My wife and I were impressed with the customer service. My wife had a nice experience said it was organized and clean. She found nice gently used clothes for baby, books, and other things. Definitely will be recommending to friends on a budget looking for a great thrift store.
Had a great experience. My first time walking in. Im from out town visiting running errands for my sister and staff was friendly and polite. I recommend to others to donate their items here they do have. Call ahead of time to check what items they will take, just so you dont waste your time. Definitely cute little shop in uptown especially if you dont want to spend a fortune on kids clothes. Definitely recommend to stop by and support this local buisness.
Its cute and clean...... but not worth donating clothes! I had 2 big garbage bags of not cheap baby clothes. I was expecting to get maybe 50-100 in store credit. But I only got $9! Im sorry but not worth my kids clothes or my time. I guess Im going back to selling all my kids stuff online. But if youre just shopping they have a few cute things. Just never donate.Update!8/11/2021Now I feel just awful! The Mrs. Called me and explained to me what might have happened. She was just so sweet and called me to offer me and extra $50 for the mixup. It really is a cute store and very clean and they take all the precautions during this covid pandemic. If you donate PLEASE CALL THEM FIRST BEFORE YOU LEAVE A REVIEW.
I absolutely love this store! The owners are wonderful, they have great prices on gently used kids clothing, and I love their consignment program too!
I cant wait to go back now that my baby girl is in 6-9 months clothing! Their store is clean and cute and they are constantly making it even better! I always find what I need and spend way less than any other place. Everything is gently used and my baby is super stylish! Totally recommend.
Everytime I go in, I feel important and they always have anything I hope to find, alot of cloths. Great prices, organized, store credit is great. Very kind, caring employees. I love the manager. I really want to work there, but I dont drive and Im in kennewick. The store is always super clean to. I feel so happy walking in.
Great place for the budget minded parent. New clothes and gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories. Have some gently used clothes youdike to sell? Bring them in! Large selection to look through with end of season clearance racks as well.

Disappointed with the service here. Just wanted to look around to see if they had anything that might fit my little girl, but was hounded by a sales woman. I understand that these people need to make money, maybe she was on commission or something. All I know for sure is Im not going back.
