Excellent selection of loose figures and vintage figures, comics and always a friendy greeting at the door. As a collector this is one of my top stores to browse.

Its at the hub which is a pain to get into and out of but the store is very cool a lot of nostalgia and collectables littered all over the place. I recommend the mystery box for a first time purchase you will be surprised.

Good selection of comics and funkos. The problem when I was there was the AC, I assume broken, and they had the doors wide open in a 97 degrees outside. That place was an oven.

I was on the hunt for a reliable LGS to get back into collecting Pokémon cards. A lot of the places around me did not participate in pre-orders, and then I found Hot Comics in Richfield. Given the current circumstances, I was still able to get all the product I wanted. It may not have been in the quantity I wanted because of the shortages all over the U.S. at the current time, but I definitely got my things I pre-ordered. There was an issue with my first pre-order because my phone number was transposed, and James went out of his way to make sure they did right by me. I got several items in store at the pre-order price instead of retail pricing. Now that my number has been corrected, everything should work like a well oiled machine for pre-ordering. I should be coming back for years to come for the great service!

I don’t come here as often as I would like, but they have a large selection on back issues, trade paperbacks and some omnibus’s. The staff are excellent. They’ll do whatever they can to find whatever it is you’re looking for (even if they don’t have it in stock, I still appreciate their effort). Their discount is also pretty nice, especially when the collecting hobby gets addictive. Honestly, just going inside having the smell of comics is refreshing and is definitely worth checking out. Will visit again soon!

Really disappointed that i just bought a $2.00 EX pokemon card out of the display case that literally had a tack hole threw it. Yes, i should have checked the card better, before the purchase, but it shouldnt have been so expensive for a damaged card. I come here a lot and this was my one and only complaint.

I like the style of the place. Comic selection is good. Old video game selections. Great friendly service. I go here regularly to get my books. The place used to sends my book selections to my deployed location when I was with Air Force.

One of the best in the biz. Friendly staff that can throw down with the geekiest, geeks. Then turn around a help someone whos never touched a comic find their first hero with out a touch of pretentiousness.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, broad selection of comics, collectables, and memorabilia, and great, easy-to-find location .Some side aisles of the store can be a little narrow, but overall theres lots of space, and a little something for everyone. The staff are quick to greet, dont mind chatting, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job and the customers.Even on their busiest day (Free Comic Book Day) theyre more than willing to make sure you find what you need.

Have not been here in years. Even bigger than I remembered and they had a great selection of issues. This is one of the comic stores I will return to visit.

The staff are extremely helpful. They helped me choose between Wasteland and Saga. Love Wasteland, but wish I went with Saga, as was suggested. I could spend hours here reading the graphic novels and comics.

Not many comic shops like this are around. Wealth of comics and a solid section of collectable figurines. I stopped in to browse on a whim and walked out with 10 backpack accessories for action figures for $2. Fantastic.

I dont live in the area, but when I visit my family, we always make a point to visit hot comics. Always find something great to buy, and tons of cool stuff to look at. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in to pick up a few comics that I missed (during when my regular shop moved) and the staff was very customer oriented and helped call around to a few places to help me as they didnt have one of them. If I didnt have a shop that I went to regularly Id definitely be a regular here! Large place with tons of comics and collectables.

The people are the best part. Dont get me wrong, there is a good selection of current comics and a large selection of back issues, but the workers are fantastic people. Theyre not only helpful, but incredibly friendly. I dont go anywhere else. The guys here are phenomenal and wont make you feel like an idiot for asking questions or for help, and treat female geeks, nerds, etc. with great respect -- with the exception of one dude, but Im fairly sure he was just filling in -- unlike larger shops like The Source. There is a selection of comics made my Minnesota publishers too, which I think is fantastic. Everything about this shop is warm and welcoming. Head in and take a look around; even if you dont have something in mind, or dont really want to buy much, the guys are great and just chatting them up is always a pleasure.

People that work there are wonderful and very helpful. Did a Dnd campaign and the young lady who ran it was superb.

The store is ok. They have a cool selection of collectables and things but not a whole lot of paperbacks which is a bummer. It is not nearly as good as the New Hope location in my opinion.

Hot Comics has been my familys home for comics and assorted geekery for a decade. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile; not to mention their stacks are deep and the collectable merchandise is diverse.I cant recommend Hot Comics more. Take the time and visit any of their stores, it will be worth the trip.

Ive loved comics all my life, Ive gained over a thousand from swap meets and shows, but Ive never actually been in a comic shop until here.My wife and I went here, and it was everything I every wanted it to be. More books than youd be able to count. A massive amount of figured of any hero.There are a few comments stating theyre figures are expensive.. They are.. But this isnt Walmart. This isnt target. If you want cheap toys. Go there. These are unique figures not cheap slapped together garbage from Walmart.The location is great, and easy to find. Id recommend coming here with your kids, wife, anyone. I bought my unborn child his first comic book and number counting book from here last week. Thanks for the joy.

Great place for comics and collectible toys. I wish they had a more robust CCG department. Their CCG packs are too over priced compared to other venues in the area, and they dont have much to select from for re-sells. Still, I frequent here often for everything else!

I was there yesterday for the firs time. Its a decent sized store with plenty of things to look at. I noticed their stock on items were low but but a huge and neat variety. The employees were very nice and welcoming. There wasnt a moment I was in the store I felt unwelcome. I Personally came in looking at their TCG collection and they had a fair supply. Certain card games were out of date and over priced but they can easily fix the prices and become a good card supplier if they tried.

The staff here are awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable, welcoming to kids and families, and always some great music playing.
