When I entered looking for ammunition and a punching bag setup that was most likely not on site I was skeptical. However, the manager, Abel, approached us and helped us secure ammunition immediately. Afterwards and even though a system search of the punching bag setup showed it was not in stock, he went into the back and found one last box not in the computer. He even helped carry it to our car and showed us how to fold down our rear seats!! I will definitely be returning here for all of our sporting goods needs

For small stores they always have lots of choices in each dept., most of the items are very reasonably priced while the deals are excellentThe G way store (along with many of the stores) always have friendly employees who go out of their way to assist & insure the customer is taken care of. [hard to find this treatment anywhere else]

Basically every Big5 in the country is the same, as far as I can tell. Occasionally i get seriously great deals here, but mostly its just reliably good deals on decent but not special stuff. Reliable is key.

Big 5 has a great selection of items. The shopping experience due to the layout of the store and the feeling they have crammed too much merchandise into too small a space the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating. I have been shopping at Big 5 for over 10 years and the customer service is always outstanding and what I come to expect!!

They have a good selection here. The store itself is over crowded with inventory. If your looking for personal care or customer service I wouldnt reccomend Big 5.

Very helpful. Needed a couple fishing licenses. Quick and easy. Id give them 5 stars but they had a very small fishing tackle section. Not sure why they bother.

The man who helped me out was very kind and accommodating and even made sure the trampoline I bought was completely and safely tied down for when I brought it home. There was no half efforts, he gave his 100% so thank you for making customers your priority! I wanna say his name was Randy?

Not many stores carry a shoe size bigger an a 12 and this Big 5 did. My son was able to find a shoe that fit. The only thing that could have been better was if they had 1/2 sizes.

Customer service is great. Manager is very helpful when I need to get shoes. Having size 14 foot he gets every shoe that size and brings the stack for me to try on.😁 Makes it easier for us both so I dont have to ask you have this in my size and he has to look each time.

Went in looking for some type of cleat I could attach to my boots to assist in walking in the ice. I was assisted by 2 employees and explained what the differences were between my choices. I picked up 2 pairs for my wife and I and upon using them, wasnt disappointed with the performance. I will continue shopping Big 5 first for my sporting good needs.

I give this place five stars because of the people that work there. We were looking for a very specific tent and they went out of their way to find it for us. They were not just helpful but also very pleasant and kind with us. And they had all the stuff we needed!

Good place to get replacement inner tube tires for my Mountain Bike. The staff was knowledgeable on thier stocked items which made getting in an out so efficient...I didnt even break a sweat. Their recommended bike tire tubes fit just like the Big 5 Sporting Goods employee said it would and they were 20% cheaper than one if their competitors.

Decent prices. This chain often has great deals in sporting goods. Excellent staff and well stocked store. Map directions are very easy to follow.

Lots of options for almost anything outdoor. The staff was friendly but when my boyfriend and I were trying to look at a rifle the salesman wouldnt let us because we were not 21. I know the legal age Is 18, unless you are buying a handgun which is 21.
