Ive been going to this Turn Style Consignment shop for many years. They keep a clean, organized store and the staff is always sweet. My most recent visit I felt that the staff was overwhelmed. Either a lot of people are consigning or they need more employees. Either way, its on the managers to keep employees happy and less stressed so I hope they figure it out!

Turnstile in Edina is awesome. Lots of great furniture. Bought couch, rug, 2 chairs and a lamp that we are pleased with for reasonable prices. They have a delivery service. Up to 5 pieces for only $60.00. They are friendly and helpful. Sweet deals!

Good prices, but very picky on clothes .I had all sequen dress blue very well made I think 250. At my store in 80s round neck long sleeves and open back. New yes would be fabulous.if someone would have wanted to ✂️ or what ever.. they would be happy.But no. I GUESS ILL WEAR IN FOR NEW YRS OR CHRISTMAS again

We had a couple of bar stools and a framed picture that we put consignment at the Richfield location. It is always fun to see what Treasures we can find here.

This is my fave consignment store by far. They are very fussy about what they accept meaning there is no wading through awful, out of style clothing when shopping.

I love Turn Style! I’ve been shopping there for about 6 months now and I’ve never left the store empty handed... I’ve found awesome clothing, shoes, and household goodies. They often have big sales and deals so check the Facebook page!

Great selection but terrible service. The worker LeeAnn was rude and aggressive. It couldve just been a bad day for her but to take it out on a customer was poor thinking. Other locations (like Roseville) are great, but wont be coming back here!

When you go to pick up your clothing articles that have not sold they are gone. Not sold just gone. I have lost 6 articles not sold but gone when I went to pick up after time is up. Usually the most expensive items. No employees have any answers. Apparently a big problem for stealing at this store. Do not consign at this store! Employees could me more helpful if time allows

Bad customer service. Accused 12 year old girls of stealing and searched one of there bags. Thought they were suspicious because they had backpacks 🙄. Never going back there again!

Small mens section but my wife likes it.

My daughter had a greens and lemons theme for her DIY wedding center pieces. Turn Style did not disappoint! We bought several different green glass (and metal) containers of different sizes and styles that were ideal for our pieces. Loved the choices and prices too.

Probably my favorite Thrift store in the Twin Cities in terms of Home Decor. I always find a dozen things I just cant go home without! The clothing section is decent as well but slightly pricier compared to other thrift stores. However, they are more picky about quality and trends than a donation run store would be, so its understandable.Customer service has left a little to be desired most of the times Ive been there. The employees havent ever been intentionally rude or hostile, however no one is overly friendly and welcoming either. If over-the-top customer service isnt your main concern then Id definitely stop in here for a look!

One-star is generous. Dont consign here. Time wasters. Better giving to charity and taking the donation.

Turn Style Consignment. Has a lot of merchandise. I purchased sun glasses for only $8.50 they would of been$20.00 any where else.

Buy so much here!!!! Great deals an amazing items, clothing, furniture and home decor. I have decorated and furnished my whole house from here. 75 percent of my closet is also from here.!!! So fun, the inventory changes really fast and has a huge!!!! Selection!

I love the consignment model of reusing qualify goods. Ive always been treated well consigning there and I appreciate the feedback on items they pass on. The quality of mens secondhand clothing cant be found anywhere else.

Love this place. I find so much good stuff here - pants, tops, dresses, shoes and jackets. There are lots of clothing brands that I now love, that I never would have tried had I not found them on consignment, because their retail prices are more than Id want to pay - like the True Religion jeans I found there today.

The selection of household goods is extensive, many of the items are still new in the box, or in excellent condition. Furniture options are eclectic, and sometimes include mid century modern and traditional styles. The clothing section is also great, and I have found a lot of bigger sizes and all in excellent condition. Prices are very reasonable, but if you see something that want, dont wait for a price reduction; this store is busy and that item will likely be gone before the price is marked down. I highly recommend this store!

I seem to always find a fantastic treasure when I visit this store. Whether its a great pair of shoes, a purse, painting or household item. Love, love, love this place.

I used to really like this place: it was clean, organized and I didn’t feel like I was at a used clothing store. Now it has that same musty smell that is common at Goodwill or Value Village. More importantly I would rather donate my clothes to a charity that will give me a donation receipt then consign my clothes with this company! I couldn’t figure out how I kept feeling robbed by them and then I got it. After bringing in a load of clothes they would say we’re excepting X amount and then on the contract maybe 1/2 of those clothes would be considered next season. That means when they are put out (IF they are put out) they are immediately 1/2 off price, and that means even less for me. But furthermore at that point they have the choice to donate your clothes to another dealer and THEY receive the donation write off, not me! I can choose to come back for my clothes but if they are in the aforementioned “next season storage” than they aren’t available to me! This is simply theft!

Really nice selection of clothing - mostly for women, but I found a couple shirts which were just my size - Fathers Day sale of 20% off was a welcome surprise! Plenty of parking - the employees were helpful and friendly.

