Went into this store to migrate two of my families phones over from another carrier and potentially upgrade another phone already on our family plan. Jordan was fantastic at helping us navigate our plan and figure out how to do everything we needed to do. When we realized that one of the phones was not needed (after he had already processed the change) he returned the phones, repurchased the ones needed, and did it quickly and without complaint (even though all the extra work was entirely because of us). This will be my go-to store from now on and Jordan is definitely my go-to guy!
Salesman very knowledgeable and friendly. The customers upfront of me and I left headed to the Verizon owned store. TCC was sold out of almost every product. He did update and upgrade my sim card which should get me better service.
Guys was cool, but the corporate stores need to get thier stuff together. All you can do is call customer service and get put on hold or talk to a machine the whole time.. Im 23 min in on hold right now. This is a waste of time.

Honestly... Where do I even start? I called to ask for assistance with a charge I had for a dropped line that was made in error the person who answered the phone had some really bad attitude 😒 but whatever.. then! My brother goes to get a new watch and you charge him an activation fee for a device he hasnt received?? Anyway long story short get better customer service.. definitely wont go here would rather use extra gas and go to a different verizon store and be treated with respect

He even stuck with me through 2 days of 2-3 calls trying to work through issues with AT&T. What could’ve been a nightmare was just a huge waiting game instead. Thank you Garrett for your willingness to stand with us to get things straightened out. You truly were amazing!!! They are lucky to have you as an employee!!! Verizon has been very supportive through this transition as well. We are grateful!!!

In Monday January 11 2021, I showed up because I needed a new phone urgently! The first person that welcomed me in was a handsome man called Jordan, Jordan looked at at me dead in my left eye and said “sir what can I assist you with?” (With the nicest voice anyone can say it with) and I replied, I am in an urgent need of a new iPhone, Jordan said “splendid I have some new phones that are fresh from the factories” my response was, can I see them? And he said, yes yes you can, as I glared at the Samsung phone Jordan said our top seller phone of this month is, the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I said, Jordan I’ll take that one, Jordan was quick to grab me a bran new iPhone unopened, he said would you like to set up your phone here or at home? And my reply was Jordan can you guid me tough the set up? ( I knew how to set it up I just wanted to be closer to Jordan ) but Jordan said sure I’ll guid you trough it, oh and guid me he did with extreme swiftness he had my brand spanking new iPhone ready by the time we where done with all the paper work, toward the end Jordan said what kind of case would like to add to your phone? (He was quick for the kill ) I said I’ll take the translucent, Jordan replied, “excellent choice, this case will show off the beautiful of this amazing piece of technological design, but also keeping it protected” he also sold me various accessories and a tempered glass that he claimed “this tempered glass is a shield for your phone that will protect at all times” I then said I’ll take 3 more, but Jordan can I come by and have you installed them as well when they wear out and break? Jordan was quick to say “it would be my honor sir”And that concludes my experience at Verizon over at the George Washington way and Jordan is an absolute ANIMAL when it comes to selling, keep it up.

I went in because my phone was malfunctioning and Im senior+ and had no idea what to do! Tailor helped me out by getting me into a wonderful new phone. And even came out to the car to hook up my bluetooth for me. My needs were beyond met! Tailor was very patient will my lack of ability to grasp the technology she was extraordinary I highly recommend this store the environment is wonderful!

Great costumer service
Went in for a new phone everything was going good untill they ran in to an issue with the phone not being in system but In stock and after nearly two hours turns out there is nothing they can do and it was a waste of my time. only for me to go to a new store and find out they did not reverse my charge so I owe 270 on a phone I dont have so I had to go back to the store to waste more of my time. So avoid at all costs.
I came into the store today to transfer my service to Verizon and Ryan helped me with that action. I was having trouble with transferring my data from the old phone to my new phone. I brought my phones and computer and Ryan helped me troubleshoot the issue and transfer the data. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable.

I gave them 3 stars because in past years they have been good to work with. But recently I lost my phone and through insurance got it replaced. I went in to TCC to get some help updating and initialize eing the new phone. After a brief amount of assistance the person told me I would need to pay $20 each time I came in for assistance. They had never ask that in the past. We pay a $160 a month and have purchased 5 devices from them. I will start going back to the Verizon corporate store at Columbia center from now on.

