The customer service they provide follows the philosophy of Ill get to it whenever. Due to the slow response time of one of their salespeople the car I was interested in sold. Made contact a couple days prior and would have difficulty even getting on the phone with my salesperson even after having called and requested to speak with him. Never even bothered calling me. If you are out of state do not even bother with this place even if you are local dont call, just go there maybe theyll get to you.I was told I would get a buyers order at 11am. The car had sold at 9am that morning. What was the point of even promising that?Again, would not recommend this place.
Money hungry dealership. Service department tries to drain money from you.First thing, i had an appointment at 8 am and when I got there I was told it would take 3-5 hours to do an oil change and inspection on the car. Ended up taking 6 hours to complete this work, don’t understand why it takes so long to do 2 very simple things. Secondly, charging $150 for an inspection on the car is absolutely ridiculous. In my home state Nissan dealership, they gave an inspection for free when you get an oil change, that’s how I know this place is just trying to drain money out of people. Also heard one of the service members on the phone say to a customer “An overall inspection is $150 and if we find an electrical problem with it, it’s $450” … $450 for an inspection?! Are we out of our minds?Then once They found something wrong, they put $10,000 in things I need to fix on a car that is 12 years old and asked when we should order the parts to get this fix started (i wasn’t in a crash or anything, just a general inspection). First of all, not spending $10k on fixes on a 12 year old car with 130k miles on it, and second, if I did, i wouldn’t be giving it to this business.Nothing about it feels honest, it feels slimy salespersonish like work, and I don’t appreciate that as a Nissan owner for 8 years. I won’t be returning and I hope people don’t waste their money on absolutely nothing here.
I had a break sinking problem and I drop my car at dealer.The service dept. contact me after they inspected with several recommendations.I asked to to do the thing they said immediate attentionAfter all the work done, I picked up my car and sinking break problem was not solved.I guess break pad was not the cause of break sinking problem.They didnt check after replace the break pad.I had to go to auto shop that my friend owned and he fixed it.I

Told Jim what these finance people were telling me...he quickly identified what I told him as a lie. I immediately left and drove to Courtesy. Two hours later I drove off in the exact same vehicle as I was getting from Grapevine for $3800 less.GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
Jim Dillman was excellent in providing options for a car that fit our needs. He explained perfectly all car features and called the next day to see if we had any more questions. And Tyler in Finance worked to get us the best possible rates and took time to go through all the paperwork to make sure we understood. We would definitely go back to Nissan and will give all the staff (including the front desk staff that actually changed up our tolltag so that we were set to travel when we left the dealership) a +10 rating. I have to acknowledge another staff member who spent time with us to help us understand our credit report.... all in all, they were wonderful to work with!
Had an amazing experience with Mr. Teddy Ervin. He was really patient with me even w/ all of my questions and concerns. Mr.Ervin actually cared about what I thought and getting me into the vehicle that I wanted around my budget. He did not pressure me at all and I really appreciated that. I had a great experience. I contacted Roy at Courtesy Nissan after having my car at another repair shop for 6 days. I told Roy what the issue was and Roy let the Technician know. They were able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed within two days at half the price of the other repair shop. Roy was awesome! I had by far the worst experience with this dealer.First thing... post sales service is a nightmare. They dont follow up and dont take the requests seriously. I bought a Pre-Owned car and they told me that they would replace the battery (I signed the release form which says New Battery), but they didnt. My car did not start yesterday and I was thinking that the battery was new until I opened the hood and I saw the old battery, I also called to service with my VIN and they confirmed that the battery was never replaced. I had to pay for a new battery, because I guess they think that I can wait until they make a decision.Be careful buying pre-owned cars here mostly if it is AS-IS. Literally the answer of the Sales Rep was Im sorry Man, the car was sold AS-IS. Also, they charge a fee for a comprehensive check which they dont do, or if they do and realize that the car has issues, they dont fix the problem and pass on to the new owner, and remember was sold AS-IS. They include this fee on the final price.