Didn’t even look at my items and wasn’t even sure if someone had or not. My items were in the same exact way I left them. The lady was eating candy when I went to go talk to her. They didn’t take any of my perfectly good Ralph Lauren jeans, Birkenstock’s, designer bags, or Nike shoes but take crusty deodorant stained lulu sports bras. Won’t go back. Also they were easedropping on my convo

I was very happy when my husband found this store, for it is quite close where we live. The first good impression has reduced because I could not use the store credit without quite understanding why (the staff forgot to apply my store credit.....in short, I got a new store credit.) There are very handy, friendly, and hard working staffs who help customers shop well, I admit this. Secondly, the price I think is a bit high and 20% sale helps little.

Was really pleased with this consignment shop- I came during the summer clearance which meant the prices were fantastic, but compared to other thrift and consignment shops, this location was extremely clean, had nice dressing rooms, and a good selection of clothes, though most of the selection seemed geared towards a little older audience than me (a 20 something.) I found some great name brand business wear from places like The Limited and Banana Republic- some with tags still on! I found the employees to be very friendly, I didnt have to deal with the consignment counter but saw them having a really nice interaction with an older woman who seemed overwhelmed by the crowds. Seems like my experience goes against the grain of other reviewers- but the store was totally on their game with large crowds for their big sale! Ill be back

Great selection of womens clothes at excellent prices! My fiancée found exactly what she was looking for. Mens selection is a bit small but I still found some great items!

I always come here when I am looking for a new clothing item before I go to the mall and most times, I end up not even going to the mall. I usually find what I am looking for (ex. long black sweater, a new dress for an upcoming wedding, etc.)

These guys are usually good on pricing items, and pick good stuff for my kitchen :) I bring items there a few times a year. They now let you leave items and return if youd like! It is a hit or miss on clothes for me.

Always good service, Always good prices, they have deals all the time and some times lower prices if something is damaged. Love getting deals on name brand clothing.

My friend and I were unaware that the hours had changed at this location. At 5 minutes to 8 it was announced that they would be closing in 5 minutes. Realizing the limited amount of time we had we rushed to the fitting room. I was on one of the last items and one employee comes around and says finish it up ladies. This is super rude and immediately made me not want to purchase anything from this location. I will not be going back.

Definitely not trying to pull in a trendy crowd with the items they accept and most are over priced for 2nd hand. If you can find something on the 50% off rack youll do ok. The employees (although smiling and pleasant when assisting me) were openly discussing pain points from a recent team meeting as well as gossiping about others they work with and/or for. So, I can only imagine they had plenty to say about my measly 3 item purchase off the sale rack after I left. It was a very off-putting experience and I wont be back.

Very disappointed .. Just took about 45 beautiful, hardly worn shirts, none had any stains or were frayed at all, and some still had the new price sticker on them when I was getting them ready .. They took ONLY 3 of the shirts -- said rest were too worn or used .. Have several other home goods to take, but wont now as theyre probably no good either.Guess those people who shop CAP in Shakopee will get some great almost new shirts -- and lots of other clothes and home furnishings -- for very little money ..Employee who helped me was quite curt and very unfriendly also .. Whole experience ñot very good ..

Some lady who works here yelled at my 4 year old for no reason. I assume she was having a bad day but you know quality employees make a big difference. I will be going out of my way to go to a different location now.

Turnstyle: Great prices for stylish, gently-used merchandise.

This is the place I go to first when I want to go shopping for myself or my home. I bring items in as well, and it is always fun to find out I have a positive balance to apply to my purchases. It is merchandised well and the staff is friendly.

I always find great deals at turnstyle.

Clothing styles they are accepting has gone south in the last couple years (either too trendy/teenage-y or too old lady) while it seems the prices have gone up. Perhaps the fact they are in Edina location is influencing this. Ill usually go to a different Turnstyle rather than this one given the choice. The time to have consignments evaluated has also grown from about 20-30 minutes to now be over an hour.

Picked up some beautiful furniture here for my new home. The prices were excellent, Ill definitely be back for more

Overpriced. Don’t even bother to bring your items in unless they are dry cleaned/ironed/steamed and hung on hangers-they will turn you away. Better luck at clothes mentor.

LOVE turnstyle! It is so fun to shop at because there is something for everyone! Mens clothes, shoes, accessories, womens clothes, shoes, accessories, home improvement ideas! the list goes on and on! YAY! Everyone should check it out and not to mention the prices are super reasonable!!

Not happy with pricing! Every now and then you can find something good here but the prices have gone up. It seems like active wear especially has some of the more expensive pieces. I tend to stop in often to check it out but have noticed that similar type items of the same brand have increased by at least $5. These clothes are used so they should be priced accordingly. I realize some brands are better than others but its odd when active wear is more expensive than a top you could wear out with friends or to work.I also felt like they had too many things that look out of style or old. For instance they say they only take things maybe 5 years old but I have seen tops that I own that I know are older than that.On a personal note, I felt like some of the women working in the consigning area were rude.

I used to shop at the Turn Style location on 42nd in Edina & it closed down. I received an email that my $28 in-store credit would be transferred to this location in Edina. So I stopped by there today to use my $28 but was told that nothing was transferred and my account shows ZERO dollars. Shady, shady business....and I am out $28.

So many great brands all in one place, organized by clothing type and color. I cant shop any other way!

Good selection & prices with great staff

Most things are way overpriced for a thrift store. All lululemon tanks are $23.50- even the ones that are stretched out and super old. Even h&m items are 9-$11. You could probably buy it new in-store for cheaper than that. if you’re looking for a deal, you won’t find it here.
