The two employees working the pharmacy on 9/14/2021 were amazing. Pacing to handle the barrage of phone calls, walk ins, drive through cars, Vaccine appointments and they maintained a positive attitude throughout. Thank you and God bless!

This is the absolute BEST BEST Pharmacy Staff I have ever felt with!!! Honestly I can’t think of one negative thing to say about them!!! The service and attention my family and I receive from the staff sets the bar and other pharmacies should follow suite

Some staff members had a very rude attitude as if they want to ignore you or be mad at you for asking something. They were reluctant to give you an answer to a simple question. I regretted to be there. I just hope I never have to go to that store ever again. It is not like other Walgreens locations.
Love the Richmond Heights store, the staff and the entire pharmacy team . Pharmacists offer excellent advice,a very prompt Rx service and greet me in a very cordial way, always, and as someone they know and care about. Plus, painless flu shots!Have used this store I think since it has been at this location.
So I called up there on 4-7-2020 to ask if they still had Lysol in stock because the website said they did. The lady was really rude and snippy. She was like “you just had someone else call from this same number and I told you we don’t have it.” Well that’s weird because I called from my cellphone and it was the first time I called and I tried to nicely explain that to her and she wasn’t listening. It’s not my fault your guys caller ID is messed up. I get it times are rough right now with the unknown but you still need to keep your customer service skills. A lot of people are looking for the same thing. I myself work in customer service and would never talk to a customer they way she did. So unprofessional and rude.
Front counter customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is A-1, They always call if there are any issues and the Walgreen app makes refills a breeze.
I used this Walgreens many times. Always treated with respect and friendly service. This location is 1,000 better then the Lyndhurst location!!!

Very unpleasant interaction with the pharmacy. I am on an expensive Diabetic medication that Ive been filling there for the past 5 months for a discounted price. All of a sudden on this sixth prescription the pharmacists tells me that the copay has increased due to not being a mail order. Then I was told the price of the medicine increased. I called my pharmacy benefits office to verify any changes and nothing has changed from last month. Medicine is still the SAME price and copay should be what it always has been. So now, I am questioning the knowledge of the pharmacy staff. The prescription was originally written for an 84 day supply, Walgreens changed the script to 30 days saying they could not fill it for 84 days when in essence they shouldnt have changed it and it should have been for 28 days! So now here I am without my meds, feeling really anxious because I dont have my medicine plus I cannot afford the copay. There has been an error made but no one wants to take responsibility. Ive covered all the bases on my end but the pharmacy gives me the oh sorry, I know weve filled it this way before....but we cannot help you. I am so irritated with Walgreens and I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another drug store as they do not care about customers/patients!
I was at this store today at 9 pm. When I got to the register I thought the trouser socks were $21.99 but they register said $23.99. I told the clerk that price is not right. I asked another clerk in the store and we found the trouser socks for $18.99. The clerk said this is the price. The socks still did not ring up to the price we saw. Robert the manager got involved and told me his clerk didnt check the price. I told Robert the socks are in a rack for $21.99. Robert told me the socks are in the wrong place and I told him that is not my fault and your clerk gave me a price. I told him you have socks on racks for $18.99 and $21.99. Robert and I walk to where the socks were because he tried to tell me there was not a rack with those prices. Well it was and Robert stood right in front of me and took the prices down and said its wrong. I asked are you going to sell me the socks for $21.99 and he said no I cant do that. I told him you know you are suppose to sell me those socks and again he said I cant do that. He was very rude. I am here visiting but I will never visit that store again. I went to this Walgreens 20485 Euclid Ave. The socks were $21.99 just like I said. Robert attitude was nasty but I guess coming in out of the cold from a smoke break he was not happy. He needs some lessons on how to treat his customers. I dont work in a retail or a store but I do work with customers and my managers will be highly upset for the way he treated me. Robert didnt even try to come up with a solution he just point blank said I am not selling the socks for that price.
This May Be A Good Location For Most, But The Rude Manner In How I Was Spoken To At The Drive-Thru This Afternoon After 1p.m. So Disappointed And Unacceptable With The Tone That Was Used To Give Customer Service With. More Training Is In Need, I Was Asked Was This A Pick Up Or A Fill And I Answered Then I Was Asked Who Am I And I Said Excuse Me. I Didnt Get Whats Your First And Last Name Please Or Can I Get Your Name Please. Thee Caucasian Women With Short Hair Was Extremely Rude And Disrespectful To Drive-Thru Patrons And I Know She Knows Better And Was Trained To Give Proper Customer Service. I Hope Noone Else Has To Encounter A Bad Experience Such As Myself. Hopefully Management Gets This And Improves The Workers Training And Customer Service Skills.
This location does a good job for me with regards to filling and refilling scripts. People Ive had contact with from the drive thru have been good.

