Nice little neighborhood classic ice cream and candy shop.

Wonderful little shop! A good variety of ice cream flavors and for a great price! I was thinking about getting a malt but the price of ice cream was half of a malt so I think I made the better choice. Seems like a diamond in the rough and fun little place.

The ice cream was great. Its a tiny store off penn ave with little parking. But the store has a nice theme and the ice cream is good.

This is a place of simpler times. Old fashion great ice cream great Chicago style hot dogs and amazing decor. Treat yourself to one of the hidden gems of Minneapolis/Richfield and stop by this truly awesome place but save some for me I want to keep it all to myself, I mean my kids :)

This place is a hidden gem. Icecream here is ridiculously delicious!! Every flavor will have you wanting to get more. Its now a weekly treat for me!! At least weekly haha

Ice cream is great - however, the worker was not wearing a face mask, even AFTER the mask mandate. When another customer came, in also not wearing a mask, he said it was fine and that the customer didnt need one. Proceed with caution.

Super cute place. Ice cream was great. My wife and I were totally blown away by the quality and variety available there. Were so glad we stopped in. The decor was awesome; lots of cool comic book memorabilia. And also cool old school machinery at the back of the house. Great vibe, great ice cream, what now could you ask for?

Whoever put this places hours of operation on google maps messed up. It says it is open on Tuesday from 1-9. That is false. It is 2:07 PM and it’s closed. Whoever listed the hours of operation should get their facts right.

Interesting place. The owner is nice if not the most friendly. The hot dogs were poor quality. I don’t think they were actually Vienna beef. And microwaved? Most of the ice cream was melted. Way overpriced. Could be a neat place but not quite there.

This restaurant has done a great job on providing a 1950s atmosphere. And the ice cream is wonderful too! I would recommend Cone Brothers to anyone that has a craving for ice cream and a unique atmosphere

Watched the owner take cash, not wash his hands then reach for a cone to serve us. When I asked him if he was going to wash his hands he said no he didn’t have to because there is paper on the cone. When I told him that is gross he told me to “get lost.” I would NOT recommend this place based on health conditions and how rude the owner is.

Great local business. Small but really delicious ice cream. He has a lot of cool comic book collectibles around his shop like Superman, Batman, Fantastic Four. Really neat place.

The kids enjoy going to Cone Brothers for the ice cream and the 50s and 60s memorabilia that decorates the shop. The ice cream is good and there is a solid variety of choices. If you like supporting local businesses, this is a good place to go.

Crabby proprietor who was openly coughing without covering his mouth. He did not clean the scoop between servings so my Italian ice also had traces of my granddaughters Superman ice cream and my daughters chocolate. Anyone with nut allergies beware!Good ice cream, nostalgic music, kitschy decor.

Smallest scoops ever!Paid $14.36 for four single scoops, and all together the ice cream served was about enough to make one single scoop cone. Total ripoff - customers beware!Man behind the counter said he was filling in for his brother. Hopefully his brothers scoops are better.

I really wanted to like this place, but the single scoop cones were a little over priced and the ice cream wasnt great. My daughter really liked her Oreo cookie ice cream, but my youngest didnt like the chocolate (just plain chocolate) because it had weird chunks or gooey parts plus ice bits, and I had the cappuccino crunch and it was not great, neither of us finished our cones (very surprising for an 8 year old).

I have say it was very Good and Great friendly service despite not having my favorite Peanut Butter and Chocolate flavor.

Horrible, it seems my review keep getting taken down. Bad service. The guy behind the counter acted as if we where annoying him. We ordered Chicago hotdogs. He heated them up in a microwave and served them to us. They where still cold inside. The hotdogs where kept in a cooler that customers had access to. I know the food service industry well. Been in it for years. How and where you store food is very importent. The place doesnt know anything about food safety. People put food in there mouths... whats hard to comprehend. Store and cook food properly. The ice cream is just glorified sugar bombs you can get at Walmart. Nothing special and nothing to see. I suggest finding a place that makes there own ice cream. This place is a joke.

Went up there to grab a treat on this hot evening and the Ice cream was average at best. Seemed to be a bit expensive as well. The person working tonight seem to be a bit impersonal. Wasnt all that friendly. Think I will take my money elsewhere, may be to holiday to grab a talenti gelato... And I can read all the ingredients...
