Great customer service experience here and we found what we needed.

Couldve been a better experience if at check out they didnt ask you to sign up for their rewards program multiple times even after saying no. I get its their job but after declining the offer please dont ask again and again.

The employees here are super helpful and friendly. They dont complain about my partner taking forever to look up his rewards account on his phone at the register to scan his coupons and many of the employees have worked there for an extended period of time, which means they treat them well, usually. I like to think my money is going to a company that cares about the people working for them, especially when theyre good employees and people.

Great place for some cheap outdoor decor or hygiene products. I love this store dearly. Tons of gnome garden-ish things as well.

Shopped at other Big Lots, looking for the single-door pantry cabinet ( White Lincoln ) and this store was the only ones that had them in stock...and they helped carrying it to my truck...who does that anymore ? ...they do .

Great Day for shopping at Big Lots! There was just one thing, a lady who is working there was in the isle and no matter what direction I went, she was in the way and wouldnt move so I could get to what I wanted to look at! I went to the front of the isle and found it!

It had some great buys for pictures to hang on the wall for all rooms in a home. Some were discounted more than others, and all look pretty good on the wall. Customer service may take awhile to help you; they were busy stocking, etc.

Decent place to shop, employees are always cheerful, pretty good stock of items. Isles are very narrow for carts.

The Kennewick location has really gone down hill lately. I drive to Richland instead. I used to buy about 90% of my sundries from Big lots, but they only have a few things that I need now. So sad they have changed so much.

I really like big lots. They have really good deals, and the people are very nice. Its kinda surprising how helpful they always are for a discount store!

It was a good place to go shop very cheap but today that I went to big lots with my brother and sister this worker lady kept following us and we had done nothing wrong and when we walked in she didnt greet us she just gave us a dirty look and then thats when she started following us we didnt get it since weve been there many times and everyone is very nice to us but just this day that one lady was very rude and kept following us and we couldnt really shop at peace with her presence and her just staring us down but over all big lots as a store is a good place!

Love this place! I hope they can keep prices down. because that’s what’s keeping me coming back! I primarily look at automotive products and the tools section. Although I must say that their home decorations, vacuums, pictures, ect. are fantastic and are normally priced very well. The vacuum section could use some expansion

Almost no Christmas decorations and outdoor lights on the shelves.

They have a variety of items from a to z. Auto needs, Foods, household supplies, medical needs, and even a stuffed zebra once in a while. Besides the great customer service they are in a good location.

If youre in the area, stop by. Inventory is always changing, and they have reasonable prices. Plenty of parking for easy access.

Ive had a hard time finding older iPod cords. The cashier knew where they were and was extremely helpful. Love this store

You know what this is and this is another one just like the others. Worth a look if you are price savvy. Not everything is a bargain.

Big Lots is way overpriced. They take advantage of the senior retirement people within walking distance that go there because of convenience! I avoid going there as much as I can!

A decent store with good options on many items. Not all items a a gr8 or good deal (many are) and many items are not worth the cost ( even thou inexpensive) and yet some quality items. Like most stores be choosey

Quickly found my items, went to the cashier only to realize my debit card was home. They were very kind and helps my order for me for the few minutes I was gone.

The store is poorly laid out, with narrow aisles. Staff do not check the shelves very often, leaving broken or torn items out (I suspect due to low staffing); products are fine and prices are cheap, so I dont expect much

Fun savings store fun staff

Variety of items, prices are generally lower but, not always. Staff is very friendly. I gave 4 stars due to the staffing numbers, many times the ratio of customers to cashier is so off you will find yourself waiting in line to check out longer than it took you to shop. They should by now, know their peak times and staff accordingly.

This is by far the cleanest Big Lots Ive been in and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is the lack of cashiers so there is usually a bit of a wait.

Great prices, but selection varies since its mostly overstock items.