Witness a incident in store with manager an a customer (04/02/16 incident that was not handle correctly as a manager an in the process of handling this problem he takes time out for a smoke break prior to handling the situation who does that. Customer Service training is much needed. WOW !!!!
I experienced wonderful customer service from Aubrie when looking for a card for my girlfriend. She was so knowledgeable and helpfull, definitely my walgreens location. Very convienent right across from the mall!

If its harassment and aggression you desire in a shopping experience, this Walgreens is the place. Upon shopping this location, I was looking for USB car charger as my phone had died. As I was checking out a few of the options, I had my cell phone in my hand. Finding my hands full, I placed my phone in my pocket, I had the two USB car chargers in my left hand. Upon freeing up my right hand to compare the options, I am aggressively approached by an employee of Walgreens. He tells me in an aggressive manner to empty my pockets and get out of the store. As I pull my phone out of my pocket, to show him I have no merchandise...he realizes his error. In a state of humiliation and embarrassment in front of other customers/coworkers, he demands I get out of the store. I tell him this is his error and that I intended to steal nothing and I will call the manager. In a yet meaner and angrier tone he again tells me to get out of the store, raising his voice to a yell. Upon calling the manager to describe what happened, the manager says simply that hell deal with it. None of my info was taken nor was I promised a call back, as Im sure nothing was done. All I can do is spread the word of this horrible situation and never shop at Walgreens again.

I received a gift for my birthday it was a Walgreens Dental Care set pretty cheesy so I decided to go and return it and I was basically told that I couldnt return it and I had to go find the store where it was purchased at or I needed to ask the person who bought the gift where they got it from and take it to that store the manager Hannah K told me that she would not return it. I asked her why she wouldnt return it I told her that it didnt make any sense it was a Walgreens product. I waited for her to go back to the computer to do a check of the item she came back and said that the item had not been sold in her store in 90 days and told me that she would not give me a store credit that she could not return it because her store will take a hit on the product after speaking to the customer service corporate department I was told that Walgreens items are supposed to be 100% guaranteed returns without any hassle . So after her and I went back and forth about policy and procedures and how she was wrong and that I should not have to go store to store to return the $8 item she threatened to call the police and I said for what I have not threatened you. I hadnt done anything but try to return this toothbrush set. I was upset my heart was racing because I felt like this was not going to go too well after she threatened to call the police on me I felt threatens and victimized because I knew I had done nothing wrong and I felt trapped and afraid and the only thing that I have working against me at that point was my color. I pulled my phone out to video because I feared for my life. There are so many innocent people getting killed for nothing and thats all I could think about was oh my God shes threatening to call the police theyre probably going to shoot me or something. You see things like this happened on TV and you hope and pray that it never happens to you, will it did on that day I couldnt believe what I was going through over $8 pack of toothbrushes this will forever change my view of Walgreens and Walgreens Management. I filed a complaint with the corporate office I spoke to the manager Nick who offered me a $20 gift card Im just hoping that they really look at the person that they gave this title to sometimes people are giving things that shouldnt have theres no reason why anybody should be treated that way doesnt matter what color its wrong she was wrong . I have video of the incident and plan on showing people the video because I dont want anybody else to be treated that way and I dont want her to get away with treating people that way I want people to know what happens at Walgreens when you go in to make a return when your BLACK.
