. But the meat department has the best prices in the area. I offer get the marinated chicken legs for about $1.29 lb and the pork chops the same. Or the marinated Espinosa meat for $2.70 lb chicken breast is always a good price too. Also veggies and fruit have best price too. Lately this whole winter I have favored the fruit here. I have in the past liked Saters better but cant say so no more.

I think El Super in Rialto deserve no stars, their meat is terrible they, wont feed their family that messbut they will sell it to us. I went to get some chicken when I got home I open up the package an my whole house was stinking, so I took it back with my receipt put the chicken on the counter with the bag open, so other customers could see what I was talking about, one lady in in line told me now you know not to by meat here, the same thing happen to me, so I told the cashier that I wanted my money, and she told me because my receipt was wet I had to get store credit so I told her I didnt want store credit because I dont plan on coming back here so I want to speak to someone higher than you all the time she was very nasty she rolled her eyes at me so many times I thought she had a problem, so a manger that she had called name Andy told her to give me my money so she did then she said the receipt is mine I looked at her and said now you think I am stupid and walked away I emailed the corporate office and no one have called me back. I want every one to just pay attention to what you buy life is short and you dont want to die from bad meat that they know they are selling.

My wife likes place it has the lowest prices around

When you shop here make sure you read the expiration date some times they want to sell their products cause they are almost expired they have lots of other things that are good

Store distribution and product is nice, BUT to much wait to pay, 2 cashiers only with 6 customers waiting with full carts in rush hours of to many customers, way to slow.

Terrible service, no body in the store in charge, only two cashiers open had to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour wait, and seem they just dont care in there bad bad service left the store unhappy

Cashier was rude and didnt reply when i spoke to her. Actualy she didnt say a word through the whole transaction. Just scanned my items. Didnt give me a total or look at me just reached her hand out towards me for the money when she was done scanning. The guy at the meat counter was polite and helpful so ill give them 2 stars. Either way I will not be returning here.