Wow! I have never experienced such a great truck buying experience. The salesman Al Conkleton and the finance guy Allie were great and would highly recommend the staff there at Courtesy Nissan to anyone.
Although we did not get to purchase a car here, Joe was super nice and helpful. He respected our decision to finance with our credit Union because that’s what we told him up front. He was still doing everything in his power to find a vehicle suitable for our needs. The manager Augustus was very nice and helpful as well. I would finance & purchase a car with these guys in a heartbeat. Especially after coming from Nissan of McKinney and being verbally insulted.
I went in today for a recall and ended up spending $200 on new brake pads. Not only was I WAY overcharged for the brake pads ($80 more), I was also taxed for the labor. It is against Texas State law to tax on car labor, but Nissan chalked it up to a package deal, so they can skate by on taxing the labor.My mechanic changed my front brake pads for $80 less than Nissan and got it done in half the time. All of the comfortable seats, snack bar, coffee station, cable televisions in Nissan are there because they overcharge every person who comes through there.
Schedule an appointment and waited for 15 minutes (when I arrived) for a service rep to help me. Roy was great and helpful, the wait was the reason for the 3 rating.
I picked out a vehicle in the early afternoon and drove away with a new truck the same day. Sarkar was super helpful and informative throughout the entire process. He made it a very simple experience and I would highly recommend anyone to only deal directly with Courtesy Nissan 👍🏻

DO NOT COME HERE!! I went here to test drive a used BMW X5. They gave me the keys, and when I went to check it out, it was absolutely filthy. Their was dirt and grime all over the wheels. There was dirt, leaves, trash, and an old bouncy ball left inside the car. The car had hard, acid corrosion and white residue from either salt or some sort of cleaner on the interior roofing and floor carpet. The lift gate in the back was not operating. The car was disgusting. And it was a bmw! I expressed my concerns to the sales associate, Teddy Ervin, who essentially knew actually nothing about the car he was trying to sell me. I tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt that this was a rare occurrence. A slip in the cracks. I made a short list of about 4 or 5 main things I wanted addressed about the condition of the car before I would consider negotiating any sort of deal.He brought his big, heft supervisor over to sit down with me to try and sell me on the car. I expressed my same concerns to which he responded, that the cleanliness of the car was not his concern or responsibility, and that I should consider just going ahead and buying the car that day anyway because “the market for used cars is in such high demand right now”. Anyway, I left peacefully acknowledging these were not the people I wanted to buy from. 2 days later I received a follow up text from someone at the dealership asking about my experience. I told them. They asked for the name of Teddy’s supervisor. I didn’t remember it, so I texted Teddy, who deliberately never responded.I’m telling you, these people are careless, pushy, inconsiderate, fake, and they do not deserve your business!! I would be very hesitant about ever dealing with them again if I were you.
I am a longtime customer of Nissan. At Courtesy Nissan alone, I’ve been a customer for 20 years. Service Advisor Roy Morrison (111877) was attentive to what I came in for. He also recommended other services I had neglected. He’s a likable person. I felt I could trust him with his recommendations on servicing my car.
I recently purchased a car from Al at courtesy nissan. I am so glad that I had the good fortune of working with him. He made the process easy and follows through on everything. He was friendly, courteous & funny. My aunt recently visited Nissan Richardson to repair an issue with her AC. Upon leaving the car for repair, the dealership informed her that it would take a few days to complete as they would need to remove the dashboard to tend to leaking within the AC system. Through the repair process, she was informed that they had mistakenly cut a wire within the car further delaying the cars repair time. Once the car was finally ready for pickup on May 14th, my aunt was shocked to find the dashboard was extremely damaged (refer to pictures attached). When she attempted to ask them how this happened they told her this was the condition it was received in (the car was in mint condition upon arrival). They accused her of lying, referred her to a general manager who was not only unprofessional but disgustingly disrespectful. I will be personally escalating this to corporate. I would never refer anyone to this establishment, save your money for quality workers who treat all their customers with kindness and the utmost respect.
I purchased a body panel to fix on my vehicle along with some other parts.The panel purchased showed up with red tape showing dents in the panel, not to mention it had further damage from a poor prepared shipping box. Ok so these things happen (often with body panels), and time is money. I call them up and tell them what is going on. They ask for pictures… sure, no problem. I get a response that they are all like this. I didn’t think this was common practice to send out parts that was clearly returned in the first place. I didn’t want to return the item, I was asking for a small discount for the damage part.Seems we have both lost in this sad situation.UPDATE* I have had a follow up and have given a small discount.
Horrible service! I went in to get spark plugs replaced and they suggested i needed to replaced the fuel filter so i told them to go ahead and get it done but once they were “working on it” something called EGI harness was defective according to them so my car wouldn’t start anymore although i had no issues at all with my car i only did the spark plugs because it was time to service them according to the mileage my car has. But other than that my car was running perfectly fine till they worked on it. They wanted to charge me over $3,000 to fix it. But somehow after i refused to do so they said it was just something to do with an error their machine was reading but they kept my car there over the weekend and I didn’t get it till today Wednesday, when i took it in on Saturday. So I almost lost my job because of them!!
Buyers beware!! This dealership advertises prices significantly lower than they are actually selling a car for. My son reached out to get more information on a new Altima. When Teddy wrote up the deal the car was over $7k more than was listed! Their excuse was we didnt qualify for the sales price or Nissan discount that was listed?? When questioned, the salespersons response was they arent always able to pass on the discounts. He further explained NO dealerships were giving them right now and he challenged me to find a car that sold for what it was advertised at. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! Thank goodness there are honest dealers and car salesman that genuinely want to help you. We found a car later that day with no hidden surprises or fees and we received all the discounts. If you want to be screwed around, this is a good place to go. If you want honesty, steer clear!!

