Hard to quit looking around so many awesome tools that I could stay and look for a couple hours and good prices is always a bonus

First of all, the staff is always friendly, helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They usually know if they do it dont have something, and where it is if they do. They will chat with you if you engage them, but they will not harass you. Even if you spend an hour wandering around the store, trying remember why you came in the first place, and trying not to spend an extra $100 on every little project you can think of back home because everything is so cheap!Decent selection of hand, power tools, and work/hobby related materials and supplies. The hand tools (like wrenches and ratchets) are actually pretty good. I have a hammer from there that I really love and use the hell out of. Despite its $10 price tag and red plastic handle, it fits my XL sized hands very well and the recoil is soft. I also have the red double tool chest half full tools in my basement and I have no complaints about it. Naturally, I got it on sale.A few things are name brand stuff like Gorilla Glue and some WD 40 products, but mostly its their knock off brands. A lot of Harbor Freight stuff is pretty much what youd expect, cheaper stuff thats probably good enough for occasional, light use, some of it might even be good for normal, medium duty. Its really a case by case basis. Some of the stuff there is really good, but some items are not.If you are considering a new hobby, but you dont want to go broke buying a bunch of expensive stuff, its great.

Great store some products are not worth buying and some are you kinda gotta kno what your looking for and how they work but overall great price an respectful staff!

Store is nice, but every time I shop there I wonder on the quality of the product. Does anyone know if the manufacturers for Harbor Freight are proud of the product they are producing?

Having a Clearance sale generally means a store will no longer stock an item. Apparently Clearance at Harbor Freight means until we get more so we need to keep the display unit that was in stock. Then tried to sell me an item at double the advertised price of the item I wanted to purchase. I wouldnt recommend purchasing anything larger than a screwdriver here.

Tricities biggest low cost sales! Walked in for first time spent ten dollars walked out with two things worth more. Low prices, lots of staff. Helpful. Awesome! Will be back for more.

Really enjoy this particular Harbor Freight. It doesnt have the big box store feel of most locations, but more like a small town auto store.

I have been looking for a numbered drill set good for certain tap sizes. It was on special and I got a 25 percent discount which made it a very good deal.

Considering this is the only harbor freight store that Ive been in, it works great for me. Theres often times that Ill just go in to browse around and see what I could use not buy anything. but if you need some basic tools that youre not going to use all the time and dont need perfection this is the place to go.

Went in for 6 of the same items and of course they only had 1, called the store across town and they were out as well

Sometimes I need the right tool for the job and this is usually the place, but recently I went to get a trailer and they were out of stock in all the nearby stores, had to rent instead

Probably my favorite store. A lot of useful tools at a great price, and an even better return policy. Quality is always on the rise, ecspecially their power tools. Hopefully they keep their low prices as the quality keeps improving.

If the chain could stop trying to carry everything under the sun, maybe they could carry a greater variety of the stuff that matters. Do they carry router bits, for example? Yes. A handful of common profiles in the worst quality level.Harbor Freight shouldnt sell a solar panel kit. Its incredibly poor quality, probably has a fake UL stamp and takes shelf space away from things they actually do well*, like basic hand tools.They have a big selection of garbage-level household goods they now sell that they should just stop selling and get their focus back on disappointing me with power tools that break and lack torque. I dont need or want a folding knife that looks like a key and has a blade only slightly stronger than lead.Get back to selling me Dremel knock-offs that run so slowly that I might as well have used a hand chisel, already! Stock MORE submersible pumps that dont have any water ingress protection and 120v flux-core welders that cant feed and havent the amperage to burn through foil!Stop selling barbeque utensils.I know, with no moving parts you would think that it would be hard to produce a disappointing fork, but they rose to that challenge and then some one year, and I just have to say that, while it was a valiant effort and a major accomplishment, the chain should stick to its major strong points of selling actual tools that fail in interesting and hilarious ways. I want to see more anvils that shatter and/or deform under the slightest hammer strike, and less things like novelty keychains. Or, and I know this is a stretch, they could sell an actually decent anvil...*Well here is used as a relative term, of course, meaning still probably disposable, but at least not just single-use.

Staff is allways helpful. Ive been going there for years and the management has allways been on top of any needs, either it be help for the customer or a question that the staff may not be able to answer. The store is allways clean. Just remember with the products their its allways hit and miss as far as reliability. Ive purchased some things that last for years and some that last 5 minutes, but you get what you pay for.

Harbor Freight Tools is always fun. They have great adds with always something free.

My favorite place to go in Richland!Its like X-mas, look, oh look, look at this?!! Just about every tool and gadget you could think of, and you know they back their brands. The prices are amazing. So much so that you gotta grab atleast one or two more accessory items, or gadgets on the way out. I dont usually give 5 stars but these guys hit the mark every time.

Purchased a wiring harness for my trailer lights, non standard size plug in fits no trailer.Meant to purchase batteries, found that this store does not restock any but the most common sizes. Bad deal. I have to start buying Batteries somewhere else.This store does not give a hot about masks, social distancing.Ive spent a lot of money at harbor frieght stores. No more.

They carry magnetic bars here. Hard to find elsewhere. Browsing is fun here. Wear your mask.

Great selection and prices

Had a great experience here when I needed to do some last minute shopping for the holidays! I went in needing some car ramps and if we spent $50 we could get a 12 days of Christmas deal on select products and only spend $5 on one of these select items. Such a good deal!!! Great customer service during the holidays. Love this location!

Great stuff some items are in almost new condition. Great for collectors or if you need a little some thing for the whole family. And if your on a tight budget. But most of all some of there profit goes to a splash pad for the local community.

This place is great value. It may be true that all of there tools are not the highest quality, but many of the products will last for years with proper use and care. Extended warranties can be purchased at relatively low cost and the few times that I have had to use them there was no problem. They replaced my Trimmer, no questions asked. They have a courteous and helpful staff that are always ready to answer your questions.

Harbor Freight is a fun place to shop for tools and to check out the large selection of tools. We also have purchased many non tool items there - items like a laminater, a blood pressure cuff, solar panels, and many other items like that. I am amazed that such a small store can have so many products. It is fun to read their national ads and to be able to find many of the items at the local store. We have really enjoyed making the trip to Richland to shop at Harbor Freight. It is always one of the first stops when we make that trip.

Great store with a huge selection. I had a tool that I needed to return and couldnt find my receipt but they were super helpful still. They looked up my transaction by my phone number and were able to get it swapped out quickly and easy. I will definitely be returning to this location.
