The worst place to live EVER.! WARNING DO NOT ENTER. Ive been singled out and harrassed because of my nationality. Have tried several times contacting IPG (property management group) corporate office. They wont pick up phone, respond to emails and the fax number doesnt exsist. Im tell you for a fact if you want to enjoy where you live, have a little privacy, and enjoy life well then this is NOT the place. I dont even want to go outside. Police are here constantly. Cant even let my kids play outside because of fear from people who are not supposed to be in the trailer park. Watched a child get attacked by a dog. Dont make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!!

Sandra has been so amazing! She showed us a house last Wednesday and made the process of getting everything going so easy. We can’t wait to move in after the house is all finished up 😁

New owners have totally destroyed the place, a once quiet peaceful community. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Zero stars. I dont recommend buying a home here anymore.

I have a friend who lives here it seems like a nice place to live. My kids, husband and I enjoyed the pool and playground when we were invited to swim and play. They should have a sign posted somewhere that states where the office is though, when we were interested in living there we had to ask a maintenance guy because the number that Google gives out is disconnected.

This is an old mobile home park. It has lots of problems with the sewer and water system. The water gets shut off a lot, with no warning, sometimes for days. The office number is worthless, they never answer the phone, never give updates on when the problem will be fixed. They keep raising the lot rent every year.

They do not inform you when you move in the rent increases 15-25 dollars every year. And this year 2020 another 35.00 increase. I do like living here in my home but, financially it is quickly becoming more and mor expensive just for the lot fee.

Nice quiet manufactured home park. You would never notice it driving by. Green lawns in the park, pool, clubhouse, and bbq grills. I have helped several families buy and sell their homes in here.

Public playground, Community pool vending machines to get your soft drinks. Quiet neighborhood.

This is mainly a mobile home park for older people. But quite a few younger people and families have moved in recently. It is an ok place to live.

Out of all the mobile homes kept in captivity these seem the most happy. The grass, the trees, the clean property, the being close to town. WTG Alyson your mannor rocks!

I visit a friend here. Is a very quiet park, has a pool and lots of speed bumps.