Tailor and Garrett Get 5 stars for their service. these two are hard workers and always are helpful. They answer all questions I have and even figure it out if they don’t know the answer. Their manager not so much. In the few times that I’ve been there, she’s been rather unprofessional with how she’s talked to her employees and has even pulled them away from a customer because she called them to yell at them. They had to stop what they were doing to do something else even though they were helping a customer.

I was on Travel and staying in Richland for the week. I was having problems with communications between my cell phone and email server. Since Verizon has been my cell phone carrier for over twenty years, I dropped into this store to see if I could get some help. They took me in like one of their own and helped me work through the problem. Their technical person needed some time to work another problem and scheduled a time for me to come back. When I got back there, their technical person jumped on the problem and went through my device to identify the source of the problem. It came down to a server address issue and now I have a great path forward to getting this fixed. Without their assistance, Id still be poking along without email. These folks provided excellent service to a total stranger! It appears to me they are trying to turn this store around.

They really dont give you any information when you do anything. They are just happy to get a sale. When confronted everyone of them denied everything. No one took responsibility. Be careful ask so many questions dont let them talk you into anything period.
Friendly and knowledgeable! Switching to Verizon allowed me to save 50 dollars a month from my previous carrier. The employees were friendly and patient while helping me pick out a phone and tablet that suit my needs and busy life. Definitely nice to experience such amazing customer service!

The guy that works here isnt bad but notice I said guy. 9 times out of 10 youll be waiting for the one person they ever seem to have on shift. It would be nice if there was enough people working to help people in a reasonable amount of time.Also not a Verizon store. Deals may not be the same as the emails Verizon sends.

They do there best to help but often the wait is awful! I have literally sat there for an hour and then gave and left. The times I have gotten service they are fairly good. Some don’t seem like they want to be there.

I came in for Black Friday trade it on my familys Samsung phones. Christina at the Richland George Washington Way TCC store was amazing. I came in at 8:00 PM. I was upgrading 3 phones the transfer of data from the phones was going to take longer than anticipated, but rather than asking us to come back the next day she stayed late to make sure that all our phones data were transferred and set up. Christina you rock- thank you for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was an awful experience to say the least. I had the district manager help me while I was in the store. He was in town for the moment helping a new store. When I signed up, I had 2 lines, I came in to check the status of my plan cuz I was very confused when I first started the lines. He was at first very knowledgeable or so I thought. He changed my plan to unlimited, also asked me to save some money by opening a third line with a free phone. I agreed because he said phone was free, and I also was eligable for a work discount because of my employer. Come to find out today, my phone plan was never changed to unlimited, I was almost out of data because i had no ide I wasnt on unlimited. So i spent hooouuurrss on the phone fixing that. On top of that I found out you DO NOT get a work discount when you are on an unlimited plan. So i was tricked into a third line with the promise of a bill around 200 a month. Now im stuck with 270 a month and no discounts. He was very short with me at the end. I will never go back

I was away from my home town visiting a daughter who had an accident. On my way to see her I crashed with a deer, total loss, my phone stopped working a few days after. I walked in her close to closing time. Matt was the only one there already taking care of a client. These guys were so AMAZING today! I had dropped my phone and get it completely submerged in water. Thinking Id have to get a completely new one i brought it here as a last chance, hail mary save.... Well i was going in for an upgrade because it would just be awesome to get one after chemotherapy and there was a sign on the door saying gone to bathroom will be back waited outside for almost 30 min. When i knocked the employee looked more annoyed that a customer was there and pointed to the sign on the door before she said anything and said were in a meeting then closed the door and took the bathroom sign down and put a new one up that said in a meeting she didnt tell me how long they would be or anything else. So waiting for 30 min, no service or courtesy and no communication. Very unprofessional

I have no love for the big carriers and only have Verizon because my previous company provided the phone. However, these guys have worked hard with me even though I nickle and dime them. Sometimes you have to wait a bit if its busy, but when you have their attention, they give it their best.

They don’t have good service. Ordered 2 iPhones. Toook 5 day’s to get there. They didn’t call me when they arrived. Then when I went there they didn’t put in there receiving system so I had to wait another day. Not impressed with their organization.
Love the staff here. Branbon and Rocky are the most patient guys. My Dad is 85 and is doing a great job working at his phone. But is a steep learning curve. No matter what has changed on his phone they patiently help him get things back on track. We both feel comfortable asking them for help. Even though there are times we have been down every day, they never makes us feel stupid. I wish we could get these guys cloaned and into every shop. Excelent service ☆☆☆☆☆
