Honestly I love this Home Depot! Everything is always organized and in the isles they should be. They have such great prices too and these are quality items as well. The staff around always help me find what I need and when it comes to customer service and returns they do such an amazing job. No matter what I always find myself coming back to this location... Its my favorite place to shop not just for construction but everything else.

The store is well stocked and not as busy as other locations. The staff are willing to help but are extremely busy. . . But they all deserve 5 stars. . . It took me 5 isles before I was able to get assistance... the 4 star is because they have way more cashiers standing up front than they have helpful staff.

Home depo was fantastic love the prices especially on all the promotions they run on Dewalt, Milwaukee, and all the major tool companies. The staff is also very helpful.

When I called to talk to someone about seeing if they had a item they sent me to 3 different departments and one point hung up on me. They didnt what I wanted.

Excellent store experience, the staff were very helpful. Cheri in particular was very professional and went above and beyond to help my wife and I find what we needed. Store was clean and well-stocked.

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Sue in painting is phenomenal. I came in today hoping to get my paint matched from a previous project. Turned out to be 100% accurate thank you Sue.

Great Home Depot. As soon as we walked in we found someone to help us. We told him the problem and he immediately took us to someone who knew all about the part we needed. That guy took the time to not only tell us the part we needed, but looked closely at the broken part we had and realized that a much cheaper solution was available. He even took the cheaper part out of the package and tested it to make sure it would work to solve our problem. As we were leaving we walked by the extension cords and I commented to my husband that we really needed an extension cord, but I didn’t want to spend $15 on one because we really only needed one of about 6”. An employee in the aisle overheard me and showed me to another aisle where they had 6” extension cords for only $3. I didn’t even know that existed to look for. I was impressed by the number of employees around and how helpful they were.

I went to purchase a simple fan and as many people that work here--the one guy I ask said that the fans werent in his department and that he was gonna get some else to help me. This guy was too lazy to help so I got it myself! Watchout for workers in this store--THEY WONT HELP YOU!

Bought this bad boy and a weed whacker. The staff let me wheel the cart down the street to my house. I appreciated that.

Only good thing about shopping here is sometimes a dog is shopping as well. Otherwise it’s the epitome of big box nonsense. It’s like if Kmart sold lumber.

Stopped by to rent a sod cutter today. At a simple inquiry the old cranky guy at the rental counter immediately fires up ready to argue with me that hes not going to rent it on account of rain last night. Attempted to share with him we traveled in to him and though he may have gotten rain, I did not. This did not change his thinking and he didnt have any interest in confirming my information. Though his position on the situation was silly to me its not the reason for the review. This guys complete lack of interest in even discussing and educating me on his concerns leaves me thinking he doesnt belong in front of customers. Certainly dont need his attitude inspiring my day. Will pass on these guys going forward. Go to crown rental instead those guys are solid

This is a nice store. Different from the standard footprint, maybe a bit smaller? I found everything I needed except windshield washer fluid which there was none stored on the shelf in automotive. Theyd moved it all outside the exit after checkout. Why you wouldnt have some in both places is beyond me but I really dont understand why it was outside the checkout area. So odd...

Good selection of plants today. Employees were super helpful in all departments I was in.

My time looking for couple items went pretty enjoyable with Shamarkes big help. He helped me picked the right size of screws for concrete and wood. Then I moved on to check sanding gear. There was Andy who also helped me picked the right Sanding tool for my wood. Great customer service.Cate and Zarah were nice as well at the Cashier action

Easy in and out mid-afternoon. An associate helped me to find kitchen hardware quickly. Bought the wrong sizes and returned 44 minutes later for the correct sizes. Helpful employees at the self checkout.Competitive prices, but lots of missing inventory on popular items. This store also carries a broader array of inventory than many local HDs do.

Normally Home Depot and Menards get a bad reputation for having scarce, unhelpful employees however I was at this Home Depot yesterday evening and had the best experience. Multiple employees asked if I needed help. One left where he was stocking to help me pick the right product and another listened to what I was doing and helped me select the items I needed. It helps doers get more done, but at what cost.Also there could be some more efficient and clearly marked entry and exit things going on. I feel like Im doing something wrong each time through the door at this one.

Easy in and out. Picked up Rustoleum spray paint to refresh the patio set. Good selection of metallic colors. Helpful staff at checkout kept things moving.