I had an excellent experience with courtesy Nissan. the Nissan the representative who assisted me, William, did an awesome job explaining the work that needed to be done and he further explained the work that should be done, but could be done at a later date. At no time did I feel pressured or obligated into making a decision or given the impression that I must have the repairs completed at that time.
The experience was AMAZING for start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. I was also very pleased with how quickly my vehicle was serviced.

It took 8 hours to have my AC looked at and get a alignment done. I waited in the waiting room the whole time and didnt get an update until I texted the teach. I made a appointment before I went and 10 people came and gone with in the 8 hours I waited. I would not had waited that long if I only had received an update on how long it would take. I texted the number explaining my wait time and ask how much longer it would take. The people at the service counters were talking about me as I sat ear shot from them . There was no work done to my ac because the test came back as nothing was wrong with it. The only work I had gotten done was a alignment. Yes I understand there were people in front of me. They got their cars back and left while new people that came in behind me came and gone. As I was still waiting for mine.

The folks at Courtesy Nissan are really nice & helpful, from the receptionist to the finance manager. The car I came for had sold but they did a great job finding another car within my same terms. Compared to my previous buying experiences, their process moved a lot quicker so that was great especially coming after work.
We are very thankful that we had Teddy as our salesperson. He was very nice and we felt like he listened to our needs in a vehicle. This is my fourth time making reservations to drop my car off and get repairs done on it and get a rental car and all four times they have not had a rental car for me. When I get to the location the car is not ready to switch out with the rental car. But they always confirm that I will have a rental car when I call to make the reservation. The customer service here is horrible. And they move slow with no sense of urgency. And if you walk to the back where they actually do the work on the cars you will see a bunch of cars sitting in there and a bunch of employees sitting in chairs throwing little styrofoam footballs around playing and on their phones. So if you ever wonder why its taking you four hours to get an oil change that would probably be the reason. This is the worst dealership ever I purchased my car there and I try to get my car service there and Ive had problems with both. Dont purchase a car there dont get your car fixed there. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
Needed to replace tail light assembly. Got there around 6:45am and was already 4th in line. Teresia checked me in and was done by 9am. She even let me use a room for a conference call. She was professional and kept me updated via texts along the way.
Get Ready to be PROFESSIONALLY SCAMMED!! first they will get your clearance for $155 so the mechanic can diagnose the vehicles issue, then they will tell you that the doctor mechanic needs more time to diagnose the issue, which will be followed by a request to clear another $450. All done through System messages with no actual experts to talk to, then they will slam you with 300 dollars to fix it. By then. They have racked up a bill of $700-800, for a very simple thing to fix, Happy free car wash after that courtesy of Nissan.

Howard was extremely nice and very helpful. Really the whole team at courtesy Nissan was great. Super respectable and friendly. I’m only taking off one star due to the fact that the “out the door price” was an additional 35% higher than the listed price on the vehicle. Obviously I didn’t do that deal as I thought it was a bit ridiculous. After about a week and a half of negotiations my wife and I finally settled on the vehicle we originally looked at for just smidge below the internet list price. None of the extra charges. Would purchase again from them provided the deal is right.
I appreciated the uber to a near by location. However, it took 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I didnt have anything else done since it would have taken longer. I hope they get back to excellent customer service.
Our service manager was very courteous and kept us informed as to the progress made on the car. Our only disappointment was that when we asked him to explain more about the issue that was diagnosed he really did not have the technical knowledge he needed to explain it to us.
Asked for a recall, a state inspection, and an oil change/tire rotation. They did the wrong inspection, they did not give me a new oil change sticker, they lost my key FOB and I had to wait while they found it, and they left my car running for hours out in the parking lot.Before I realized they had done the wrong inspection, I asked where the paper was to take to the tax office. They said it was in my car. When I got home I looked all over and couldnt find it, so I called them. When I finally got someone on the phone, he wouldnt believe it wasnt in my car. I confirmed several times that it was not and he transferred me to someones voicemail. I have not received a call back. A family member of mine told me that they should have charged me if they did the correct inspection, and the receipt says it was free, so I guess for some reason they did a completely different one.The recall is nowhere on the receipt, so I have no idea if they bothered to do that. Whatever, at this point Ill just take it somewhere else. I will not be bringing my car back here again.