My experience IN store was/is fabulous.My review of their store on their site was rejected for mentioning a competitorWho did I mention? Menards? Lowes?Nope. Target. A store I go to for clothing and food. Sometimes random toiletries. Im docking them 2 stars for policing my review.

Disappointed because this store offered only self checkouts. I dont use self checkout lanes. Also, last year I purchased an air condioner from another home depot. Because of some delivery problem, the manager said he would credit $100 back to my debit card but never did.

Wak. I went for one thing. A polish wheel for my Dremel. They had every bit but that one and the gal in that department was WAK! Rude, dismissive. No help at all.

One stop shopping for building a pvc pipe pergola..they had everything I needed and were very helpful.

We went in to ask a few questions about paint and the woman, Sue, was sadly a bit rude and not helpful at all. Mark on the other hand saved the day and was really nice and helpful. It was just a bit off putting for a Home Depot visit for new home owners.

Not really fan of this shop, there isnt much help.

Staff was really helpful in choosing a replacement ligth fixtures and then spent some much time to teach me how to install new light fixtures myself.

This Home Depot is somewhat smaller than the ones you find in the outer suburbs, so their selection isnt the best (e.g., they only had one brand of car wiper blades).COVID precautions could be better. Using self-checkout, it felt like I had to touch a lot of surfaces.All that being said, I did find everything I needed, and the staff members were friendly.

There was this stank worker named kevin and he threw the wood at my head, tripped me and then ran. So rude!

The staff were amazing as always. There was a spill blocking the aisle I needed and I was in a wheelchair due to an injury. Two employees offered to get me what I needed and brought it back to me. Not even a hesitation on their part!

Andy the flooring specialist changed my life for the better. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and provided a breadth of knowledge. Not only did he take the time to provide examples of shading and coloring, but also detailed the technological feat of click insert installation. With just a few words, Andy eased my trepidation about installing new flooring and gave me a new outlook on life and flooring.

Tight area to get in, especially if the parking lot is full. Once you get to the back, there are two big DO NOT ENTER signs. Ignore them, they are to keep cars out of the dock area.Do not try to come in behind Target. Come in on Home Depot side. Just ignore the signs, and watch tandems and bulkhead as you traverse the parking lot. Would give 5 stars if I could get all the way in without crossing over parking spaces.

Helpful staff willing to ask my questions and help me find information if they personally dont know. I dont feel like they are trying to sell me anything, but listen to what I want and help me find the materials and information to achieve that.

Its Home Depot and they should have everything you need. Unfortunately thats not the case with this location. About half the time I walk in I end up leaving with an item unchecked off my list.Staff is friendly and helpful. So its fine.

I usually use a different home depot, but this one was close by so I stopped in for 4 things. 3 of them were not available at this location (but they were at others) and the one thing I grabbed from the clearance section was full price at the checkout.l despite there being dozens of them on the cleared shelf.

They have cheaper weather stripping for AC in aisle 12. Love the garden center, please bring in more orchid varieties. Think I have one of each type now. Store is large so use the app to search or ask for help from the staff. This is Toys-r-us for guys.

The Incorrect item was in order pickup but staff quickly correct the mistake. Store has good selection and helpful staff.

I honestly cant believe that employees at Home Depot are not required to wear a mask, at least at this location. Federal guidelines are wear a mask when in public and indoors. Im sure they all wear hats and gloves in winter, uncomfortable as they may be. Have they skipped washing their hands after using the bathroom? Simply unacceptable, I wont be shopping at Home Depot in the future, at least until a vaccine for Covid-19 comes along. Even then, if this is the way they do business, there are plenty of other options for me to get my building materials.

Home depot just installed new Credit Card scanners that do NOT work, the old devices supported contactless payment using cell phone the new devices do NOT!With global Pandemic running wild I do not want to stick my credit card in slot and have to touch unsanitized surfaces and the associate that was on my lane did no such measures, contactless payments are an absolute must. Self checkout lanes are even worse option because 1 person is watching multiple stations and nothing is sanitized between customers

Went into this store to buy a battery/tool combo kit that was advertised as a sale both online and in store. During check out, they tried to charge me extra for the tool that should have been included in the price. I talked to multiple employees as no one could figure out what was going on, even after I showed them the advertisement IN THE STORE. The manager told me were not running specials during covid-19. I will not be shopping at home depot due to their deceiving advertising.

Let me start off by saying I am not one to leave reviews on places. Sue in the paint department provided the best customer service Ive seen in a long time. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Definitely will be coming in to work with her for my next project.