I went and spoke with Emmanuel who listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted in price. He showed me the Nissan Sentra SR totally decked out. I fell in love. The team worked hard in getting what I was asking for with my trade in and down payment.We were able to agree on a payment that includes the gap insurance for my budget.I am really pleased with Courtesy Nissan. Emmanuel gets a full 5 star or more rating. He was very attentive and took my needs into consideration. The whole team did actually.I would recommend !Courtesy Nissan to anyone!
Came to them totally by random when my tire deflated that limped off the freeway to their service area. So they were very busy, they did a good job keeping me informed. My part had to be ordered so I had to leave my car, but it was ready on time as predicted. Teresa in particular went out of her way to do everything she could to help.
Drove my 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5SL from San Francisco, California and when I arrived in Dallas, Texas my starter died on me at a 7/11. AAA towed me to Courtesy Nissan which was 10 minutes from our hotel and my vehicle was serviced in a day. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip and havent had any issues. If youre getting future service, make sure you ask for Teresia, she was an awesome service advisor. A+

Great experience. I came in for an oil change and their team informed me that I was way overdue for a transmission fluid change also. I really could not afford to do the transmission today but their team help me to look up applicable coupons to make this service more affordable. Much appreciated

Ive been going to Nissan Richardson on and off since 2010. I even bought my last car from them. They always take care of the customers and do the right thing. They will schedule appointments with you, they will do a thorough investigation for repairs and just as important, they are nice with great customer service. How often do you get GREAT customer service at a dealership service center?!?! Highly recommend, so thankful they are close to my job!
Joe Adams is awesome! You should ask for him. Highly knowledgeable. Excellent selection of vehicles to choose from. Finance department is great! Makes everything painless and can answer any relatable question. Leave plenty of time available in your day as the wait between picking the car you want to purchase and speaking to the finance department can take excess of 30 minutes. However, I feel it was well worth the wait. Everyone was amazing!(I would give 4.5 stars but not an option. I dont give 5. No one is perfect)THE 4 STARS WAS FOR THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE ONLY. SEE BELOW FOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE.5000k service was...My appointment was at 12:00. I arrived 6 minutes of 12. They were to do an oil change, rotate tires, and they did a courtesy wash. My car wasnt ready until 2:18. An oil change should take 15 minutes max. Rotating the tires another 20 minutes max. But it took more than 2 hours! That was with an appointment! Im not certain if that is typical for them or not. I would certainly hate to be a walk-in customer. I will try a different dealership for my next service.
Scheduled appointment. They started work on myCar right away and called with The Report. I wasDisappointed that my car required other work whichI could not afford on the 14 th. However, the goodThing is, I know what to have fixed next!!The technician suggested I wait on the Alignmentuntil I have the rear wheels done, saving me havingto pay to have the Alignment done twice!!The front brakes were great and it ran well havingoil changed!! Terrible experience with the service department. I scheduled an oil change for 7 in the morning on Saturday, hoping to get in and out early enough. I showed up well before that time and was only a couple cars behind when they opened. I was asked if I was waiting or dropping off my car, and when I said I would wait, i was told it would be about 3-4 hours?! Whats the point of the appointment then, I asked? I was told all that does is guarantee I speak with a service advisor, but not that the work would be done. I was at Ford the day before getting an oil change on my truck and that was an overall great experience and I was out within the hour.
Bought a 2003 Honda Accord here as a cash car but was assured the car was inspected to be on their lot. During the drive their was a little rattle as we drove on a rougher road behind the dealer and it was better on a smoother road. It still made me ask how many days could I return the car if I found out this was something of a bigger issue. I was told not to worry they stand behind their cars, etc. After the rattle continued I had it looked at and the car has a broken engine mount. Pretty sure this should have been caught in an inspection. I called the dealership and was told, Sorry there is nothing they can do for me.
